Fantastic - absolutely fantastic!
Lovely treatments; fantastic spa experience; the food was delicious; the staff provided top class service and lots of smiles.

Great place to relax.

I haven't visited this amazing place for so long with my boyfriend's family. If you are looking for a nice spa stay and fantastic relaxation options then I personally recommend Vejle Fjord which has fantastic facilities in the right surroundings. You get a bit into an adventure when you observe the beautiful garden and with sun loungers out to a forest area then there are good opportunities to disconnect and leave the batteries up. The rooms were really nice, lovely beds, good food and professional staff. I give this place 5 stars since I don't have a finger to put. I have to visit it again one day.

Beautiful surroundings, but the hotel itself / rooms / service did not live up to the price ... Unfortunately we feel a little cheated

Super delicious hotel and spa. As a couple we went on a spa stay, ie. access to the spa from 2pm on check-in day and until 2pm on check-out day, including spa access and a three-course menu in the restaurant. The spa is really delicious, especially the fire (42 gr) and ice (8 gr) baths, salt bath and forest bath. Another thing not to miss is when Mikkel is a sauna master, 2-3 times a day, including a fjord depth. Water, Danish water coffee and tea and various fruits are ad libitum. Really delicious experience.
Vejle fjord is expensive, but really nice!

Miserable stay, service and an unforgettable bad experience. Instead, spend the money somewhere else.
Day1: Not recommended!
On the way to the Vejle ford hotel, we call to ask if it is possible to move our booked treatments in the spa until a little later, as there has been a traffic accident on the road and we would probably be 15 minutes late. Already starting our hell. Ditte, their receptionist says verbatim "That's not my problem, so you have to learn to drive from home on time"
Despite saying that it is not certain that we will be delayed at all as I call 2 hours in advance to make them aware of it. But instead, I get a flabby and unnecessarily unruly receptionist in the tube trying to teach me when to drive away from home and anticipate a traffic accident. It has to be said that we drove in extremely good time and got there 10 min. over the booked treatment, which was a 2 hour massage. But instead of subtracting 15 minutes from the treatment which was already a little expensive (2000 kr), Ditte continues with her flabby attitude and speaks in condescending tone to us.
Lack of understanding of the concept of service even before arrival (telephone conversation) which is obviously far from the Vejleford hotel which otherwise also prides itself on the good service.
Ditte, (the receptionist) is a rude, incompetent employee who should find another job. It is clear to see that Ditte finds the job too challenging and tired of the service function she is otherwise hired to perform. She speaks ugly and condescending to the customers (not just the signatory) and believes that she can then afford to do the poor service without complaining about her dramatic behavior which makes me never recommend this place to anyone.

Day 2: to be continued!
Unfortunately, it did not get any better. We had booked a table for 19:00, with a predetermined menu, but as we sat down at the table, after 20 min. wait, there will be belligerency 1.5 hours before the entree is served. Then you get a main course you have not ordered, and then wait for the main course. Of course, the beverages also went goat, why should it play when everything else did not!
The lunch menu did not go any better. In front of the restaurant hangs a 6 month gl. menu cards and when you come in to sit down and order and they will deliver the same menu card to you. Then 30 minutes later tell you that the food you want to order is not at all after having interrogated in the kitchen, she just hand out another menu card. The food, neither lunch nor dinner was particularly good, considering other spa places.
Service is not at all existing at the Vejle Ford Hotel and for DKK 12,000 for two nights, I would rather you spend your time and money on a good experience, possibly in Ystad

Great experience - if you need to take a break, or just get down to gear, then Vejle Fjord Spa is all you need

Great place - bucket of peace and quiet - great facilities in the bathing area - excellent restaurant

The breakfast was good. But the room was small and overlooking the parking lot. There was nothing extraordinary about the room, this compared to the fact that the accommodation cost over 2000kr.

Was here for the spa with my friend and we were SO happy. The place was buzzing with serenity and the many different spa baths were so delicious. Highly recommended if you have to splash out a little and treat yourself a little extra.

Accommodation for 2 with spa and 3 dishes with wine menu - 5000 kroner. A couple of lovely walks in the warm baths, small room with limited facilities and a mediocre menu and harmless wine menu. The price is thus at the top. At that price, a little more of everything is expected.

Lovely rooms, the thermal baths you have absolutely nothing to complain about, absolutely fantastic.
The food in the restaurant was quite excellent, but it pulls something down that the staff did not have the faintest idea of what they were selling.
In addition, there was generally a slave / arrogant attitude from the staff around the hotel (minus in the spa, here they were smiling and service-minded)
All in one, super delicious stay. But maybe you should give the staff a little more info, and an extra Christmas present so they smile a little more and seem like some who want to be there

Disappointing and poor weekend stay at Pentecost. Chose for the first time to try hotel VejleFjord Spa after a recommendation from a good friend. Even before the weekend really had to start, it started badly, when a traffic accident lowered the traffic by 1 hour and 45 minutes from Zealand to Jutland. When I had booked time for a massage in advance, I called to make them aware that we were a little late about 15 minutes and at that moment wanted to hear if it was possible to postpone the massage a bit (especially now that I had paid 925, - for it). The receptionist (Ditte) clearly answered no to this and that we just had to hurry (stress!). An hour later, the traffic has not become easier and I therefore call again to make them aware. The same receptionist is extremely arrogant, condescending and without a sense of situation. She tells us that she cancels the time, as we can only be there 15 minutes after the agreed time and otherwise charges full price for the treatment, as we have not canceled the day before. Incidentally, she is so flabby that she allows herself to tell us that we ourselves are around it and just could have driven earlier! (Without knowing what time we had been driving or hearing after a traffic accident prevented us). This is under ALL criticism in such a service function !! Especially at a price of 10,000 + for a weekend stay. At least there was no relaxation. I have never in my life experienced such a poor attitude for a receptionist.

The rooms were very small and certainly not a place one wanted to be, even despite a nice view from the window.

The restaurant did not have much control either. We are made aware that we have to book time for dinner, which was a pre-determined menu. We did this. Despite this, we did not wait until approx. 35 minutes on the starter to wait a further 40 minutes for the main course. Despite the fact that we wanted the main course served right after the meal. The excuse we were met with was the kitchen is busy . This is under all criticism !! A restaurant had at any one time been able to handle that task more efficiently. Disappointing for the money. The food tasted good, but without being flashy. Unfortunately, the appetite had almost disappeared both days after too long a wait.

The spa department was quite nice. However, for many people. The challenge here was also that Vejleford signs that you have to use the hangers and not "reserve" chairs etc. with towels and books, but no control over this does. Most chairs and corners were therefore occupied most of the time.

I will NEVER come! back to this place! alone Due to the extremely arrogant, and condescending receptionist who during the whole stay bothered me with his flabby attitude. Even when I check out at another receptionist, she gets up from the back of the room, to wade all the way up in my head, stand to smile falsely and say I have not done anything wrong you can just complain about me if you want to". The other receptionist even looked somewhat surprised when Ditte suddenly broke in. This is SO insanely much beyond all bounds and a service gene that has never been seen inferior before! I therefore express the greatest disappointment and hope that others do not set foot on VejleFjord during her watch!

Delicious spa and wellness department and great location in the middle of the beech forest.

Beautiful surroundings with good views of Vejlefjord. A dedicated staff always ready. Along with the lovely food and the relaxed atmosphere in the thermal baths, it is a really good pampering stay.

The restaurant does not lift the place much because of the reasonable food, but rather the good and professional service. The hotel's four stars must be due to the view. In addition, it is something old ...

Super cool place with the best staff. We had booked a love stay which was a mini honeymoon. There was a personal letter in the room from the hotel with congratulations .. throughout a great place can definitely be recommended

A beautiful place with lovely rooms and a fine restaurant. Lovely food and friendly and efficient service. Maybe we missed a nice salon. - which was not a bar with high bar stools.

Nice staff and really beautiful surroundings. When ordering coffee for a person you get a whole pitcher now I'm looking forward to the cake.

We were at Christmas party and the atmosphere was nice, but the food was nothing to say. Fish files were not crispy and the remulin tasted more of mayonnaise than remulade. The rye bread had so hard cores that I was afraid to break a tooth. But the most disappointing, however, was the share year, which was so cool that they were inedible. That the chef would serve it is over my mind. The giant man was also something of the water and lacked taste. But in addition, the service was quick and friendly. It was a nice evening, but I didn't go out of there (enough food, but it didn't taste me).

Best spa area I've ever seen and tried - really done and delicious! Unfortunately, the breakfast was nothing special.

Super nice and relaxed atmosphere! Professional and present spa treatment. Top sauna gus! However, the Vital bar could be a little better for the price.

The wellness department was really good. The food was really good too. If the accommodation had been at the same level, we would be close to 5 stars.

SPO was absolutely amazing! Would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately the food is very down - there is room for improvement!

We have been on your "girlfriend stay" at a price of 4750kr. for one night stay, SPA and dinner in the evening. Fair enough - we expected a very high level due to the high price. The review ends in only 2 stars as the price and quality level are not related in any way. Small tiny room, mediocre dinner, unhelpful bartender in the cocktail bar. The SPA was excellent but not a great experience. Honestly, the weather was great so we could enjoy the park a little. The stay should have cost us 2500kr. instead of the nearly 5000. It had better fit together. Will not recommend you to anyone, unfortunately :(

Great nice place, waw and their garden and woods around like a little paradise

On the whole, a really good stay. Delicious food and a lovely spa. However, the hotel appears a bit worn in several places, which draws on the overall impression. The staff were always helpful and smiling.

A pearl! Stress-relieving thermal baths in many variants both outdoors and indoors. The hotel is set in scenic surroundings that can be enjoyed through the sauna windows, from the sun lounger or explored on relaxing walks.

The service is top notch. If you book with accommodation, you can enjoy a three-course menu in the hotel restaurant, which is in an absolutely special class.

Nice area with great options for walking and looking at the water. The spa is very nice with different options, with the possibility for some snacks or drinks. It feels very cozy being next to the forrest. Did burn my feet on the floor in the outdoor sauna :(

The rooms were pretty standard, but the bathroom was a bit odd. The floor got super wet after a shower.

Ate at the restaurant as well, which I also enjoyed. Can highly recommend this place :)

I was here because of a company course and I really think it was good. We were then in their Spa area and it was also very delicious. The only small minus was that lunch was the same as dinner but otherwise it was very delicious.
