Nice and complete place and attentive and very friendly staff.

Very comfortable rooms and excellent cleaning, the only thing I see bad is parking, it is blue zone and at the most it leaves you two hours that you have to go again to take out tickets.

We have been very good. ... the hotel is clean and cozy.

Great location, clean, quiet, friendly, reasonably priced, and nice to their guests. We will stay here again when we return to Granada.

Large room still with the baby's crib. There were some ants on the ground. The breakfast was fine, although sometimes it was not enough to replace it.

The hotel is quite good, and very well located. The staff is very friendly and helpful, well above the average of any hotel you have gone to. It's nice inside and breakfast is fine. The only thing a little worse is that the room was somewhat small and the air conditioning makes a little noise, although you get used quickly.

The room, typical of a hostel: Very small, old furniture, dirty bathroom and views of the interior corridor (which makes the noise more pleasant). Hotel in a great location to reach the Plaza Nueva and hence the Alahmbra and the sacromonte ... in 10 minutes walk along the Gran Via you reach the Catedral, the royal chapel, plaza Bib-Rambla. I stayed with friends in a triple room, of modest size. Functional and quite large bathroom, comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful and prepared service. Varied and abundant breakfast.

This 4-star hotel has at least two left over. The building is in a corrala style with small interior rooms and outdated and worn furniture. We asked for a change of room at reception and they did not help us in any way. The small bed, uncomfortable, the sheets with surprise of some foreign hair, the floor of the room with dust and hair. The heating in the room works the same on and off, the thermostat is for decoration, we get cold at night. The hotel itself is quite old and smells a bit weird, but the worst thing was the treatment we received from an employee. Do not give us the parking ticket at the exit and when I called to receive a solution the girl told us fatally determined that they had given us the ticket when it was not.
