Nice hotel. Certainly not 4 stars, but 3 is hard!
Of the minuses - there is no parking, more precisely, a test - but a public one 700 meters from the hotel explains that you will not find it the first time.
Very convenient location at the junction of the old city and the Arab quarter.

Hotel that seems three stars, would not pay more than 80 to 90 euros

Hotel in a good position, the center can be reached quickly on foot (10min) and nothing via public transportation (bus or taxi). Assuming that we visited in December, at the entrance to the room the heating was turned off and there were exactly 7 degrees inside, otherwise everything was excellent including breakfast, staff availability, room and spacious bathroom, nonetheless, comparing it with cob the other hotels visited during the trip, all more or less with the same characteristics, were the most expensive and least satisfying. 3 stars.

This restaurant is of the highest quality although the prices are affordable

Have been traveling through Spain for over a week and have stayed in 4 separate hotel rooms. I have been rating the rooms on the things I care most about. The rooms are small but normal for European travel.

Cleanliness: I feel clean while in the room, bathroom is nice

Staff: Very friendly much like the people of Granada

Wi-Fi: Faster than most rooms I have stayed in

Close to sights: less than a 15 minute walk to the cathedral and many shops

Parking: Available parking offsite in an underground garage about 7 minutes away (walking). 18 Euros per day

Breakfast: Available for a cost

Quietness: This would be my main (and probably only) complaint. The building is very echo-y and you can hear quite literally everything in the hallways

A hotel 10 minutes walk from the center. Cozy, with friendly and helpful staff (female). Beautiful rooms overlooking the square. Breakfast was varied and satisfying

Very nice staff. Unfortunately, the room that touched us was not soundproofed and with the window facing the outside but not on a covered internal courtyard. However, the price-quality ratio is very good.

To be fair, it's not a fully 4* hotel on my standards, but it's much cheaper than a 4* and the staff is very keen to help in everything! Rooms are perfectly clean and spacious. They don't speak a perfect English but they are really kind in help customers in everything! If I'd go back in Granada I'll certainly try to find a room in this hotel!

Very good location and very clean. Pleasant service. Of course, at most it is a 3-star hotel: old, with a wooden door adjoining the next room, there was not even a wastebasket (there were super small hygienic bags and nothing useful).

I stayed with my boyfriend for two nichts there. Good is the price and it's close to the city center and the main attractions. The room smelled weird and closing the room doors was quite noisy (you could here it through the whole hotel). It isn't a four star hotel neither. More 2,5 stars. I wouldn't recommend it.

Very old-fashioned room, the bathroom is the worst I have found in all the hotels I have stayed in, it still has a bathtub, the funny thing is that the height from the floor to the edge exceeds 50 cm, inadmissible, and access to the It can only be done in one corner and with great care because the sink is huge, which makes the bathroom more useless.
At breakfast I was amazed since there is no microwave so that customers can heat a coffee with milk or a cola cao, skimmed milk, soy, lactose-free you must ask for it and they bring you a cup of milk and not the bottle or the brick, amazing. You prune a straw (Straw) and they don't have it, the continental breakfast is too poor and the tables were dirty, they took time to collect and reassemble. For the 9 plus VAT it costs I felt cheated.
At least I have the satisfaction that I will not stay here again until I know for sure that they have improved.

The worst hotel in Granada, I do not recommend staying at this hotel, zero flexibility with check out, it is a disaster, they made some men change in public toilets. The breakfast is mediocre too. NOT TO GO.

Very small and outdated rooms, nothing in keeping with the price that was 95 euros for a double. The toilet was so attached to the bathtub that I could hardly put my legs. The air conditioner is centralized for all the hotel, an incredible heat in the room and we could not put cold because being winter was the general heat pump. I put two stars just for the friendly reception and the location, next to the Albaicin and the historic center.

Very well located to visit the city. They have arranged the parking with a nearby underground parking (5min) at 18 euros per day, is paid directly at the hotel. The personnel is very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. The double bed is rather small (1.40 or 1.35), the rooms on the ground floor are extremely noisy (you can hear the cleaning staff trajinar since the morning cleaning starts).

Central hotel with good communication. The rooms on the ground floor a bit deformed to take advantage of the space. I suppose those on the floors above will be more normal. The breakfast is very good, with variety and quantity. It looks pretty clean and careful.

Good hotel in a quiet area but close to the cathedral. The hotel is traditional in style but very well preserved and with spacious and bright superior rooms to a quiet square. In my case the staff got quite messed up with my reservation, but always with the best attitude to solve it.

A scam ... they don't return the money when they cancel the reservation. The reservation was canceled poor reasons of the state of alarm .... they say and they say but they never do, ..... already two months ....

Nice hotel with good breakfast. 10 good minutes from the Nivea pizza. We took the parking 16 (triunfo) with the room. Cheaper than if we would have taken it by ourselves. Granada is to see (3 days).

I want to expose to the air conditioning of the hotel has been the worst. Were returning from visiting Granada and the room was fifteen degrees and slow to warm up. I also want to say that the room we were assigned was not like what appeared on the official, clean but small page. The location was good and the staff very friendly, willing to help.
