First of all the hotel most definitely does not feel like a 5-star hotel. It also most definitely does not look like one.
To put it mildly - the food is simply an abomination.
The drinks included in the all-inclusive package are the cheapest ones imaginable. The juice which is intended for kids is the most basic sugar, water and colouring garbage you can get.
On top of that every day you get the same breakfast, the same lunch and the exact same dinner.
There was nothing planned for the kids or adults after 9 o'clock. No entertainment and no animators for the kids.
The rooms were absolutely infested with mosquitoes which I spent three good part of my vacation chasing around the room and killing.
I don't think the people who gave this hotel five stars actually know what a 5-star hotel looks like and what does it offer.
Although I understand the style of the hotel is based on an old monastery the furniture was simply too dated and the bed was absolutely horrible.
It was shaped like a boat and as soon as you lay on it you drop down in the middle and you can't move. I guess this is another 5-star feature...
