Just the fact that John Nash created a 100-foot-high white marble pyramid as a lobby makes you understand how special this hotel is. With a fantastic roof top terrace with lovely cocktails and top-notch staff I thoroughly recommend the Me Hotel for anyone that is looking for a glamorous London experience. What made my stay even more special though is the caring and bespoke support and precious recommendations received by Emiliano, the Head Concierge. He looked after us from start to finish and gave us unique recommendations as well on how to explore London in a truly unique and authentic way. Thanks so much Emiliano, can't wait to be back!

Best way to describe what ME is . It s a love child born from a hotel and nightclub having a steamy night together. The 1st Wow factor is the reception area aka champagne bar is on the 1st floor. ( make sure you got your cameras ready ).
I enjoyed my stays at ME and that s down to the staff making you feel VIP regardless whether in an Aura room or Personality suite. The STK restaurant did not know if was in a restaurant you enter for 1st time and you think you in a nightclub not a restaurant the food is great waiters great and atmosphere ....you just got have experience that for your self.
I could keep on going but leave it to you lucky people who go to Experience The ME yourself.

The hotel and customer service is outstanding one of the reasons I return every time I come to London. They also allow third party beauty/massage therapist in. Most hotels want you to use in house Therapist which are not always the best value for money.

Location: great. Hotel architecture and design: unique and amazing. The downfall of this hotel is the awful service (which there clearly is a theme looking at the other reviews). The guest services were not acceptable at this price point and the housekeepers were rude, hostile and we couldn t trust them with our belongings in the room after their attitude they showed to us. This led to us deciding to check out a day early and staying at another hotel. Despite open and clear communication to the staff about the lack of service resulting in one full room cleaning service in 4 days, which meant no essentials like toilet paper or water, the lack of service and poor hospitality continued and frankly nobody seemed to care to take ownership and put things right. Perhaps we were not the right fit for this hotel as the hotel seemed to give the impression that the hotel is an annex to the (pretentious and overpriced) roof deck bar. London has many hotels at this price point so please consider other more welcoming options. I hope this hotel can improve upon their service for future customers but unfortunately we will not stay here again nor at any affiliate hotels.

Very clean and modern hotel, staff were excellent and the position of the hotel was perfect for us being in the heart of London. We booked a room with a balcony that did not let us down was perfect.

For dinner head to STK at the hotel, then once done head up to the bar for some cocktails.

Radio bar on the rooftop on a summer's day is the place to be, taking in the wonderous views of london to the sounds of DJ Jez Pereira.

Then retire to your lovely room for a restful slumber.

The end.

Perhaps the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in and the staff were excellent. Very helpful and always meeting you with a big smile. The drinks were expensive, but worth every penny. The list on offer from the menu were excellent and I would love to stay here more.

Very modern, minimalist design. Spacious, well laid out rooms, some with balcony and cool city views. Great AV (some functions not available during lock- down). Very popular rooftop bar and bistro. 3 minutes' walk to Covent Garden.

Arriving after a long day of flights, the Savoy was heaven on Earth. A sweet young lady whisked us through check-in, and put us in a lovely suite decorated in soft yellow and cream, very peaceful. Every evening, we would return to our pretty room, fall into a cloud of plush linens, and wake the next day refreshed. Located in the Strand, right in the middle of things and walkable to shopping, dining, and several attractions - but still a little peaceful oasis.

Avoid this hotel! Very unfriendly staff. The night security guards are rude and overly aggressive to guests. The housekeepers ignored the do not disturb sign and turned down the room anyway. The lift didn't open to our floor. Such a waste of time and money staying here. We will not be back.

The customer service at this hotel is top-notch. While I encountered subpar customer service at many other establishments while in London, this hotel truly bends over backwards for its guests. Also, I love "sexy light", watermelon smell, and the Radio bar is AWESOME! All the employees are sweet, entertaining, and accommodating.

I've been to ME several times. I stayed as a guest on business and was treated so well by the staff and hotel manager at the time - the rooms are amazing and modern, I love the light functions. The location is also fantastic. The views from the rooftop are lovely especially in summer! Most recently I did the pop up painting held in a meeting room and I highly recommend it. It's very calming and therapeutic, they provided all the tools (and a cocktail) and considering I'm not a pro my picture turned out quite well! (The one on the right).

Our daughter had a weeding in London and we decided to stop at the ME Hotel.
From arrival the staff was excellent the check in was swift and professional, we was soon unpacking in our delightful room to then enjoy food and drinks at the roof top restaurant/bar.
A special thanks to Andriano who made this stay very memorable with her attentive outlook with all the family.
Thank you again we will return

The hotel was located in fabulous area and near all the attractions, staff were friendly and polite, reception on the 1st floor was also a spectacular space. Breakfast located on the ground floor good selection, if you plan to have dinner here on a Sat, think again as there was DJ playing music and not to everyone's taste, elevator music on Sat was far to high for paying guests, 10th floor bar was unbearable music/load and just not fit for guests over 25...also had a side door on the outside to a disco, where the loud 25s had access to the ground floor and lifts. Unsure what market the hotel is looking for while its has to cater for the 25s with money, some control and respect for guests should be paramount, even at 4am when these teens are going to there rooms, drunk....but overall it has everything

Nice venue, the is a downstairs hall used for events such as Xmas parties etc. Only downside is there is no mobile reception being a basement venue and you need to go up to ground level to make or receive messages.

Location is right in the heart of The Strand with great transport links.

The ME London is one of London's newest 5-star hotels and it doesn't fail to disappoint. From the moment you enter the ultra modern reception with its walls tapering high to a point 8 floors up you know what this hotel is about - high style, high design & high quality. The rooms are a lesson in modern decor with great touches such at the backlit wall unit which changes colour with a press of the touchscreen by the bed - especially liked the 'sexy' button, but we'll say no more about that here...! One of the star attractions is Radio, their rooftop bar which boasts great views over the South Bank. In short, if you are looking for an ultra chic hotel in London and have some money to spare, the ME London is the place for you.
