This hotel is a classic of the city of Porto.
I must have stayed more than a dozen times in more than a decade. Five stars, good rooms, lost in the last visits the charm at breakfast, more machines and less human factor. The view from the upper floors is unique!

I had a very pleasant stay here. The reception is very helpful and the hotel rooms are great with an amazing view. The location is also quite strategic. It is located near to Pingo Doce (conveniece store), McDonald, and a bus stop. It is also not so far away from Casa da Musica, which I think is worth to visit if you are interested in performing arts and architecture. Would definitely suggest others to stay here.

Very nice hotel not too far from the center of Porto which still requires a bus or taxi. In the morning have breakfast at the supermarket next door

As you approach this beautiful 5* hotel you will be welcomed at the entrance by the friendly staff and you can feel the luxurious customer service from the start of your stay. The hotel has a luxurious reception area and 5* service including luggage delivered to your room, guest room service and cleaning twice a day. The hotel is located just 30-40 minute walk from the centre of porto town and there is the option to get a taxi. The coast is also a (45 minutes) walk or taxi (7 minutes), where you can enjoy the pleasant beach. The hotel offers food all day and evening and room service is a treat, ranging from around 15 euro for a starter / main course 20 30 euro. The breakfast is highly recommended and is of a very high standard, offering fresh salmon, healthy cereals, eggs, breads and hot food selection. The hotel rooms are luxurious, and extremely comfortable and include a separate bathroom and toilet room, a desk and chair, spa robe and slippers and comfortable bedding. A room with the city/sea view is also highly recommended, one of the best views imaginable from a hotel room. All rooms have access to a fast wifi which is a real bonus for anyone on business. The hotel offers facilities including gym, pool and spa which includes a steam room, shower with different features, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, treatments, relaxation area and a sauna. One of the most spectacular features is the terrace view, you can enjoy a well made cocktail while looking over Porto at sunset, something you have to experience! The staff in the hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming and speak english. A fantastic hotel, definitely worth staying on your trip to Porto.

Hotel very nice, clean, modern and comfortable! But a cold atmosphere and much too quiet for our taste.

He can't come in before the time they tell you. If check-in is at 3pm, you can t get in at 2pm, plus they made us wait 20 minutes because they didn t have the rooms ready, as there were people with longer delays. Of course, we arrived at 9 am and were given the opportunity to store our bags and be able to visit.
The SPA must be paid separately and they are 15 / person, we were confused thinking that the pool was the SPA.
For everything else, we had a good stay

What a fantastic hotel, with an extra view of Porto. The restaurant offers an all you can eat buffet for only 27 and it's good, very good. The cocktails are good and a bit pricey ... but that's normal considering the price of the dishes. I go back willingly.

A 5 star hotel great. He deserves them all. Super friendly staff, great room service, super full breakfast buffet .... The spacious and super clean rooms, also come back in the afternoon to fix them and leave a detail in bed.

Only four star due to the spa. Worst two I've been to. With little hygiene, very old, strange, spa servants of the most arrogant that there may be. The rest of the hotel is simply fantastic

Hotel is good and clean. Breakfast is ok, the scrambled eggs are not tasty but the omlet you can order is very good. In the pool you need a swim cap which is no more very common, you have to buy one at reception otherwise you are not allowed to enter. Big bottle of water which is placed outside minibar is not for free and costs as much as 5

Excellent. The hotel is very well set, the facilities very good and in perfect condition. It has all the comforts of a five star hotel.

We stayed in a room on the 11th floor and we loved the views. The stay is divided into entrance, bedroom, toilet and bathroom; which makes it very practical. The bed was very comfortable and was a real double bed, not two joined beds. The carpeted floor, which made it warm and pleasant.

We liked the spa very much and found it very complete.

The hotel also has a beautiful terrace on the top floor, where we could enjoy a welcome glass of wine on our arrival with stunning views.

The only thing that would improve are the indications for parking. The hotel has an agreement with the two car parks below but that do not belong to it. Upon arrival we did not know very well where we could leave the car. And it is a pity that there is no elevator that directly connects the parkings with the hotel reception.

A reference in this kind of hotels in the city of Porto. Worth the stars it has, although a less modern decor is worth for the history and quality of service
