Its a nice hotel, I went there for a reception. Not fond of the food though but the arrangement was on point and the bars and restaurant looked good.

Delux Rooms are small and not more then 12X12. I feel its 4 star instead of 5.
Food is horribly Expensive. Better to have Dinner and Breakfast with booking.
Very near to Connaught Circle. Beautiful location.

The hotel is centrally located in New Delhi in the Cannaught Place area. Rooms are nice and decent sized. You can feel a sense of space. However, the fittings are a bit dated and maintenance could be better. Service is good. Quality of food is also very good. Faced a bit of delay at the reception both during check in and check out but the staff were very friendly and patient.

Good location, good hotel. Jim's there. There is a swimming pool. In front of the Bangla Sahib gurudwara. A little further away there is a sweet shop called Bangla Sweets. That's good too. The breakfast at the hotel is quite nice. Did not have dinner, but the taste of lunch on the whole!

Booked through the (buggy) website. This place must have been good 10 years ago. Everything is a little run down now. Carpets in the room were stained, the staff was unorganized and not helpful. Room Dining was not reachable, then took ages. Prices for food are way too high. After I had checked out I needed just a minute of Wifi to buy a roaming package on my Phone via app, the guy at the desk got bossy and straight up refused due to some bullshit IT excuse. Had some nice strangers on the street give me a mobile hotspot. This hotel does not deserve the 5 star status, next time I will stay somewhere else...

The buffet lunch provided for the conference I attended was superb!

Staff was friendly and helpful but mold smells pervaded the room. Shower had hair remaining from previous occupant. We had a leak that was quickly fixed. Breakfast buffet is edible but not as many western food choices.

Rooms are neat and clean. All facilities for comfortable stay available. Good food. Centrally located. May be the reception lounge requires better designing. Overall great value for money.

Ambience is good, staff is well versed bit the thing which stood out for me was excellent food. Conferences usually don't serve such tasty food. Must say it was yummy. Would surely visit again for restuarant once.

It's a good hotel!! Ambience is great near the lobby and restaurant! Rooms are a bit small but comfortable and cozy at the same time! Staff is very polite!! Overall-Value for money!

This is a pretty old hotel with pathetic service and the infrastructure is pretty bad. Not recommended. The food also tasted bad.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location is as good as it gets. Close to Connaught Place but away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The rooms are not too small. Enough for two people. Staff is very friendly and their service was just as expected. Breakfast had a good variety. Overall a great stay. Highly recommend this hotel

Good place to stay with family and kids. Locality is good. Staffs were very nice. Room was properly cleaned. Good thing is that staffs are very cocerned re how to make the visitor's stay more comfortable. They are very friendly to kids even. It was a good call for us. Food is good.

The hotel is very well located, the room is very comfortable and the bathroom modern, shower with telephone. And very clean. The breakfast is very complete. As a negative point I will say that they charge a fee despite having a reservation paid with an agency and that the wi-fi is paid (in a 5 star hotel it seems a very ugly detail)

I liked the breakfast most. I will give 9 out of 10 for overall service.

The Metropolitan Hotel and Spa is in New Delhi in India. My friend and I was there last month on a business trip. The bed was good to sleep on. Warm, soft and comfortable. The rooms were clean too. The free breakfast was very good, both plentiful and delicious. The staff come around with coffee as you wish. I would be happy to stay at the Metropolitan Hotel and Spa in New Delhi if I came here on business again.

Great service and good food also responsible and well educated staff.
