Ramen soup is a colored water with vegetables and a little chicken in PANIERCE. YES IN PANIERCE !!! No taste and oriental spices. Steer clear of a wide arch. My wife said that it was better to invest in ready-made Chinese soup. Several dozen times cheaper and tastier.

Extremely disappointed with this "restaurant"! It is indicated on the card that drinks are extra 1.5e with the menu. Coca arrived at the cash register: 4th! In addition, at the time of payment, we pay part in restaurant ticket and part in credit card. In the end, after checking the ticket in the evening: we paid 1st more than expected! Obviously the cashier (very kind of course) told us nothing. Ineligible! Given the price we pay, the service must be impeccable. To flee!
Ps: I put a star because we cannot put 0!

After 1:30 still nothing, we called twice and we are told that it starts immediately, yet Monaco is not very big .....

Good sushi ... Place with a modern vibe. We are not in the romantic tete-a-tete register but it does the trick for a meal with friends. The service is pleasant. Correct price range for Monaco.

The sushi is actually small but the amount of rice I found it right. The quality and the wide choice are up to the price, without forgetting where you are. Staff polite and not at all intrusive.

About 7 months ago I and a friend were surprised by the taste of dish soap in sushi. Absolutely filthy. I went back a few months later, thinking it was an accident. Same. Today, I stop for coffee and I hear an entire table of customers complaining about a taste of dish soap in their rice and sushi. It is therefore impossible that it was a simple coincidence or accident ... the client next to me said: "in my whole life I have never eaten so badly". Exactly the feeling I had months ago. Nothing has changed.

Service to review ... endless wait for deliveries, no commercial gestures for delays and oversights in orders .. very disappointed!

Service ok, bit slow and not focused on clients need. Even if open (and no client inside) we had been put outside in a very cold and windy day, with the outdoor warming system off. No explanation given. Price bit high compared to food quality (even for Monaco standard). *** in general because the quality of supplies for sure was good and fresh! Taking care of the recipes execution (a soup cannot be served cold) and better service, for sure could give to this place ****.

Order placed on the internet for home delivery. Delivered on time and with good service. I recommend.

The sushi is top and the presentation neat I recommend!

restaurant to avoid during events like the GP (word of the server) we wanted to order wine (the most expensive bottle (lande of pomerol for connoisseurs)) but apparently no stock ... weird for the grand prix ... what is most bizarre is that the seller tells us "I have champagne stock" ... in short a tourist trap and no respect for locals like us

There were many options in the menu and sushi I ordered tasted good. Price of the sushi was similar as in sushi restaurants usual (16 ) but I was surprised that the water costed 4,50 . It was also pretty unusual that when the waitress brought our sushis, she said that she will bring the soy sauces in one moment, but we had to wait for it about ten minutes more.

Disrespectful service error on orders and products not available when they are announced on the cards example request for a zero coke we are given a light coke look for the error

Unbelievable! We ordered delivery and called 2 times and it NEVER Showed up. A bunch of f....ing liars!!!

Cozy place to eat.But there is only a little bit of a problem w/ the ingredients of there sushi menu. Overripe mango,the rice in the sushi is cold,not cooked well as it must be. But the gyoza is ok. Also the takoyaki salmon is good.

Today with my friends we had a bad experience in your restaurant with your waitress.
We went to your restaurant to eat there at the beginning of the afternoon, we obtained a refusal without valid reason knowing that two tables of three were available and we were four while taking into account that a couple had been installed at a table of four !!!!
Your waitress was not welcoming or accommodating and even ignored us afterwards.
This is a deplorable and unprofessional attitude, we will no longer step foot in your chain.

It's fresh and the staff is friendly. It still cartons point of view price.

It is now several months that I order at home at least once a week. I never had any trouble and they even phoned me to warn me that one of the dishes was out of stock. I am always satisfied and you will be happy too.

Not a cheap place but very delicious. Their dishes are small but enough to fill you up

I also tried MySushi, but we are different worlds. The Planet will cost a little more, but it deserves all the money spent !!!!

Place is nice and cozy, very good located.
Food is very normal, is nothing like woow very tasty.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Extremely good Food, in taste at the least, in lies, there's a different story, in the menu, drinks (which already cost a lot) are said to be 50cl, we received 25cl, for the price written there.

Atleast the manager reimbursed us a Euro so fairly well handled, otherwise, this disgusting behaviour still doesn't deserve more than 2 Stars. (This wasn't only with drinks, there was something else of this kind, but this was about a month ago so I don't remember anymore)

Passing through Monaco with Belgian friends who came to visit the French Riviera. We decided to eat at this place before taking the boat for a getaway on the Monegasque coast.
The welcome was not too attractive since I had to call the waitress despite the fact that we were waiting in front of the terrace to be taken care of.
The young man who brought us the cards didn't really know the dishes which is understandable if he was new to the service.
However the dishes were plentiful and appetizing. We even took advantage of the sockets installed on the ground of the terrace to recharge the batteries of our phones.
One of my friends who even lost her mask had the right to have another one for free at the counter.
Thanks again for the mask!

Fader food (at least mine) at reasonable prices, staff very nice and helpful, but not attentive at all. And the music is just annoying, sorry. Loud and cheap. With three stars, this restaurant chain is still well served.

We arrived in the restaurant no hello from a waitress with a style to review for a restaurant of this range still located in the center of Monaco, and quite surprised at his misunderstanding of the French language that will take us problem when ordering: we ordered 2 sushi cheese / salmon which instead gave us two Chechyachi salmon and when we reported this error; to the waitress, she kindly replied "I understood that, I even wrote it so it's a mistake on your part." So we were delighted to pay 32 extra on a dish that we had not even eaten, very surprised because in cities a little more modest like Nice the sushi planes were impeccable and many restaurants we had Nice facts, we never had a problem like this ... In conclusion, if you want sushi in Monaco this is the last place I would recommend. Shameful!

Delivery always very late: once they arrived with 1h15 late and the delivery man did not even apologize, and of course there were no discounts.

The order that arrives with TWO hours late (obviously we had started working again so we refused) without being informed convinced me that it would be the last.

When the order arrives it is inevitably missing something, that it is the chopsticks or of the food. On the other hand be sure that there will be no more food, mistakes are one way in this restaurant, so we come to wonder if it's really mistakes.
The food is ok but the logistics are so bad that it erases everything else.

As so many others have already commented, this place is a joke. There are 4 males standing around being rude and 1 waitress trying desperately to take care of every table. The food is mediocre as well. Do not waste your time.

As an Asian I would know what authentic Japanese food is, of course the ramen we have is no longer close to or near, however it is ok tasty! I have to credit the staff for returning my sun glasses when I forgot them on the table! Honest is best! Well done

We ordered online for home delivery. The delivery was on time, the delivery guy friendly. The sushi was good. Small + for sweet sauces and spicy Mayo. Small - for miso soup not to our taste, too salty but it's personal. We recommend!

We had to wait over 100 minutes for our food. Multiple customers left because they had to wait too long. They said one of their two cooks was ill. Food was okay-ish

I order quite often and the worry is that it's not constant; 3/4 of the time the products are fresh and the sushi tastes. And then there are times like tonight or it's unedible, the salmon is hard and there are shady parts, avocados and brown in the form of mashed potatoes. Obliged to throw half.

We often order because my wife loves their sushi, on the other hand you have to be very late. They plan 1 hour to deliver but in general it takes 2 hours, it's very tilting !!!

A good place or the art of sushi is well controlled. Never disappointed.

Atrocious, gross, inauthentic. Just some words I can describe this restaurant. Sushi isn't fresh and ramen has soggy chicken with Vermicelli (yep you read that right, vermicelli). Can't believe how they call this a sushi restaurant. Awful. Wow. Like 12.50 for a small bowl of bad soup and vermicelli.
