No words to describe this place .. simply impeccable. From the staff, the wonderful views, 5 stars are not enough stars.

Wonderful, shame the restaurant doesn't change the menu more often, really worth it. otherwise everything is fantastic, the staff of the site the location equipment decoration everything. Please a little more effort through the menus.

For a 5 star hotel the rooms are sub standard. I was given room 865 which was supposed to be a superior room with garden views and side sea view. The view was of a roof full of weeds, see first photo. A broken toilet seat didn't give us the 5 star vibe. We were moved to 861 which had a perfect view.
The staff and service were excellent and the hotel was spotless. The pool area was average for this standard of hotel.
Breakfast was good and the food at the pool bar excellent. I had a fantastic tuna salad with perfectly cooked tuna steak.
Excellent maid service, room was cleaned promptly every morning and beds turned down in the evening.
The bad room experience tarnished our 4 night stay at the hotel. We were staying breakfast only so didn't eat in the restaurant.

We went to have lunch at the hotel on Christmas day. The Christmas menu is very good and diverse. But the level of service is excellent! Strongly recommend to families

We had a Sunday brunch. It was totally amazing: excellent food, great variety of dishes, professional service, relaxing environment by the pool. As a summary it was a perfect Sunday.

I want to send a big thank you to the kitchen staff at Miragem for their excellent service during my stay. I have a severe allergy and the way the staff handled it was above and beyond what I'm used to. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and especially to those with food allergies.

My assessment goes to the gym that exists inside, Homesplace! Gym with old machines, only a structure by schedule the club indirectly forces the students to have PT, there are schedules that the academy is without instructor, in case there is an accident with a students do not have a professional to provide care, the club also does not have a food court thus leaving the partner obliged to consume in the cafeteria, which does not allow the associate to sit to make their food if he brings it from home, this week I was invited to REMOVE from the table because I was not consuming the same these reasons think well before you go to this gym! !

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We had great views over the pool and sea. Wasn t quite warm enough to use the outdoor pool, but the indoor family pool was nice and we could take it in turns to use the fantastic sauna and steam room while the other looked after our toddler. You have to wear a swim cap in the indoor pool though so you need to take one or big one when you re there. The indoor soft play is ok, if a little dark with no windows or natural light. The breakfast were amazing with great variety.

Amazing hotel. Awesome staff, pool and view of the ocean. Spent the previous few days at the Four Seasons in Lisbon and this hotel is significantly nicer and costs dramatically less. Highly recommended.

We have been here often and both the food and service in this restaurant are exquisite. Tables are far enough apart so as you get a private dining experience without being too isolated and the staff just glide around quietly attending to your every need. They're also very knowledgeable regarding the oils and wines they offer. We will always be customers here!

Hotel with splendid sea view, well located, excellent option for those who do not want to be far from Lisbon and at the same time near tourist centers like Cascais and Sintra.

The hotel is at Cascais, directly facing the beach and sea. It was really beautiful. I had a single room that could actually fit two. The service at the hotel was impeccable. I also had room service and the food was okay. The hotel is about 15-20 mins walk away from Cascais city. About 10 mins walk away, there is a Jumbo supermarket so that is really convenient. I had thought the room price was a little but expensive but if you like the beach and all that, it is in a very nice location in Cascais. The hotel is overall very lovely.

Excellent hotel with good service, warm and with a great view of the sea.

I was at the hotel a few years ago for the height of the summer holidays and I really enjoyed it. Incidentally, my stay in Cascais was one of the best I've ever had. The hotel is close to several very interesting points of the city and pretty much we did not even use the car. When it comes to repeat a hotel, it will undoubtedly be in the top 3 of our list of hotels to revisit!
