The bank sells Adiko prepaid cards. Unfortunately, I lost it when I wanted to cancel it through several phone calls. Communication on Adik is completely un.professional and, above all, not responsive, in the end they turned me on to a service provider in Austria, saying that we could do nothing despite I interpreted them to call them because I was on the phone number, which is intended for cancellation and is Austrian, waited in line for 30 minutes and no one answered; in the meantime, non-intruders can empty their account, and on top of that, a call outside the EU of 3.6 euros per minute and waiting also costs some. In the end, they sent me off with the email address of the publisher in Austria (although the ADIKO card has a sign and logo), so unfortunately they can't help me. Bad service, poor service and poor responsiveness
The character limit of this review would not be enough to describe all the negative stuff about this bank, but one that most annoys me is the fact that it's 2019 and I can not even close the account unless I am physically present at one of their branches, which unfortunately I can not do while being thousands of kilometers away from Slovenia. But the catch is that they every month take my money for having an account + internet banking which results in a 60 EUR fee and going on month after month.
I wanted to take a loan for 20 years (which I also took, but at another bank). All well and good, I get a return mail: Dear, please let me know which part of Slovenia you are from, thank you. Greetings.
Then I get a call from a woman from a Vienna branch, I explain that I want a loan for a certain period. I expected her to invite me to a meeting at the branch and she literally "nails": but you can calculate the calculation of credit and monthly installment on the website: shock: I suggest investing money in staff instead of advertising.
Wanted to open an account for doo. I call the contact center, unavailable, so "we call you back". One week nothing. I call in a week, I understand, they send me to Vienna. They referred me to the wrong person, so my clerk gives me the right person number. I call the right person, but "this number does not exist". I call the call center again, they say that the number I got was correct, but today this person is not (and apparently dropped her phone from the wall ???). They bind me to another counselor who doesn't answer but throws me down. CATASTROPHE.
A bank that is not trustworthy. The stubbornness of staff at counters, with rare exceptions, which does not outweigh the very impression, quasi bosses sit and graze like lost sheep.
Some time ago, I took a loan from your bank and as a bank client for more than 10 years, (full-time employee) ... the experience was DISASTER !!! The approval of your "fast" loan up to 7000 euros took 14 days, but I almost had to give my fingerprints, I called the bank 5 times a day so that EVERYONE could ignore me as much as possible .... The same day I pay off the loan, I will also change the bank .... I diligently share my experience with everyone who is willing to listen to me ... Well, if I were a "tycoon", I'm sure the experience would be much more pleasant ....
In spite of my obligations, my very rude mistresses call and intimidate me. Anyone who wants to have a respectful relationship with their bank I recommend a working savings bank or bank break, they respect you there.
