Hotel Triunfo Granada Review

I stayed in room 212 which was very clean and had all kinds of details. I loved the service and also the hotel was in an important part of Granada, close to everything.

First room we were given smelt and was tiny! Definitely not big enough for two people. We complained and they put us in a larger non smelly twin room for the night then moved us to a larger king sized bedroom for the rest of our stay. Be careful a lot of the internal rooms don't have external windows and are extremely noisy. You can hear footsteps in the hallway all night. Breakfast was decent. Location good, but not exactly in the heart of the tourist part.

I love this hotel. This very well located would say that almost perfect, close to everything. They serve you very well upon arrival and breakfast is very complete. Nothing to complain about I hope you keep the price affordable.

Room heating was not working and they couldn't fix it during our 2 days staying. They provided a small electric heater instead. You can find better hotels for less money just nearby...

Old but clean rooms and bathrooms. Good food choice for breakfast.

Our initial room did not fit the standard of a 4 star hotel, we had to ask to change our room. The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. It wasn't the best location for transportation as the hop-on-hop-off does not stop anywhere close to the hotel. There are however lots of restaurants and tapas bars in close proximity off the hotel.

Good location, very attentive staff, good cleaning. Improvable noises in the room due to the sound of pipes.

To say that it is a 4-star hotel is truly a heresy, the hotel needs a refresh because it is old. The room we were given was very small with a double bed that looked like a full sized bed. Long and narrow bathroom, 20 cm was the distance between toilet and bathtub, and to enter the bathtub you had to step over the toilet. International breakfast but with little variety of products. The only positive note to raise the 3-star rating is the availability and professionalism of the staff.

Furniture somewhat old but very clean. Good ubication. Breakfast well, with good things like bread with tomato and not as good as bacon and eggs.

Interior room with a smell of humidity. And although it opened onto a terrace in a patio as soon as natural light came in. Comfortable bed. It does not have parking but if you have a discount in the parking triumph.

Excellent location, great attention and very nice rooms

Where to start. I stayed at the hotel from February 25-28. The girls at the reception from the first days, a charm, but the one on the 28th treated us very badly and with great pride.
Regarding the stay, the hotel had a window that opened onto the interior courtyard, incredible for a 4-star hotel. In three nights, the sheets were not changed, the bathroom was not cleaned, the room was not scrubbed and the closet was full of dust from years.
Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, it's 10 euros, but it's not worth it.
A hotel that does not deserve the four stars with which it is cataloged.

We were hosted this Easter to enjoy the center of Granada and delighted by the location and cleanliness of the hotel. Comfortable and spacious rooms.

The hotel does not deserve four stars, I would not pay more than 85 / 90 per night.
The location is good and offers some discount to customers in a nearby car park.
The receptionists are very friendly, but the lack of staff made us wait five minutes on the phone and fifteen more for them to bring us the toilet paper that they had forgotten to provide to the room, because according to them, they had to serve other customers.
The channels on the TV weren't retuned, though it didn't matter much ... it was Valentine's Day.

Very good hotel, near the center of Granada, right next to the Puerta de Elvira, so ideal location. Spacious room, very friendly staff and attentive. Good breakfast buffet. Possibility to park the car at the public parking Triunfo, not far from the hotel. I recommend this property from which you can go to visit Granada on foot, why not go to the mirador of San Nicolas ... to admire the view of the Alhambra.

The mattresses are back destroyers, for "a four stars" "jaaaaaa I laugh, go ruin, and the shameful bath of everything to use it you have to put your legs in the bathtub, go stay in comfort the worst of my life and the from my colleagues that we went, the cleaning well, but the mattresses I repeat, shameful, and above the room I had no place to sleep on the floor, 4 days of suffering, they even changed my room, the staff is also good, but the room and mattress were just as ruinous.

The hotel is very well located, the treatment is first class, the breakfast is spectacular.
But I did not like the room, the comfort of the bed.

This has turned out to be a fabulously great hotel. I can't find any issues at all. The reception staff are very well versed in English ( my Spanish is poor). The room came with it's own private court yard. I have decided that I will be back as it's in a good location, quiet and easy walk to the main sights.

Well positioned, clean hotel, great reception staff but in desperate need of modernization.

The best is its location, with easy parking, and it's close to the center. Good breakfast, but the rooms are very small in relation to the pictures and very poorly organized and dated. This chain of hotels is much better than the Hotel de Granada at least the ones in Madrid Moncloa and Castile where I've stayed.

A 9 for cleaning, breakfast very complete with fruits, hot and cold for those who appreciate eating a baicon eggs, but artificial sumos, everything very complete, the large room, and to park we have 15 minutes ahead of the hotel there is no parking but there is a parking lot near the hotel with a super accessible price

Very poor air conditioning in the room and a lot of cold in the bathroom. They do not have cars or help with luggage. Very central and very difficult to be able to stop near the entrance of the hotel for which such aid is missing.
The reception staff very attentive and friendly, the same as the waitresses at the breakfast buffet.
Weigh the cleaning staff of the rooms, it bothers them enormously that they do not move out quickly, retaliating and leaving them unfinished

Quaint hotel, well located and connected, as the parking unavailability. Clean, correct rooms.

The truth is that it has been a very good stay. The spacious room, like the bathroom. Good cleaning of the hotel and a fantastic deal at all times. The only downside that would put is that the breakfast buffet is a little weak, but it is to put some snag. I will be back.

Good value for money, but to be a 4 star disappointed me.
Small room, lack of bidet (in Spain as in France it is not used much) and a mop for the toilet, sufficient cleaning; quite complete international breakfast.

Hotel beautiful room spacious modern bathroom, I touched room 9 and had its own terrace from which you could see some typical balconies very close to the center, the reception girls super attentive the only one but the sheets and pillow were stained as of rust, they looked clean but the stain looked leagues, they could have changed and it would have been perfect, I advise you not to have breakfast at the bar next to the florist, have a bad breakfast and with millions of flies!

I would have liked a little more details. I don't know what I said. For a four star I think it should improve, or make some reform.

The staff is very friendly but the rooms, although clean, need a little refurbishment, especially the bathroom. The best thing is that it is very centrally located and that the bed is very comfortable.

Everything they ask me about. Granada I can only say that everything is so beautiful and I liked it so much that I would stay to live.

Good attention, bathroom with shower at low height, more than 175 cm you have to shower crouched. Mattresses of normal springs, does not have viscoelastic.

Well located to visit the city for tourism or work. Great staff attention
