Despite the period, the structure offers a high level of service. Constant and well organized cleaning. Perfect breakfast from all points of view. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind. Strategic position. What can I say, congratulations!

Upper class hotel with lots of rooms and luxurious spa. Nice seaview and outside pool area. Wide rooms with spacious and well maintained, clean bathrooms.All kind of services available. Roomservice (24h) and inhouse Restaurants available. Very well located next to the cascais marina. Very professional and kind staff. Lots of places to sit, read or talk. Very spacious lobby.

Very relaxing, quite expensive, the pool water is frozen. For breakfast you have to ask for fresh orange juice, since the one they put is bottled at the factory.

Apart from being an excellent hotel, it is worth adding that in your building runs a Health Club, the Holmes Place, fantastic. Whether in the gym part or in the SPA part, one of the best I have frequented with hotels around the world. If you are in doubt about choosing a health club this is the best either by the location or by the facilities.

Great hotel, as you would expect for this price... good service, food and rooms.
Location is superb ... just a short stroll to the beach and clean, well kept 'promenade.

Stayed at the Cascais Miragem Hotel from November 08-11 and really regretted being only 3 days!
Inside, the hotel looks like a palace: a beautiful hall with high columns, stairs, floor - all made of marble. A large abundance of fresh flowers in vases on all floors. Unique interiors! All this gives the hotel a chic, sophisticated look!
Comfortable rooms with spacious equipped terraces and ocean views. Large marble bathroom with separate shower, twin sinks, bidet and all the necessary amenities. Spacious underground secure garage, several large swimming pools, hot tub and luxury spa.
The hotel is a few hundred meters from the promenade that stretches from Cascais to Estoril. Unforgettable walks along the Atlantic coast!
The hotel provides evening housekeeping with chocolates on the bedside tables.
Also, during our check-in, a surprise awaited us from the hotel: Port wine 10 years old, a couple of pastel de nata, a basket of fruits and a large bottle of premium mineral water. It is very pleasant when you are a welcome guest at the hotel!
And most importantly, the hotel staff is the face of the Hotel: friendly, attentive and hospitable!
We also witnessed the transfer of products by the Hotel to volunteers. It is very pleasant when such a luxury Hotel is also involved in charity work! We were delighted with such a competent policy!

Luxury hotel with a beautiful view of the bay of Cascais

Fabulous hotel, great amenities and rooms are very spacious with views over the pool and sea. Great location with plenty of eating places close by.

Apart from the rooms (seem a bit dated and do not fit the rest) there is not much to complain about. The reception is very friendly, the pool is fancy and has a great sea view. The food was also very good. The connection is neat. It is quite fast (about 20-25min.) By train or car in Lisbon. Overall recommendable hotel.

Amazing place but food not exceptionnal but I don't manage to try the restaurant ... The room service for sure is not the best ... 45min for a Club Sandwich

Perfect spot in cascais. Only downgrade would be unheated pool for this level of hotel and the quality of the snack food by the pool. Always good to have a few things to adjust

Grand entrance with a wide open lobby, great customer service, large rooms with ocean views. In my case breakfast was included and it was a great spread with fresh fruits and a great selection of other choices.
