Very modern. Beautifully situated on the water. Own fitness center, sauna, swimming pool.

Good location and some rooms with a view of the Spree. The color scheme is certainly a matter of taste but consistent in itself. Everything clean, tidy and well organized

Lovw this place wen i go to Berlin. i never take another hotel. Its clean great vibes from the servic and always joung motivated people who are working there. its a lifestyle hotel witch really take a good place in my travel hotel selection! A hotel totally out if leftfield but well worth the extra time to reach it from the city centre.
It's a great location though with easy public transport connections back to the city. Not far away from lots of bars and restaurants too.

Unfortunately, breakfast is quite expensive at 25 if you haven't booked it at the same time.

It could be a hotel like any other. The problem is that everything is pink. The reception. The restaurant. The rooms. The elevators. Bedding ... At first it looks cool, different, cute. A masterpiece. But after two days at the hotel vice can not wait to leave ...

I really like staying at the hotel when visiting Berlin. The atmosphere at the Spree has a special flair and the hotel of course the design as well. The breakfast is great. Parking in the garage is offered. Lucrative tourist potts are within easy walking distance. Conclusion: If you are looking for a hotel that does not want to be disappointed, this is the place for you!

As always worth a trip and overnight stay. But there was no Currywurst at the bar at 24:00! It was very delicious !!!! That's why there are only 4 stars

At big events still a lot of room for improvement!
Waiters took the drinks and made them! The bartenders the drinks, which were ordered at the bar! We and others had to wait 40 minutes and longer!
In the end too few (and unfortunately not organized) staff for an annual After Show Party ...
The front desk says chic, toilet was / is clean and the rooms are definitely a nice ;-)

I was there for the GraphQL-Europe convention. The service and food was pretty good. Also the view from the terrace was nice.

The manager Pablo Rodriguez has attended us so well. We were really impressed.

The food was nice and the staff were friendly, but there were some oddities like being able to see straight into the shower from the bedroom. It was fine, there was nothing wrong the stay but it's no stand out either, which is why it gets a solid 3/5.

Best hotel I ever visited! They serve breakfast in bed for just 22 Euros.

Design hotel with a little patina. The rooms are decorated in pink and beautifully shaped. The design is consistent. The signs of wear are already visible. The service is good and friendly. A little more professionalism at events would be desirable.

Outrageous ! Congress Intercoiffur, room overbooked, now the simplest standard room, never again, they just can not!
The main thing to pull the contingent for a major event ashore, but not enough rooms, I sleep worse than at home.

For a 4 star hotel my room was not clean. Everywhere hair was from another guest. With these room rates a clean room can be expected. Actually an impudence

The hotel is colorful and stylish with pink color, so it was decorated by Karim Rashid. It was comfortable in a spacious hotel.

As we heard that there was spa, but indication of guidance was not found, we think that person who wants to use spa should do confirmation in advance.

Great hotel, good breakfast, nice staff. One star deduction because of the bad parking situation, there are a few parking spaces in front of the front door (which are not enough for the size of the hotel) otherwise there is an underground car park for 18 euros (24 / h) parking in the side street only with parking fee.

Front desk not welcoming at all. Had to switch a room from one day to another with a strict check in/out timinig. For Sure would not go again or suggest to anyone.

The hotel is all pink. Floor, doors, glass, pillow, duvet, elevator, floor decoration. Kinda tiring. But of excellent quality.

Oh, what enthusiasm! Such a nice hotel! When checking in you have to either credit card or 100 deposit left. Parking fee per day is 16 . For breakfast p.P. 25 , that was unfortunately too expensive, generally kitchen a bit more expensive.

By far the best NH hotel I have ever been to. Good location with an excellent view, nice rooms in a super modern and artsy hotel.

No respect for the sleeping. Loud music till very late. Receptionist offered ear plugs....

A truly original place to stay, the experience is far from that of the typical hotel

Very warm welcome, concierge Richie was fabulous making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Heated bathroom floor a great luxury! Loved the art gallery and sauna area. Bar lovely to sit and relax at night time listening to DJ. Housekeeping slightly slow but appreciate that it is a busy bank holiday weekend. Highly recommend and would love to come back :)

For all those who prefer a hard jet of water when showering in the morning, on the 6th floor, no result.

If you want to order a guitar to your room, unfortunately, according to the information, instruments were stolen again and again therefore not always available. In my case there wasn't even a bass.

I preferred to let some time pass after our stay to write my opinion in order to remain factual.

I had booked the Berlin Nhow at one of my favourite hotels, I wanted to show it to my family, this hotel always gave me great memories but it was a huge disappointment.
Our one week stay was for the Christmas period, apart from a tree at the hotel reception the Christmas spirit was not there.

An empty hotel with no customers, no atmosphere and the program displayed at the reception was not respected. We came back early from our stroll in town to attend the live piano, it took several people from the hotel to finally tell us that the live would not take place, nor the live guitar scheduled for the next day!

I wrote to the Instagram account to ask what was planned for Christmas in the hotel because I was worried that there was so little organization and communication in the hotel. I was simply told that the restaurant was having a special meal, which I had booked for 4 people on the 24th at 9pm.

Some decorations had been put on the tables for the Christmas dinner, we arrived for 21h at the table, in the restaurant room a table of 3 people who were at dessert and a woman alone, it was the atmosphere of the Christmas dinner on a playlist in loop since the beginning of the week. The meal was served to us very quickly since we were the only customers, but while we were eating the main course, the waiters started to remove the decorations and set up the breakfast tables! In this really unpleasant atmosphere we had our dessert and left around 10:30 pm, I hadn't imagined my Christmas Eve in such conditions!

I would like to thank Richard the concierge who tried by all means to make our stay pleasant by offering us visits and activities outside the hotel.

But for me it's finished the Nhow a Noel in these conditions !!!!

The hotel is quite ok. The "almost morbid" focus on the boys is overkill. Music is beautiful, but does it have to be everywhere? The most exaggerated is probably the free room guitar service. This is the only hotel I know where guests are actively encouraged to make noise and disturb the sleeping guests. We were sonicated until 3 in the morning with un-rhythmic bass sounds. It is also hard to understand why the 8th floor must be a soundfloor. Place the noisy ones (Wanna-Be-Rockers) in another building, but not between the guests. Having to pay over 100 euros for one night and then not being able to sleep is simply unacceptable. If I would like I would go to a club. We will certainly not come back here and leave the place to the "boy". But in the long run these are not the ones that bring you the money. They prefer to buy the bottle of beer in the supermarket and drink it smoking in front of your front door. Which is probably one of the reasons why the overblown DJ in the evening in the lobby was not a buzzing crowd.

Modern and upscale architecture and design with predominance of pink tones located on the banks of the Spree river in main German metropolis. Very complete on merit in the best hotel rating.

Great hotel but they ask an extraordinary price for the wifi, 17 a day is way to high for Internet.

Great nice hotel in my favorite color rose. Really beautiful nice and light and spacious rooms with all conveniences. There was a DJ playing great music outside and in the lobby. Too bad we were only here one night. But if I go back to Berlin I would like to come back here. Only downside expensive breakfast of almost 30 euros per person will undoubtedly be great but we are only small eaters enough for a sandwich.

Stayed here for 2 nights near new years. The hotel decor is one if a kind and the breakfast was really good. Did nit have food Un the restaurant as it had been fully booked. We booked for a double room with a view and paid in full 3 months prior. When we checked in everything seemed good until we got to our room and there were 2 single beds. Twin room not a double. Went straight back do to reception and told them there was a mix up with our room we had booked a double not a twin. Only to be told sorry there are no double rooms left. He guy at reception got on the phone and some how sorted out a double room after I insisted that this was unacceptable as we had paid and book for a room months prior. When we got to the new room the TV had no sound by this point it was late and I did not want to go back down another time so just put up with no TV. The following day both our key cards stopped working and to go back to reception to fix them. Apart from these issues the hotel itself was very clean and tidy. The decor is either a love it or hate it. The staff where very friendly.

No information on arrival about the facilities available, I only found out about them from reviews online after checking out! Always a long queue at the front desk with a condescending receptionist. Great if you're on drugs and like constant noise and impersonal service. No bath tub in rooms, cold vinal flooring, visually aggressive decor that is rapidly becoming tacky, outdated and dirty. Won't be coming back!

Great hotel, trend stylized design, music and popular themes. Neat, quiet rooms, rich breakfast. There are still djs on the 5th and 6th nights on Thursday, which is very interesting.

Top location in Berlin ... close to Eastside Gallery and MB Arena. Right on the Spree.

We have been several times at the nhow and it was as always very nice. The location, the ambience, the staff, the food and drinks, the child friendliness. All factors together make your stay at nhow Berlin a special experience.

I only know the event every first Saturday of the month. The nhowmusicnight. Three different artists for free. Really great. Prices for drinks are unfortunately typical hotel.

The hotel is ok. The rooms are a bit worn out, the breakfast is great though expensive. Not sure what the guitar room service is for but it sure is funny. Be prepared for a lot of pink and light blue - I loved the colours.

New recession. Have now spent 3 nights here, professionally. The hotel is actually really chic. Great music, great atmosphere.

The rooms are good size. Unfortunately, the colors are really shrill and in general some things should be repaired or even renewed.

The TV is too small for this category. Not even 30 inches felt. The location is not the best, many drug dealers on the way but everything away from the hotel.

The food was good. The reception very friendly and patient. All in one a good hotel, which I would not choose.

Pictures promise more than it really brings. Room not in the best condition. For Berlin relatively long footpaths.

A very well-kept and above all very hygienic hotel. The breakfast offer is sufficient, always fresh and very tasty. The staff is always friendly and helps immediately with problems. They also helped us, since our booked room was occupied. We got a suite and drink vouchers.
The rooms are also very clean and look very good. The bathroom of the suite is very large and there is a second toilet.

If you are in the lobby, you can expect a beautiful view of the Spree. The lobby is nicely lit.

I only recommend the hotel & would love to come back.

Very Pretty Hotel on the inside. The room was big enough and if you don't mind Hot Pink everywhere, it is entertaining to see the interior decor. The room was clean. The room set up was terrible - no proper light, 2 sitting chairs so badly designed that neither a tall nor a short person could sit in them for more than 30 seconds. NOWHERE to hang your winter coat. And the towels were frayed and worn. This is not 4-stars anywhere.

The food was terrible. The catering for our event was edible and pretty, but neither well done nor tasty. The 25 euro per person breakfast is insane for Berlin regardless of how good anyone says it is.

The staff could have made up for much of this, but they are all pretty and fairly useless. When we checked in they couldn't figure out if we had to pay, and when we checked out they couldn't tell if we had paid. Every day that we were there our room cards expired - and they seem totally unable to issue a proper bill no matter how often you explain what you need. They were very friendly, but being friendly doesn't help when you can't get checked out.
