Good personal hotel very friendly and very good and varied

I've been a few days and great. Good breakfasts, a fantastic treatment from the staff, large and comfortable rooms, it is also very central. You can buy Caldea tickets (which is on the doorstep of the hotel) and there is paid parking next door.

Right next to Chaldean. I think all the rooms have a view, ours was cozy and clean. The gentleman at reception very pleasant. It has a parking lot next door, just past the hotel door, where it is worth leaving the car depends on the hours you have planned to move with it. The parking of the hotel is expensive, about 17 per day, although in the area I think that more or less all the private ones go like this. The breakfast is 8 euros per person. Good quality price! If we can, we will repeat!

Everything great, if not for the unkindness of the deputy director, something so easy was arranged by one of the receptionists without blinking an eye. Great waiters, the best in the hotel. Nice room and very good situation.

180 per night on Saturday evening for a dirty room with traces of hands on the walls. Supposedly a 4 star but you sleep with only an old shredded blanket as during your colony years.
The room is not soundproof and you can hear everything in the hallway and in the room above.
No service. It says that parking is available but there is not enough space for everyone and we had to park in the nearby paying car park at 30 per day.
In short at most a 2 star.

When doing the rva if you take the Caldea pack at no time do not notice that they have a limited capacity, you have to wait for the reception team (very good management for that by Jordi) notify you when they give them availability and in my case they readjusted the rate due to the impossibility of being able to enjoy it

Good hotel, new furnishings and clean. Abundant breakfast buffet. It's not on the course but you can get there in 5 'on foot. Instead it is perfect for caldea that has the entrance right in front. If you are driving, stop in front of the hotel (there are two reserved seats) and ask for the parking card at the reception. It costs 17 euros a day but municipal ones a lot more.

Pretty new hotel with large and clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff Use the parking lot of Caldea in front of 17 per day. The breakfast is correct although it lacks a natural orange juice, as they have the typical orange juice from the machine.

I took this hotel because it was for a romantic weekend and it was right. We were able to access the room at 11:15 (arrival time in Andorra) and in the afternoon, around 7:30 p.m., we were brought to the room, the cava and the chocolates. Right in front of the room, we had the views of Caldea. A very quiet, family hotel. The great room and the big, beautiful sink. The breakfast very good. You find everything. The treatment by the hotel great too. They have parking. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the main street. I recommend it for a romantic getaway for a weekend or for any type of vacation.

It is a good hotel, all the staff is very friendly and formal and the rooms are well equipped as breakfast is also good. The only defects I find are that the parking is under Caldea (in front) and you have to take a short walk to get to the car, when the hotel building has parking. For the rest it has been a very good experience.

every year i come on holidays andorra and i have been staying in this hotel for 10 years the treatment is familiar the employees are a 10 the food another 10 the location another 10 i recommend it in all aspects the rooms have a safe fridge television wifi very happy 100 %

Great hotel. We stayed there two times, and would return again.
The rooms are spacious and covenient, there's a safe and a little minibar. Plenty of sockets.
The breakfast was diverse and plentiful, we especially liked fresh fruit every day.
Good location, right opposite to Caldea, and it's just a five-minute walk to the central street.
And the main thing is the staff, they are very hospitable and friendly, and extremely helpful :)

We stayed 4 days in the hotel and the treatment was cordial. We went with a little girl and they treated her as if she were their daughter.Highly recommended hotel. I hope to return shortly in the ski season.

An avalanche of the ceiling did not work, one of the two reading lights either, small and poorly equipped room (only a fairly thin blanket), all paid (coffee maker, minibar, calls ...), The shower door did not close well ... Despite that, an elegant room and a spectacular reception in a privileged place in the city.

For a 4 star hotel, ... The hair dryer does not work, the coffee maker does not work, the cleaning ladies allow us to talk to each other super loud in the morning while the customers are mostly sleeping , we explain all to the welcome and ask for a coffee suddenly at the bars because in the room its not working, have served it to us, but they make us pay more !!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't stay there again.
