Aircon in the room was a bit noisy. Otherwise, all good.

Great event and meeting service. Great space, with equipment and support for meetings and events.

Nothing to say. This is indeed a 5 star hotel

Probably the worse "5 stars" hotel I have ever been too, it is very far behind its stars - I have been better welcomed in hostels! 1. The elevator will upset you big time 2. It takes ages at the reception (the poor ladies are only two..) 3. Some of the staff were not very polite and respectful 4. The food at the rooftop restaurant was absolutely disgusting (I could honestly elaborate but I'd need to write more) 5. If breakfast isn't included it costs 15 euros. They have an "express breakfast" at 6 euros but very poor and starting at 8 am so quite late 6. They charge you 15 euros for 1 night at the parking (and 10 sometimes I didn't understand) 7. They make you pay for the swimming pool cap. I could go on but basically: they will try to scam you in every possible way they can having you paying for everything without delivering a good quality in exchange (whether it's a service or hardware or food...). Super bad experience. Will never return there.

Excellent Hotel and Location!
The Hotel is located in the Av Boavista, which is a principal avenue with excellent connections to the overground and places to visit. You also have a decent supermarket by side the hotel and very nice shopping centre, called Mercado Bom Sucesso, close to the Casa Da Musica. The hotel room was really clean and well distributed, very comfy beds and excellent customer service. The hotel member's of the staff made our stay very enjoyable, from the checking in until check out. The cleaners also were very good, very professional, paying attention to every detail.
The customer service in general is really sparkles!
The swimming pool facilities were ok, but with few limitations on use due to the agreement with external providers, but still ok.
Definitely returning to this hotel next time ! Thank you very much

Very clean hotel, super helpful staff and all 24 hour room service. Excellent and super rooftop lunch area overlooking the harbor. I would especially like to thank the reception staff "from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on 20/01/2018" for the availability of last minute requests and to make this day special for us. Very good people working in the hotel, from the reception to the cleaning lady.
The spa bad, does not mean half of the services of the pool; showers and, for not functioning even a single bed of water. For a hotel of this level and price, I see it too careless.
The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

Can not a five star hotel such bad pillows. They do not have a firm pillow, a shame and we already discussed it on another occasion and we see that other hotels of lesser category continue to be the same and have a variety. One pity more people have already complained.

Good rooms and breakfast. It just lost point in the location. Too far from the sights.

Never got complementary drink and staff at reception was not super accomodating. Otherwise really nice spa facilities!

Rooms nickel, services at the top and superb view on the terrace and bar on the top floor.

Very exquisite place and good atmosphere. Large selection of drinks and extremely attentive staff. Just do not give 5 stars because they have removed the smoking area inside, the space lacks a sheltered place for smoking and how rainy days ahead becomes a critical point for anyone who is smoking.

I had a series of problems and I got very angry but today, as it was not possible to fix, we changed the room to a wonderful suite and I have to write it because my anger yesterday made me react too soon we are very happy with the reaction of the hotel

A great hotel, the entry a bit weird there in the background and a crazy price in the parking service taking into account that behind there is a residential area where parking is free. Good pool, good spa and a terrace with spectacular views.

the mixed sandwiches were too weak just to mention that they lacked butter on top the cassio employee tried to defend the hotel but i only give 2 stars they are all badly created

Very fine hotel I strongly advise to visit it has panoramic views on the 19th floor so later remember who visits once is customer, if it has good taste try not to go wrong

A 5 star hotel with very spacious rooms and a bathroom with 2 independent areas. The breakfast is fantastic and the waiters attention is unbeatable. It is possible I will return!

If you want to back at the 80's is a best place, it's not a real 5 star hotel, I guess it's a poor 4* or a nice 3* , people who work there is awesome and nice people
