Not really a good experience. Reception was welcoming and Carlos was fast and very courteous. As soon as I've reached the room I was literally freezing and so I've decided to have a shower. The water for one reason was nearly warm and so I told myself you better have a bath. For one reason the bath was much warmer than the shower but the water flow is too little and it would take forever. I've decided so to have a shower in the bath. I went then to the spa and it was good. Sauna, gym ecc.
I go back to the room and I decide to order room service at 2015. At 2100 the food did not arrive yet and so I call again. The server says " I've no idea. I'll call you back.". She calls back within 2 minutes and she informes me that my order will take 15 minutes more! I couldn't so avoid to ask why for a Cesar salad and cheese selection it should take 1 ore?! The lady says there's no much I can do because there are only two persons preparing and that's why it takes so long. Well, I said, it is not my problem! I'm only the guest!! I also have to pay this service 5 euros??? She immediately removed the service charge.
The food finally arrived at 2107 with apologies.
Couldn't turn on the bed lights. Couldn't open the curtain otherwise I was seen by the other guests in the hotel. No brush for toilet bowl.
Very nice finding a set of soaps, hair mask in the bathroom and Nespresso in the room.
