Lacking friendliness and friendliness to the reception staff .... They do nothing to please the guest, they charge pool towels, they do not even tolerate an hour at checkout and they charge to bring bottle opener in the room .... Would not recommend.

It is not the first time that I stay and always good but that of this night is unacceptable. A party was held inside the hotel and between the music and the scandal of the screaming people it was impossible for me to sleep. At 3.30 in the morning and desperate (I had to get up at 7) I called the reception and the young lady (her perfect deal) tells me that there are still two hours of party, she offers me another room but I think the solution is not that at those hours. They should have anticipated it and not give the rooms so close to the place of the party. I think a hotel is to rest. If I bother other users in my room, they would call me to order, what happens when the hotel fails ...

Very large and very comfortable, near tourist places. The rich food, which I did not like very much were the desserts, although they look very appetizing. The spacious and clean rooms. I recommend it even though I don't know the prices ...

My experience of the "Hotel Silken Al-Andalus Palace" was one of surprise and disappointment.

Within the "Hotel Silken Al-Andalus Palace" there are four wonderful restaurants all serving a different cuisine.

All the staff were friendly & helpful with any requests such as arranging local taxis to and from the sights, of which there are plenty to see in this historic city and taxis are the best way around this city.

I really like Seville, all those historic buildings and places to see and photograph as a photographer, is wonderful.

So it is with such great disappointment that I left after three days, without seeing or photographing anything.

I found that driving anywhere was such a stressful experience, added to the fact that the roads were in such a poor state of repair, I felt that there was an accident waiting to happen around every corner...

I was looking forward to seeing Seville, but left feeling so disappointed...

I already knew the hotel but I had never stayed.

Good facilities and excellent services highlighting the offer of restoration, but without a doubt the best thing of all has been the treatment received by all the personnel of the establishment, independently of the department to which they belonged. I had not been in a hotel with such a good team for years. CONGRATULATIONS

The hotel is good for a quiet stay either alone or with a partner. The breakfast buffet is also quite good. Of course, you would need a couple of paint touches in some places and a comprehensive cleaning. But overall I had a great stay and very quiet. It is advisable.

The treatment of the excellent staff, the very clean and comfortable rooms, the very rich breakfast and very pleasant to have the possibility of having breakfast in the garden. The pool was very good too, although people left the towels provided by the hotel and left, which made it difficult to find a place. They disinfect the common areas every so often and there are dispensers of hydroalcoholic gel, which reassures against the current situation. We will repeat for sure if we have the opportunity to return. Thank you(:

The rooms are very dated and also poorly maintained (dirty), there is no maid service, cramped bathrooms and the shower / tub had rusted and dirty parts. My experience was terrible. The structure is very large so the staff won't line you up ... even the catering service is poor. In short, I wouldn't recommend it :)

Hearty breakfast, some mocking smiles can be. We had to ask to change our room 3 times to get a good one, the first 2 were on the road side or smelled like cigarettes, do not hesitate to ask to change

This is my 4th stay at the al Andalus Palace as a tour leader. As usual they have been excellent. Christina and Carmen at reception were particularly helpful. The hotel is located a bit far from the Centre but it it is well appointed with all the amenities and an excellent breakfast. My group of 36 from SA in June and 80 in December 2018 and 46 in December 2017 have all loved this hotel which was arranged by Jumbo Tours and Arab Holidays.

Great service and employees. To improve access to the Hairdresser. It is not easy to find it and for people with reduced mobility it is difficult to arrive. It should be on the ground floor with the other services.

We didn't find the hotel very friendly on arrival and felt uncomfortable during the two days we were here. The outside space is as good as it's going to get in this price range, with decent pool and well looked after gardens - a definite plus. The room was a good size but basic, not what you'd expect a 4 star hotel to be like and the fridge didn't work. Location just a little too far from the old town, we did try walking but wanted to save our legs for the sights. Also very hot to be walking so far. There is nothing surrounding the hotel so you have to go to town whilst the taxi seemed reasonable, it adds up when you're budgeting, and ultimately deciding which hotel to choose, personally I'd rather use that money to stay closer to the town. To sum up, was okay but would not stay there again, we have since moved to the Ayre Hotel which was so much more welcoming, slightly closer to town and shops, cafes etc all around.

The hotel is nice, but the room that stuck out despite it being comfortable had no view other than the rafters of the hotel. It was 3140. Eating in the cafeteria could be better. The employees are friendly.

Rooms ok, service ok, outside is nice, swimming pool is closed after half October, not good considering it's Seville and it's hot even in November by day. Receptionist speak well English. The restaurant is nice, lounge bar too. Position is bot central, but not too far, bus n.3 and 34 serve well.

A breakfast with lots of choice. The rooms are clean. Access to the city center by line 3 of the bus 5min from the hotel. A huge hotel to catch the eye with sun loungers for everyone. However, the isolation from one room to another leaves much to be desired. We heard everything that happened to the neighbors. As well as the front door which does not isolate at all from the hallway. Late in the evening or early in the morning, coming and going wakes you up without a doubt.

Hotel an eccentric next to the BETIS stadium. The rooms a little outdated, cold and basic decor. Toll parking. Nice pool but closed. Beautiful patio and good atmosphere at the bar. Small gym. We are not staying long, only one night, to enjoy.

Hotel Al Andalus Palace Silken has called the Zoosanitary to capture the CASTRADOS and DESPARASITADOS cats managed by Zarpitas Urbanas.

He called by phone to talk to the director and was allegedly on vacation, an e-mail was sent to him that he never answered to explain the ethical, effective and free management that Zarpitas Urbanas was doing.
