Everything was bad for the 5-star hotel: food, drinks, room cleaning. You could expect such kind of service in 3-star but definitely not in 5. Food selection was really poor: 2 kinds of meat and side. Fresh water wasn't fresh at all (bad smell and taste). Servise in restaurant was OK in general. But there was one very unpleasant incident. Hostess snatched a glass of ice cream out of my hands when we left the restaurant. We were with kids and they wanted to finish an ice cream outside, but she told us it was not possible. It was really rude. Drinks selection (all inclusive) was awful as well, local drinks with a poor quality. Only beer was OK and actually it was only one kind of alcohol which you could drink for free. All non-local alcohol was chargeable and usually it took 5-10 mins to buy it. It wasn't a question about money (on aver it costed 2-3 ), it was just unexpected for all inclusive 5 stars. Room cleaning was OK in general, but 2 dirty cups after coffee had not been washed 7 days, though they stood in plain sight. Towels and bed linens were very old and not very clean. Mini bar was empty, not even a bottle of water was there. Pool towels were full of holes, it required a deposit of 10 euros and you could get them only at a certain time (10-12), no exchange during the day. Beach was good, but be careful - there are sea urchins in the sea. Internet and cell coverage was extremely bad, wifi didn't work as well. SPA, pools were OK. Entertainment team did good job. But still not 5-star.
