So disappointing. No tequila options other than their brand. Said they had limited options on all liquor since it was the 1st day opening. Thought they should be glowing with the best....food service. Handicap elevator. All epic failures. Ordered a chicken street taco. Being Latin...the worst street taco ever.

Reserved room with Hotels.com, front desk couldn't find reservation. The bed was not comfortable when hotel promised a good bed. Finally, they are supposed to clean even more because of Covid, but there was potatoe chip crumbs all around the club chair beside the bed.

If I could truly give this zero stars I would. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The manager Deshay or however it is spelled is also very rude and dismissive of issue you have concerning a clean room. Tried to switch rooms twice and each room worse then the first. I will let the pictures from our first night/day at the hotel Do the rest. This hotel is not following the guidelines for business during a pandemic by any means DO NOT STAY HERE. It is absolutely appalling. Not just our hotel room but feces on the steps leading to the hotel room, pool absolutely disgusting used towels everywhere used tissues by the lounge chairs board pieces scattered around and inside the pool. Dirty bathroom unclean floors and bed messy this was absolutely unacceptable and a Hilton affiliation at that?! Unacceptable!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hotel Maya! Upon my arrival my room had been upgraded which was a delight! The view was absolutely breath taking! I was able to eat breakfast and do yoga on the balcony with plenty of room! Happy hour was great as well, I recommend the $5 Cab. The entire location was serene and I am looking forward to my next stay! One of the best parts of my stay was the amazing Jackie and those to die for chocolate chip walnut cookies!! Thank you Jackie for all your amazing service! Other then the gentleman above me rolling his suitcase like a bowling ball at 6:50am and my selection of wine not available in in room dining I have no complaints! I would definitely recommend Hotel Maya to friends that visit. Tip: pre order breakfast the night before (before 11pm) so it can be delivered when you wake up! Best perk ever! Thank you Hotel Maya, see you all soon!

The view is wonderful, amenities are up to date, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Fuel, the on site restaurant, is spectacular and offers an adventurous South American culinary experience. Stars removed for subpar room accents, a floorboard had buckled in the middle of the room, the wallpaper was peeling a little, and the paint was chipped and scratched.

I cannot believe how TERRIBLE the customer service was ALL THROUGH this property. This was my wedding day and they really didn't care.
1. Had to wait 20 minutes for a wardrobe cart to take my wedding dress to my room. Then had to get back in the line to check in. Manager was NO HELP!!
2. Fuego reservation- we had dinner reservations at the Hotels restaurant and we had to wait 30 minutes for our waitress to come take our drink orders. The manager at the restaurant was RUDE. the waitress had to apologize for her!!!
3. Pool- the supervisor made me go all the way from the pool to the lobby to get a wrist band for my husband, because his broke, she saw us there the day before and gave us congratulations, but then handed wrist bands to a group of 6 VERY drunk kids that i am not even sure were 21 yo, she didn't ask them for ID. SHOCKED.

we are LBC locals and we have stayed here many times before, WONT EVER stay again.

Absolutely loved our weekend stay here. Our room was located right outside their "man made beach" seating area overlooking the boat pier, the Queen Mary, and the Carnival Cruise docking station! It was fantastic! The room looked newly renovated and had a amazingly home like feel for a hotel room. The staff was super attentive and saw to our every need. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Loved the hotel we stay here from Wed-Sun, The room was quaint with a very nice decore and when you walk out to the patio the ocean is right there as well as the restaurant..... The only draw back was that the front desk told us that they would not refresh our room during this stay. Which really sucked because who wants to lay on the same sheets. They said we had to be there for at least 5 days which we left on the 5th day... They would have received 5 stars but the refusal to not accommodate our needs really left a bad taste in my mouth. As a short term rental host, I understand every need for every guest can't always be met, but I felt they could have at least dropped of fresh Lenin and we could have refreshed the bed ourselves.... Beside that the stay was enjoyable.

For what we paid I expected more. The hotel wasn't as plush as pictures displayed, we got the loft suite. The sink wss clogged. AC unit leaking with water and caused a puddle. The best part was our view of Queen Mary.

The staff was very friendly and we had a nice view. The restaurant there had great food. However, our room was really dirty the whole time we were there. After just a few minutes in the room with no shoes on, the bottoms of our feet were black. Also, there were a few small spots of mold in the bathroom. Would not stay there again. Seriously wish we could have our money back, feel a bit taken since their website and photos are misleading as to how nice and clean it is.

Rating for daytime lunch meeting only. Friendly and helpful staff served exactly what was ordered for the group, appropriately plated and at the right temperature. Room set up as agreed, including audio visual equipment, power and guest tables. Property is a bit out of the way compared to downtown hotels but access for local guests was easy off I-710. Parking was validated for lunch guests in the adequate regular lot. Waterfront location is unusual and can be a nice bonus.
