Sleek and modern hotel which has recently been refurbished. A glass of champagne at check in is a nice touch. The hotel is well located for Covent Garden and the locality. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished in a modern style. Beds are very comfortable with nice linens. Breakfast is ok, with some of the buffet food being a little "past its best". Overall I loved this hotel and will revisit.

THEFT OF JEWELRY -- two rings which had been accidentally left on bathroom counter "disappeared" while we were out for lunch! Presumably stolen by cleaning staff. Hotel made zero attempts to help when we sought the return of these cherished items. I would never return to this place.

" sorry the bar is fully booked "

" sorry the bar is fully booked "
the bar was practically empty when we came in and has remained like this during our stay there... Thanks god we were fortunate enough to see the rear view as all the tables on the river side were supposedly reserved.
Never seen a pretentious place like this (and i'm living in Paris)

Luxury hotel that almost delivers. This is an expensive hotel and has everything you'd expect but doesn't have any soul. The black decor in the corridors is also a bit spooky. The rooms are lovely with but I'm British and would like to see a kettle so that I can make a cup of tea!

Just got back from the Me Hotel.

Just got back from the Me Hotel.
The hotel was amazing.
The staff was inviting , friendly and eager to assist. It Was our first time in the UK and I can only say that we felt like family there.

The hotel restaurants are wonderful.
The main lobby bar has the greatest staff I've ever met .
Alex the Bar tender was great, after touring the city it was a pleasure coming back to our hotel and seeing a friendly face.

Thanks for making our vacation even more enjoyable.

We will absolutely return and look forward to calling the Me our home away from home.

I've have traveled the world and stayed at some of the finest hotels along the way, hands down the Me London and their staff have set a new standard in the meaning of 5 star accommodations.

I attended a function on the lower ground floor. I found the room spacious, well lit and acoustically the very essence of perfection. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable and helpful yet unobtrusive and the gluten free lunch was beyond all expectations.

My work had a magazine launch party and the staff were so welcoming and incredibly accomodating. Drinks were offered as soon as desired and the raucous behaviour of certain guests was taken in stride with ease. Overall myself and my colleagues were thoroughly impressed with the location, drinks, venue and staff. Certainly a night to remember (for those sober enough to recall a thing)! Also, the lychee cocktails were to die for!!

The absolutely exceptional experience! One of the most unique hotels I stayed in. Super modern design , great services and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Great bar on the rooftop with a view to the Somerset House. We also stayed at the nice suite with a second floor in the cupola with a direct access to the terrace with a bar. And of course the perfect location on the Strand street. Moreover, I lost my ring at the room and I contacted the hotel few days later so they was so kind a and sent my ring to the other country. I so appreciate them!

TERRIBLE customer service. Would not let our company pay for a room over the phone. They required us to send a photo of our COMPANY CARD and PHOTO ID. This is putting our finances at risk as well as causing more trouble than needed. Two of our employees had to call, they were transferred to different people within customer service a total of 8 times and was HUNG UP ON. Ridiculous and disappointing.

The Hotel is really great!! The interior is very modern and stylish. We had a really nice room with a balcony and a nice view. The room provides anything you could ask for. And if you need something special, the staff is very nice and helpful. I will definetly come back next time I am in London.

Bloody brilliant from what I saw of the super friendly staff and mega helpful concierge as well as the building itself.

Not only helped me with many awkward shaped heavy bags, but also found me somewhere suitable to wait for the rest of my party on arrival and managed to procure a glass of water out of nowhere for me- amazing right?

How good is a glass of water when you first arrive somewhere and need to get your bearings while waiting for others?

Very good let me tell you, and worthy of every one of the 5 stars I awarded in this short review.

Also again with the swift handling of my ridiculous number of silly shaped bags and heavy luggage on departure and showing me to somewhere I could wait comfortably whilst I figured out an Uber after an evening of exciting activities in the Capitol - resulting in a silly o clock in the morning departure.

Seriously hats off to the staff for being so bloody accommodating.

5 of 5 stars She s no Premiere Inn boys!

Excellent from start to finish!

Excellent from start to finish!
My boyfriend & I stayed here for his birthday in August & they made the whole experience bespoke & vip throughout. Our Aura host Antonio catered for everything that was requested & was a great help, special thanks to him.
We stayed in the Passion suite on floor 7. It was chic, urban & had all the modern features we enjoy, including a huge romantic bath & lovely views of the strand & London eye.
On arrival concierge parked our car and escorted us to reception on the next floor up. The reception is stunning! Champagne on arrival and the manager personally came to greet us, our Aura host took us to our room and on arrival had scattered rose petals, special music i had requested, champagne, cake & a personalised mirror message. Perfect. We loved every minute of our stay & we will be back soon.

Rooms very equipped. There were plugs from different places, including European. The room was very domotic, piped music, light control, many different outputs next to the bed, I guess to connect with the television. Mattress and super comfortable pillows. Bathroom with two sinks and shower. All very clean Rooms well insulated, no noise was heard. Very nice staff The breakfasts very rich. The stay was perfect. 100% recommended

All I can say is WOW! Beautiful design and luxurious rooms. Walking into the reception area is almost a religious experience. Exquisite marble throughout. Definitely check out Radio, the penthouse bar where London's trendy crowd gathers for after-work drinks and incredible views of the City. Quiet, comfortable rooms with all the modern appointments and amenities.

This hotel fails at customer service plain and sim...

This hotel fails at customer service plain and simple. Backstory is this, we unintentionally wound up stuck in London(there was a British airways IT issues that grounded all flights, and we picked this hotel last minute based on good reviews and availability. The hotel itself is very sleek and modern, and our room was nice, but then again we paid $700.

With that said there were a couple issues with the room (the TV just started blaring noise in the middle of the night, and the fire alarm went off every time we showered), not too big of a deal in and of itself I know these things can happen. The problem actually occurred when we actually tried to bring these issues to the staff. In particular, the manager, Dimitri Ciglio, was the most unprofessional human I have ever interacted with at a hotel. Here are the details:
1. He asked to come search our room after we complained. The only time this has ever happened is when we were in Vegas. I get that there are probably a lot of young brats that frequent this hotel(since people with actual standards would probably stay away) but we are not those people.
2. Rather than acknowledging that there may have been some issues he said he need to "review the videotapes." Could he have at least stated that something may have happened? Guess not.
3. Later on that day he called me and told me that there were "inconsistencies in our stories" and he recommended that we leave and the hotel would not charge us. Wow nice, did I mention that we were stuck in London?

Not once did this manager acknowledge the situation, rather his only goal seemed to be to let us know how wrong and stupid we were. He actually told me the issue was that I did not know how to press the red power button on the TV remote. Meanwhile I am a damn physician pretty sure I know how to use a TV remote.

Bottom line is that this hotel fails at the primary goal of any high class hotel, which is providing great customer care and a pleasant experience. I'm not really one to complain about hotels but this was actually the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We stayed at 3 other hotels during our trip to Europe(La Bastide de Gordes, Chateau de Chevre' d'Or, and Hotel the Serras) and all those places are real luxury places that know how to treat their customers.

I think if you're a 20 something party animal that needs a nice room to snort a bunch of blow in and have sex with prostitutes this place fits the bill. But if you're looking for genuine luxury I would avoid this place at all costs.

This is definitely the best contemporary hotel in London.
We love it for so many reasons; from the great service to the beauty of its unbelievable and unexpected reception, its up and coming contemporary art exhibitions, its technological and modern/minimalist design rooms and also its strategic location just in the heart of London.
This amazing place was designed by Norman Rober Foster who also designed, in London, places like Millennium Bridge, The Gherkin, Wembley Stadium, 8 Canada Square and Moor House.

I have already recommended this place to some of my guests and it has always gone beyond their expectations so far.
Unexpected is not just the special reception but also Emiliano, head concierge of ME hotel, who will make you feel at home with his kindness, professionalism and congeniality.
But that is not all because Emiliano will make your stay extraordinay if you follow his tips about things to do and see in London.

Used the ME hotel for valet parking. Great service for theatres and Covent Garden. Dropped off the car at the front of the hotel, went to the theatre and picked it up a few minutes after arriving back at the hotel.

Close to Londons West End. Very stylish Hotel with one of Londons most popular roof terraces. It can be a pain, to get a space there, but its worth to make an effort, because of the view, atmosphere and people. Trendy international Crowdfunding and great music.

I arrived at the hotel on Saturday 5th September. ...

I arrived at the hotel on Saturday 5th September. Checked in went to my room however the surround sound speakers that connect to the TV and phone was not working. Now for some this may not be an issue however this is the reason I had booked this hotel over others as it has a very good sound system.
I understand these things sometimes happen however the way it was dealt with was not so good. The engineer came and tried his best, took roughly two hours trying to fix to no avail.
The manager said there were no other balcony rooms available and was offering a room upgrade for next time I stay which to me is no help. As I don't know if I would ever stay in the hotel again and did not help the current situation.
I eventually agreed with the manager on a discount on the room and a room upgrade and was told the manager would speak to me on my check out next day.
None of this happened the lady on the desk just checked me out and did not say a word. The hotel charged me full price for the room and didn't confirm with me anything on my check out.
I should have just left the room that day although I was willing to compromise with the hotel even though the speakers was the main reason I booked the hotel. Just upset that this was not handled well and I doubt I will ever stay in the hotel again. I find it dishonest and unjust to go back on your agreement with someone.
Came here for a relaxing stay with my friend to celebrate his birthday however it was ruined with poor handling of a bad situation. I truly feel upset that the hotel did not uphold to their part of the agreement.
