Small and tiny rooms, slow internet connection, the food at the restaurant at the 4th floor was cold once served.

The spa facilities are absolutely stunning. Possibly the best in Denmark.

Great place with luxury spa. Strange that you could not check in until exactly 2 pm, when there was a huge queue for the reception, and subsequently in the spa. The breakfast was delicious with great selection.

Surroundings, service and cuisine, all of it, 10 out of 10. Words aren't really adequate, this place has to be experienced.

Calm and delicious food far out in the woods I was over for lunch and had a seat by the window so I could enjoy the view while we ate. Very friendly service who took care of us very well. I would love to come again, also to stay overnight.

Enjoyed one afternoon in the spa area with buffet, nice drinks and a cold swim in Vejle fjord followed by a trip to the sauna

A nice trip with pampering and luxury. Our only major but - and that makes the stay only awarded 4/5 stars - is that breakfast was not controlled. There was a long wait for coffee as time did not fill up. The same was true of the fruit dish. Cleaning at Jr. The suite was fine, but there was a need for descaling on the tiles in the bathroom - and then there was some mold in the window. We experienced really sweet and service minded staff who gave us a great experience.

Best health resort in Denmark - historic surroundings and beautiful location.

Nice place, but the acoustics in the bar and restaurant are VERY bad.
The rooms overlooking the old building (209) had only 3/4 bed and were sold as double.
There was very little pressure on the water in the shower. - it is not a spa place,
Good dinner, but disappointing breakfast - had it a little extra when it is now 4 star and a health resort!

Take a tour of their spa and have a vital buffet. Super delicious and it can be highly recommended!

Vejlefjord Hotel has it all; wonderful nature, welcoming staff, fantastic spa and thermal baths and, not least, good, exciting food in the restaurant.

One of Denmark's clearly best wellness centers, here we find an incredibly nice peace and opportunity for lovely well-being.
We think it is absolutely fantastic the low noise level from water pumps etc.

My wife and I stayed for a honeymoon weekend at Hotel Vejlefjord, and both the room, the thermal baths, the food and the surroundings were perfect for the situation. In addition, the boyfriend stay package is recommended!

Had bought a package with breakfast buffet and wellness. Well pleased though. Will not call it wellness. They simply close too many people into the bathing area. There is a constant sum from human talk. You feel you are in a public swimming pool. Of course, people show consideration. But it's hard to find peace.

The thermal baths were a disappointment to what I had heard. Restaurant: 15-20 min. waiting time to get the ordered table, starter with thirsty fish, faded peas and colorless pointed cabbage, tasty main course, but dull appearance. Alarm from drunken guests until noon. 02.30 from the terrace and right in the windows, in the room above the terrace in the old main building. Incredible location, if you are for walks in the forest and park - and breakfast buffet.

Highly recommended. Great location, nice park, friendly service and very good breakfast. Price-performance is right!

Located a little secluded - time is almost silent - calm and pampering

Great place, but very little space in changing rooms

I was there yesterday to enjoy a lunch plate
it was nicely arranged and the food was fine and tasted great but having to enjoy one
tenderloin on a plate where fish is served, I do not like.

Tried the Morning delight deal. Excellent breakfast buffet followed by hours of relaxing spa. My favorite was going in the sauna, to the fjord for a cold dip and back again.

There are so many things that I could mention here. We just love the place! If you are looking for a place to stress down. A getaway from the daily life in beautiful setting to really be together. This is it.

The hotel and spa is full of history that is evident in every aspect of your stay. Fantastic old room's with high reaching cellings and comfortable furniture.

The staff is very accommodating and helpful. It's always a great feeling that the staff is knowledgeable about the service they deliver. This is very true for the staff at hotel Vejlefjord. We especially enjoyed the sauna master's story about the history of Hotel Vejlefjord and the waiters service in the restaurant.

The spa is fantastic. We have been here several times and will definitely be back again. There are so many options that everyone will be able to find something they enjoy. We mostly like the sauna, cold bath and outdoor pool along with the steam baths and the large pool.

It's possible to get massage too, which is really nice after a trip to the sauna with the sauna master.

We can definitely recommend and we will definitely be back again.

The location is stunning, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. But don't expect too much from the chambers. At least the one I had looked oldish. Nothing to say about the cleanliness though. Too bad my stay was too short and I didn't had the time to take advantage of their award winning spa. Maybe next time.

A really cozy and good hotel.

The area is absolutely stunning. You can really get some good and cozy walks around the area.

The food at the hotel was super good, and modern with a classic twist.

We lived in the extension. It was some very nice rooms with very comfortable beds.

Can only recommend a stay here. If you are a couple, then you really have to do it.

Standard grand lit double room. Big confusion in the actual booking confirmation with incorrect information and bookings for eg. spa. Only bedding for one person on arrival despite the indication of two people. The cleaning staff took shampoo for cleaning and did not put new ones. The ceiling fell into the bathroom 20 seconds after I left it. Friendly staff in terms of service and various issues, but very little attitude to compensation for faults and defects. Fantastic spa and super delicious food both morning and evening.

Perfect area to walk and enjoy nature. Must be seen and tried

I have been a tour guide myself during my studies throughout Europe: but at Vejlefjord when I had to check out in the morning, the receptionist asked "have they slept well" it was nice and worked on me as sincere interest in the guest
