Miserable stay, service and an unforgettable bad experience. Instead, spend the money somewhere else.
Day1: Not recommended!
On the way to the Vejle ford hotel, we call to ask if it is possible to move our booked treatments in the spa until a little later, as there has been a traffic accident on the road and we would probably be 15 minutes late. Already starting our hell. Ditte, their receptionist says verbatim "That's not my problem, so you have to learn to drive from home on time"
Despite saying that it is not certain that we will be delayed at all as I call 2 hours in advance to make them aware of it. But instead, I get a flabby and unnecessarily unruly receptionist in the tube trying to teach me when to drive away from home and anticipate a traffic accident. It has to be said that we drove in extremely good time and got there 10 min. over the booked treatment, which was a 2 hour massage. But instead of subtracting 15 minutes from the treatment which was already a little expensive (2000 kr), Ditte continues with her flabby attitude and speaks in condescending tone to us.
Lack of understanding of the concept of service even before arrival (telephone conversation) which is obviously far from the Vejleford hotel which otherwise also prides itself on the good service.
Ditte, (the receptionist) is a rude, incompetent employee who should find another job. It is clear to see that Ditte finds the job too challenging and tired of the service function she is otherwise hired to perform. She speaks ugly and condescending to the customers (not just the signatory) and believes that she can then afford to do the poor service without complaining about her dramatic behavior which makes me never recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, it did not get any better. We had booked a table for 19:00, with a predetermined menu, but as we sat down at the table, after 20 min. wait, there will be belligerency 1.5 hours before the entree is served. Then you get a main course you have not ordered, and then wait for the main course. Of course, the beverages also went goat, why should it play when everything else did not!
The lunch menu did not go any better. In front of the restaurant hangs a 6 month gl. menu cards and when you come in to sit down and order and they will deliver the same menu card to you. Then 30 minutes later tell you that the food you want to order is not at all after having interrogated in the kitchen, she just hand out another menu card. The food, neither lunch nor dinner was particularly good, considering other spa places.
Service is not at all existing at the Vejle Ford Hotel and for DKK 12,000 for two nights, I would rather you spend your time and money on a good experience, possibly in Ystad
