Beautuful hotel.comfy bed..lovely room...friendly staff

Gorgeous hotel. Wonderful staff. Breakfast is in the ok side, slow paced in case you're in a hurry for a morning event.

The staff here are always outstanding! Service is fantastic and the rooftop restaurant serves some of the best food I have ever eaten in my life. Always welcomed warmly and the rooms are worth every penny. It may seem overpriced or really expensive, but I promise you won't leave disappointed or feeling like you were charged too much. Love it and we will always be back whenever we are in the city.

I couldn't workout the appeal of the hotel. Immaculate room. The corridor's very dimly lit. The radio roof top was a popular place to hangout.

Good location, other then that can't find a good thing to say about it. I travel a lot and have been to many hotels. This one - no other word for it comes to my mind but creepy. Decor is all black inside. Not my style.

Didn't get to go to hotel bar radio because a bunch of uncontrolled kids got it shut down by police

The location is unparalleled, facility is pristine, guestrooms are clean and spacious, room service prompt and delicious (chicken club+++), and service is strong. A bit pricey, but with good reason.

Amazing Place, with one of the best catering service in London.

I stayed here for 3 nights. My first room smelled so badly that I had to change the room. The hotel tried to put several mini bar items on the invoice which I haven t used. Personal was not very friendly. A lot of public traffic in the hotel because of the roof top terrace (which is very nice however). Location of the Hotel is good however. I didn t linke the interior of that hotel but this is certainly a matter of taste. There are definitively much better hotels in this price range in London! Would not recommend to stay here (I will not come back)!

Super Amazing and the toilets are literally the cleanest place in London and very fancy too.

The rooms were more like a 3 star hotel. Stained leather walls, a LOT of rust on the bottom of the shower door, and a shower that I refuse to use. Came for a night away from the kids, but will be heading home after a couple hours...I mean even the TV can t find a signal. Mist do better.

My friends are staying at the hotel this weekend and as it's her 50th birthday I wanted to send a gift or a nice bottle of wine to their room. I called the number on the website and the person I spoke to gave me a direct number for London, spoke to concierge who were less than helpful and told me to email. Sent an email and here I am three days later having had zero response. Customer service at this hotel is non existent.

A lovely room with plenty of personal touches for our special occasion.

We searched for a rooftop terrace, very busy so we didn't get to go upstairs. We had drinks downstairs instead. Service was fairly slow but relaxing all the same.

Right in the centre of my London, near all the sites.
The Hotel is ultra modern, rooms are big, beds are big, bathrooms spacious. Most of the hotel looks like an art piece. The slanted marble walls, the amazing check in room. It looks like it s out of a futuristic movie.
We were on our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a room with a beautiful balcony, with champagne for and a dessert. Worth every penny. Hope to be back for another stay.

Nice view that is about it. Service average. Drinks cocktails watery...food average overpriced.

The Radio bar A wonderful roof top bar best to book to avoid disappointment

Fantastic five-star hotel, great location, close to the theater, Covent Garden, the floor-to-ceiling windows of the street in the room can be seen in London, London, the decoration is new and stylish, but there is no other surprise experience.

Oh my, what a wonderful hotel. Modern and comfortable, great rooms, great common spaces, great breakfasts and dinners and nightclub/bar! Definite 5-star!

Great hotel. Very beautiful and clean. The service is very good, and the stuff were really friendly. We celebrated our honeymoon in the hotel and the stuff did everything to make us pleased, including decorations in the room and complementary champaign with strawberries. Room service is really good. Helped as imidiatly with any problem. We took the river view room which was very nice. Very recommended!!!

Friendly professional staff but club upstairs had just too many doorman and bouncers I felt like I was being on show mostly friendly but intimidating and I'm not a small person the do was fabulous all the right set of tunes a proper crowd pleaser

Friendly accommodating staff which were very helpful, the hotel was beautifully modern, and the rooms echoed the modern luxurious feel. The roof top terrace bar offered tasty food and a variety of drinks in a pleasant relaxed atmosphere in the day turning into a more social lively bar of an evening.

The room offered everything and more one would need, with ample toiletries and facilities for all. The room itself was spacious and comfortable and the arrival treat was a lovely touch!

Will be staying again for sure.

It was good and the room had a balcony very nice.
Decorations inside the building is good as well.

Interiors and food was great but we didn't get our table on time and we were told to leave our table for another reservation before fully spending 2hrs on the table. Also our orders for were delayed + mixed up, had to ask for water 3 times before it came a d on waiter accidentally poured water into my plate.

Located next to Covent Garden, a step away from all sites. The hotel very modern and good service. For my taste too modern and psychedelic (that I like the modern), but the room is great ... wide with good beds, good bathroom.

Upon arrival we immediately saw that there was a problem with the rooms. Whether we opted for the large room that was equipped for the needy or the other room that was rather small .... A room specially for the disabled did not seem appropriate to us, so we opted for the other room with a king size bed of 1.40 m !! ! After complaint we were finally given the correct reserved room after many apologies. On departure a lot was excused, but no compensation was made. Saddening ! You'll never see us here again. Breakfast below par. Location was perfect

Very cool hotel, impressive lobby. Rooms were great and the location is walkable you most things. Very avant-garde style.

I didn't actually stay there, but had a drink in the lobby.
