Great hotel: very friendly people, clean, modern... We come back here every time we visit Andorra. Definitely one of the best places to stay in the country!

Room spacious and nice, nothing sensational breakfast disappointed.

I was in July with my family in this hotel, at first it seemed a very nice hotel with good services, but the day before we left I left my progressive sunglasses in the room since it was cloudy, just before the service of Cleanliness, great was my surprise the next day when I went to get them and they were no longer where I had left them, I looked for the two ladies who were in charge of cleaning the rooms on my floor and they told me that they had not seen anything in the room . So my sunglasses, recently purchased for a value of 400, disappeared by magic from the room. I went to the police to file the complaint and they told me that it was my word against theirs and I had no evidence that the complaint would be completely useless. This comment is not intended to detract from the hotel but it would ask that they take action in relation to their employees why things do not disappear if there is no one who makes them disappear.

Andorran hotel next to Chaldean comfortable rooms good decoration and dinner meal with good service and great price

Great hotel with an ideal geographic location. The reception is at the top, the staff can not do enough for the guests, the housekeeping is done every day, the room is spacious even with children I recommend this property. Our stay in Andorra was perfect.

We found it by chance and at the last moment, we have been staying in it and we have been very well. All the staff both reception, dining room, cleaning ... all great and always ready to help

There is a staircase leading to the spa at the door, about 10 minutes walk from the central shopping area and 20 minutes from the bus station. The room is OK, there is a bathtub, the breakfast is normal, the front desk is warm and overall satisfaction. In addition, the price of this store is cheaper than booking.

Hotel located in front of the Caldea complex. Modern, clean and good service. The breakfasts are very varied and of quality. The rooms are a bit fair (at least the one we got) but clean tidy.
To counter say that the heating was very high and everything and turn it off we had to sleep with the window open. The parking ramp is better to lower it with carabiners.
Quality acceptable price.

A very nice sophisticated hotel, very quiet and the - they leave a lot to be desired. The super nice rooms, with its fridge and drink inside, incredible views and very good service.

The place is very good, especially the treatment of the waiters, there were 2 very nice waiters who treated us luxuriously by people so I would repeat the buffet breakfast there is variety, thanks for everything.

The hotel is very well located next to Caldea. The dimly lit room, the bathroom a nonsense, above the toilet a shelf that if you are tall you hit the head, when you get up from the toilet in front you have the excessively large glass sink to give you in the mouth, there was no furniture or shelves under the sink to put your things. Very little light to make up even though there was a magnifying mirror pa na because you can not see. The bathtub was fine although you would drain if you were not careful. The headboards of the bed were a little peeling in the areas where the heads are supported. They could be upholstered in cloth or again in curpiel, the size bed very well but a little hard they could put a mattress on top, and what they no longer wear are the blankets, they were brown like the old ones, a white duvet cover that does not weigh and a lightweight blanket at the feet. And please the doors the ugliest thing I've ever seen in my life. The rest of the reception furniture very nice, armchairs that invite you to sit down. The breakfast very good except for the watermelon that was sour and the kiwis to break crystals, the incredible fresh pineapple and the very delicious melon. The first sausages, the very juicy scrambled eggs, the coffee a little strong for my taste. But they had juices, soy milk, etc. Exceptional staff very friendly and helpful, from reception, floor maid, friendly, and charming restaurant waiters.

The only thing that fails is the parking, insufficient. There is usually no problem in low season, but in high season it is almost impossible to park in the surroundings.

A good hotel located to the left of Caldea, with a minimalist design. The attention is very correct, the rooms are spacious and complete.
Breakfast is what is called for by the COVID measures.
I was only bothered by the temperature in the room that cannot be lowered and was exaggeratedly high having to open the window to sleep well.

I liked it because everything has been correct and without incident.

Friendly welcome, room and bedding clean, excellent breakfast, we took the formula with half board. At dinner you have the opportunity to choose between 3 dishes for each service including one with fish. Only small soft B traces of mold in the shower.

Breakfast is monotonous, there is even no greenery at all, dinner on the menu is also not a fountain - half-cooked meat, two salads, dessert from breakfast. Radiators in the bathroom do not work well, shoes remain wet until the bus stops 350-400 meters. To the staff there are no pretrances, cleaning every day, everything is up to standard. If you ski for 6-7 days, I do not recommend it.

We stayed in this hotel that is across the street from Caldea and the truth is that we loved the hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and the bathroom is very complete.

I consider that it does not give the service that corresponds to a hotel with its stars, I have been in hotels with fewer stars better than this. We arrived and there was no one at the reception, walking through the entrance a while a man appears who finally attends to me. They tell me that the parking lot is in Caldea, which forces you to go outside with all your luggage loaded. The room well, everything very clean and neat, good bed. The heating is turned off during the day without warning and it is cold. The location is perfect, you are 10 minutes walk from the center and cross the street of Caldea. To repeat would be for the location.

The perfect hotel if you want to enjoy Caldea, it is right next door and is the closest. Correct rooms but with somewhat outdated materials, good and varied food and very attentive staff.

The best option to stay, Caldea is just to one side, there is the covered parking, which is paid, the attention of the people who work there SPECTACULAR, to highlight the breakfast they provide, complete and with the best ingredients. RECOMMENDED

The best hotel in the area. Right next to Caldea. Reasonable price compared to the other hotels. Relatively new and clean facilities. I was seeing 5 star hotels in the area and they were all old and unattractive and the price was too expensive. This the best. There is parking.

Half board is reasonable and delicious. It is convenient because the underground of the facility in front of the parking lot is contracted.

The rooms with modern furniture, excellent cleaning and spacious. The service in the dining room (with the Covid19 theme) unbeatable. Wheelchair accessibility (especially in elevators) fine.

We spent only one night, nice staff, normal rooms (not very spacious) with toiletries for the bathroom, in the shower there was soap and gel.
I also liked the detail of having a kettle with teas and coffee in the room.
The only downside perhaps is the parking that costs 17 euros per day but only until 2 in the afternoon, we arrived around 5 o'clock and we were going to spend the whole day in Andorra and of course leave the car to have to take it out at 2 and put it in in another parking lot ...

The staff is very attentive and friendly. Also, the breakfast buffet is very good and has everything. The location is also great because it is just behind Caldea and you can visit Escaldes and Andorra on foot. The only thing that makes me not give the 5 stars in my assessment is that there was a super long hair on top of the bed (white) on arrival. Perhaps it would be convenient for the cleaning ones to use a net.
