Very nice and welcoming hotel. Sea front. Quiet rooms and abundantly above average breakfast. Super fair prices. In a couple of minutes on foot you can visit the city and taste the local specialties.

Nice and clean accomodation even if it looks outdated
The hotel does not have much luxury, but is very comfortable and has its own parking (5 euros per night). The view is very beautiful, because it is facing the sea. The service was very good, the receptionist Alex was extremely helpful.
It is a nice hotel with a sea view. Clean and free parking. If you want a hotel outside of Rome, I do recommend it especially if you have a car and want to miss traffic this is the place.

A cool small hotel on the seashore in an hour by metro from the center of Rome. An interesting interior in the spirit of the 80s, a lot of old things from that era. Breakfast is modest, the choice of dishes is small.
Absolutely fabulous! The staff are over the stars amazing & provided this solo female traveler an exquisite Italian experience located with ocean view & beach across the street with a 10 min walk to the train for inexpensive access to the Roman Empire!! Can t wait to come back with my children.

The room was hot without the radiators and air conditioner being turned on.
The wi fi network did not work well, I found breakfast not exactly poor because there were things to eat but the cappuccino, milk and coffee are taken from a machine and the taste is not exactly the best.
For the rest I recommend it.

Very nice location, rustic with a 50s theme. Elevator is good enough for 1 person. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant served a wide variety for a decent price.

we were twice guests for just me and my partner and we found ourselves well. everything works beautifully, the place is kept with care, cleanliness.the beauty of simplicity combined with the taste for everything that is modern and essential. it is always a coming and going but the greeting never fails from the staff every time you pass. for us it will be a fixed stop every time we want to give ourselves a second of relaxation a step away from Rome.
Good hotel near Rome. Fantastic value for money this season. It is however on the sea. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the metro to Rome. Breakfast is good, varied and plentiful

Modern building and friendly staff. The tiles in the bathroom were cool it looks like they had kids paint on the tiles. The staff spoke good English and called us a cab. They have food and a bar though we didn't use it. Overall a great place.
The hotel is the first line, 2 minutes walk to the free sandy beach, everything is clean, neat, balcony, sea view. But it is clear that the hotel has long been built. Some moments it is time to fix it.

Cheap and nice breakfast. Lovely position. Rooms are confortable and bathroom clean. Not heard noise from stairs or neighbours. Entrance not easy for handycaps but free parking on the street, I had no problem in a week stay
We stayed in this hotel for just one night and in winter. Actually we used the hotel only to sleep, having to leave early the next morning. Discreet place, the average room even though the bathroom was really small, but for the price paid 30 for a single with breakfast is more than good.
The big room, but we had to wait for it to warm up because the heat was off. Clean, but the old stuff. Beautiful view, the sea is visible. Good food, diversified. There are some relaxing places in the hotel with old, interesting objects. Up to bigger shops is something to walk, but it's nice, because they are beautiful buildings. Part of the city looks devastating, but the touristic part is ok.

This place was clean, friendly, and had a great restaurant. The area was full of great places to eat and drink. I walked the area at all hours without any fears for my safety. The only negative was the time it took to make the trip into downtown Rome, but it actually gave me time to meet people and talk. For the price, I would definitely stay again.

Nice place located facing the sea. The location is not the best. It is quite far from Rome. It is a nice place to rest and it is a typical holiday resort. The room very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom spacious but the girl shower. The dinner varied but not very appetizing.
It is a family environment. You feel welcome in an unknown place. They made us feel so relaxed. Mario de driver was waiting for us on time at the airport several times. Maurizio went extra mile to help us. The ocean view room is fantastic. Very good food in the restaurant and Julia did a great job. Very clean. We loved it! Wished could stay longer.
