The Mercer Kitchen is a solid restaurant. Good food, good ambience, and usually not too crazy to reserve a table an hour or so in advance.

With the pitterpatter of heels above your head the Mercer's subterranean location truly captures the energy of Soho. It's been years since I've had their tuna tartare pizza but I still think about it to this day.

Can't think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel. Highly recommend it. Great location too.

My friend and I went there for Restaurant Week and the selection was pretty good! My friend got a drink and it was made perfectly and tasted delicious. We got the squid salad, shrimp with golden noodles, and the chocolate cake and ice cream. Food was delicious and servers were attentive. The price could be better though so that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. But I loved the ambience - dimly lit but still bright enough with candles to see. Great for a date night or a night out with friends.

The resturant's food was delicious, small size meals though.

This is one of those beautiful places in nyc that has lots to offer. The dining area underground is very cool mid afternoon and the nightclub bar attached is also very cool. I come here often to meet friends and spend the night in the city. A must do!

- no spa or gym
- internet slow / not working in every room

Had an amazing time with co-workers! We went for a business luunch and everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the drinks and the service immensely.We recommend ordering a few apps for the table so everyone can enjoy the variety of options. For the main course I got the steak with a side of macaroni and cheese as the side and it was the best steak. Overall, wonderful experience and can't wait to be back.

Stopped for a drink. Nice place to hangout. The bar in the basement looked busy and trendy.

The place was beautifully designed and very appealing to the eyes. I expected the food to be on the same level and worthy or the decor, but was let down. The food did not taste fresh and seemed like it was microwaved. I really can't say if I would return in the future, but if I do, I would proceed with lower expectations
