Whenever I come to Andorra we choose this hotel. Due to its perfect location (in front of Caldea), 5 minutes walk from Av Meritxell and surrounded by all kinds of paid parking (covered and uncovered). Highlight the meter of the very friendly and salty restaurant. This time the wifi was not pulling much to put a but.

The truth is that the experience has been very pleasant, nothing to object to what cleanliness and facilities are concerned, the situation is great, in front of the Caldea spa and near the shopping area and the center.
Having half board is breakfast and dinner, breakfast is nothing out of the ordinary, dinner was quite good, 3 first 3 seconds and 3 desserts all with very good preparation, quantity, quality and variety.
It is worth mentioning that the waiter is very attentive and nice (thank him for how well he treated us and the pleasant memory that I take from Jesus, it was a pleasure to meet him) otherwise it is worth mentioning that one of the receptionists did her job but without more.
The only thing I did not like was having the parking outside the hotel, in the Caldea spa, without having access from the hotel and also having to pay it separately.

Very well located if your idea is to go to Caldea because you have it two steps from the hotel, they give you the ease of parking in the parking lot of the same spa and the price is not bad at all since it is difficult to park there and there is much of payment.

The parking is in Caldea but quite cheap. The bed has been comfortable and they have a bathtub .

The room cleaning service is a shame, 4 days staying in the same room and they have not been able to mop the bathroom floor and yesterday I told the cleaning girl, but it passed completely, what a pity that the cleaning of the rooms is so bad, they could learn from the maitre d 'of the dining room, Jesus, kind and efficient as the only one. Hotel located near the commercial street of Andorra. Above all, note the friendliness of the reception staff as well as the hotel restaurant. Spacious room and very correct buffet breakfast. It is worth taking the hotel parking because it is next door and it is cheaper than everything you can look for in the area. Hotel very nice and well placed. Ideal for access to Caldea. Room of correct size and well soundproofed. Shower or bath depending on the rooms. Buffet breakfast well supplied and varied. The parking offered for 17 per day is the one located under Caldea, so right in front of the hotel.

The rooms are spacious, the bedding pleasant. It has a TV with Spanish and French channels, a minibar (beer, fruit juice, water). Shampoo and shower gel included, towels (small + large per person)

The morning breakfast is plentiful, varied, at will until 10:30 am.
