The staff here is always friendly and helpful and the layout is super easy.

This location on Boylston Street is small and densely packed. What you would expect for a location in the heart of the city. What was disappointing was the selections at this particular store (rather sparse) and you could not find anyone to help you at all. I was interested in purchasing a sofa and two chairs but the one associate they had working was too busy doing nothing to even answer a question. So I went to the location at Burlington mall which is nicer and bigger and made my purchase there.

Very friendly service, I was greeted at the door and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and explained to me the care that I needed to give to maintain my purchase

The Boylston St. Crate and Barrel store is big, well stocked, well organized and has a very convenient location - right in the middle between Hynes Convention Center and Copley T stops. The staff is usually very pleasant and ready to help. I always pop in when in the area and inadvertently I end up buying something.

We registered here for our wedding because the quality of the products they carry is unparalleled, regardless of where among the many places of the world they import them from. Everything we've gotten from there has held up over the years, and we continue to go there and find cool little items which make our home even more "ours". It's a great place to shop if you're nearby, we often stop in just to see what they have which is new.

Many beautiful indoor furnishings, particularly kitchenware.

This location is very easy to get to using public transportation (short walk from the Green line), and has a good selection or Crate and Barrel's offerings. Lots of kitchen tools and utensils on the first floor, dinnerware, wine glasses, and some dining furniture on the second floor, and a really nice selection of other home furniture on the third. I've been here twice for store pickup, and the staff is courteous and helpful!

I love this store! Everything is so clean, so nice and so orderly. Also, they have amazing deals and sales! I have also gotten favors for bridal and baby showers from this store! Love it!!!

I called this store for help purchasing a bookcase and mobile for our baby s nursery and was referred to the furniture department. I worked with Erin who was extremely kind, helpful, and professional!! We were initially on the fence about purchasing these items due to both being on back order for quite some time and hefty shipping fees, but she was able to work with us to improve both of these issues! Engaging staff, with quality items that are expensive but beautiful. Their displays are thoughtful and may inspire the furniture and decor you already have as well and encourage you to pick up their product to match their design choices.

Some stuff are really good value. Everything is of atleast decent quality.
Of course there are expensive things... it's on Newbury.

Right off the highway exit and next to the Burlington Mall. The store has some great pieces for your home. Some of the staff seemed to busy (although they were not) to help while others were happy to greet you.

I really loved the product arrangement and the atmosphere. 2nd floor was the best for me! Great place to chill

Stopped in for an order pickup tonight. I was greeted immediately by an incredibly attentive and pleasant employee. My order was in my hands in probably under a minute just by giving my phone number.

My only complaint would be that it was so efficient I didn t have a chance to look around (It s for the best...)

Other stores have something to learn from this brand!

Highly recommend for good quality and reasonable price. Just hope for better shipping and handling charges since it goes up if adding more furniture. Definitely going back for buying more.

3 floors and a big selection of products. Right off of Boylston in the heart of Boston.

I always enjoy shopping here when we go to Burlington. A lot of interesting things you can buy.along with comfortable furniture to sit in while your partner is out there spending your money!

Not a great selection, honestly. Understaffed and overpriced. The furniture is not very comfortable.

Picking up your own furniture from the store is a nightmare. It's a one lane alley that can get busy. I'm right now stuck between a construction truck loading debris and a FedEx truck loading boxes.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, almost everything I was looking for was in stock- specifically kitchen and dining table pieces. There's a laneway at the rear of the store for picking up larger items or if you have multiple bags and again staff will help you with getting all your shopping into your car.
