Well, it was only right to erase my poor review simply because the good folks at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead were absolutely stellar in handling my issue. I truly look forward to experiencing this beautiful establishment again in the future, and hopefully put a face to the names that were so delightlful and stealthy in their efforts.
