We have been this weekend in this hotel, I booked it from its same page, which said that you could have a late check-out, and welcome sweet, because neither one thing nor the other, they justified themselves saying that the next day they had everything full , and they couldn't offer me a late check-out, but they actually had vacant rooms.
The hotel does not correspond to a 4-star hotel, the room is large, but the cleaning is poor, the sofa had stains, and the washbasin could be improved a lot.
In most hotels, they offer you two free bottles of water, here you have to pay for them.

The parking lot, which is not the hotel, but the Caldea car park, apart from being very expensive, was chaos, two-way in a lane that only fit one direction.
The truth is that I would not return to this hotel.

Location: the hotel is next to Caldea, it must have been built very recently because it is super new. Also very close to Av. Carlemany (the one with shops) To park everything is the blue zone. Although there may be problems finding a place, Sunday is free (in the hotel they told us that on Saturday you paid, however a woman who said she was from Andorra told us that in Escaldes on Saturday you do not pay the blue zone ... ). There is an uncovered parking (also a blue zone) right next to it.

Very happy, super clean rooms, beautiful little ones, very well maintained. If there is something I can comment on, it is how hot it is even with the hot air or heating turned off I had to open the window because the heat was unbearable.

Hotel right next to Caldea, good value for money, they have 24 hours, very kind, comfortable parking, walking to Meritxell avenue, and the other shopping streets.

The hotel does not have its own parking, it shares a heated parking lot and it is not free even if they are staying at the hotel. charges 17 euros a day for leaving the car.

Incredible hotel, the service is very good from reception to the waiters, the rooms are spacious and seem new. Every night there is a different menu in the restaurant and what they put on is to suck their fingers, the breakfast is small but very varied and nothing is missing. The hotel is next to Caldea and very well located, they include parking. I am looking forward to going back to Andorra to repeat this hotel

A perfect hotel for a getaway to Andorra, it is next to Caldea and has the option of taking entrance + accommodation, the rooms are not very big but they are very clean and the breakfast is very varied.

Right in front of Chaldea, in a beautiful square, very close to "street of shops", central, clean, very large and comfortable bed. The parking is the caldea ( 17 / day). The breakfast is complete, with variety and options for vegans / vegetarians. We did not get to have dinner at the hotel (at noon they do not have a bar / restaurant open). We will repeat!

All in general very good. The lunch Buffett very good, a lot of quality in the food. It was not known that it was done up to date and well done. The sausages and the pastries of 10 !!! Clean and comfortable rooms.

The downside for saying something. Very strong heating. I have been to andorra and I have been hot, no, very hot.

Good location a couple of minutes walk from high street. No parking, there is a multistorey type building opposite so you have to park there and walk and negotiate with staff about getting a card which is then refunded when you leave (cost 10). Room needed a few repairs (bath leaked and there were water patches on the ceiling where upstairs had leaked too) and a lick of paint to cover up scuffs. Breakfast was pretty good and the price of the stay was excellent. Reception staff not forthcoming with information you have to ask specifically I found out about breakfast from a sign in the lift- usually this info is provided automatically when you checkin. Our room wasnt ready when we arrived and again no info given about where we could go in the local area whilst we waited so we just wandered around ourselves and found a local eaterie. Nice enough but wouldn't return.
