A hotel located in the center of Belgrade with a spa, restaurant, free underground parking and a 24-hour reception. Breakfast is very varied and includes: restaurant muffins, homemade cakes, sausages, cheese, pancake vegetables, coffee, etc.

Getting to the hotel by car is tricky the first time, if you don't know the area. It's in a one way street and not really that well marked.
They have a valet service, and the guy was friendly, if a bit awkward. The garage is up a narrow side street and very crowded.
Receptionist was very friendly and capable. The first room they gave me didn't have running water (a pipe burst and I noticed water coming out of storm drains in a nearby street earlier, so that's likely). Upon reporting the issue, they immediately moved me to another part of the hotel and a bigger room.
Considering the hotel is not that old, I wouldn't have expected issues with the shower fixture, but luckily I could draw a bath instead. Rooms in general look quite nice, but don't expect any views.
Location is good, within walking distance to several points of interest.

Room was not at all what I expected, compared to that of other photos both on Google Maps and on various booking sites. It was in what seemed like a new wing of the hotel, possibly built more to cater for occupancy rate than guest satisfaction, with the window looking out onto a residential balcony.

The wardrobe and 'mini - bar' were in some corner that seems like it was meant to be a kitchenette. The bed did not feel very stable. The lights beside the bed did not work, and there was a lingering smell in the bathroom, masked by air-freshener, which seemed to be coming from the drains.

The room was booked for two people, but only had towels, glass etc for one. Had to call reception twice to ask for an extra set of towels. Also, no safety deposit box, which I assumed would be a standard.

The next morning, on the way to breakfast, I was even more disappointed when I could see into all the other rooms that were being serviced, as these rooms were what was advertised; it was as if the rooms were in two different hotels.

My breakfast mainly consisted of yoghurt, as it was the only thing that I could eat. Unless of course cold rubbery eggs and bacon are your morning ritual. Teaspoons seem to be like gold-dust. I asked for one and a young gentlemen disappeared on a ten minute quest, to no avail.

After my breakfast of All You Can Eat Yoghurt, I checked out and then had breakfast elsewhere.

All in all, below average room, "breakfast' and experience, for an above average price.

Pity! The hotel seems to be very good, but unfortunately we had to cancel due to illness reasons the reservation! After a few phone calls and ask by e-mail, the money was not refunded anyway! Even if we have over 24 hours previously canceled !!!! I find it very sad that one deals with guests like that! An indictment of the hotel !!!!!

Location and parking: arrival by car was somewhat chaotic because it was a Friday afternoon, but without problems, well located less than 10 minutes walk from the Republic Square (Trg Republike), 20 minutes from the Belgrade Fortress (Beogradska Tvr ava) and just over 20 minutes from the Tempo de San Sava (Hram Svetog Save). Parking located in a very narrow back street, and also quite difficult to park in it, finally with the skill of the driver we got it.

Room and bathroom: they did not tell us anything, but they upgraded us, since our rooms were inexpensive without a view on the 6th floor, and the ones they gave us were on the 5th floor, mine was the most spacious and with a balcony. The bathroom is fine, but the part of the shower is in need of renovation.

Breakfast: something lazy for our tastes, because of toast and pastries there was little variety, for how big the hotel is; Of course, what is the English breakfast very complete.

Wifi: the worst of the whole trip, you had to connect per floor; and many times the signal was lost, and you had to connect to the floor above or below.

Actually a disappointing 4 star hotel. No tea and coffee, lots of problems with the rooms for our group on arrival. Tv's not working and very slow WiFi. Area is a bit seedy and although it is close to the city centre there is not much else going for it

Cozy room and Breakfast Good and rich, the room on the sixth floor, Where the elevator does not arrive because it stops at the fifth, heating is like African temperatures and non-existent windows appear the 2 skylights that do not open and there are no curtains blackout. Positive at the private garage and central hotel.

It used to be a good apparently hotel comma but due to poor management it just falls. The staff does not provide adequate attention to the problems and wishes of the client. If the owner doesn t take action immediately, this place will turn into a hole in which big money was invested

Totally overrated place. Rooms are clean and fine, but that is to be expected in ANY place (no matter if 1* or 4*,5*). Bathroom ok although it needs some repairs (mirror on the wall was pulled out of the wall on one side, cover of the plug in was also broken and fell out as soon as I touched it...).

The location: it's near the city center, but the view is terrible (old building blocks). The hotel is right next to a strip club and very loud music is heard in the loby.

The biggest disappointment was wellness and spa world. Although it looks good on photos, the jacuzzi had dirty and smelly water, which stunk in the whole space around it (including relaxing zone). There are 3 saunas and in all of them one can hear a loud noise of some machines which stop you from relaxing. One of them had some traces of burned instalations on the cealing and smelled funny so we escaped very fast. Bathrobes and towels were old and torn. Overall impression was that wellness is old and not being well taken care of.

Massages were very good and masseuses polite and nice.

We chose the offer "love and chocolatte" from the website which includes 2 chocolatte cakes, which we never got. Guests should be spared of having to ask for something like that, as it was included in the offer.

Breakfast was pretty good, but the waiters were slightly unplesant, talking loud and sometimes swearing, without making an effort to say good morning to the guests.

Positives:

Positives:
- Central location;
- Very good breakfast;
- Friendly and accommodating front desk and room cleaning staff.
- Garage space availability;
Negatives:
- Not clean enough in the rooms. The carpet is quite old and dirty;
- The mattresses on the beds are old and saggy;
- But, the biggest problem is the noise from Dark angels gentlemens club until 4am, which is located below the hotel itself. Rent rooms over the 2nd floor so you can sleep at all.

A hotel that every city should have. An ideal location in the heart of the city, where there are countless wonderful corners to visit and take a few steps to see. Stylish and comfortable with friendly staff and delicious food and dus and body vacations. Own, free and secured parking in the underground garage ... rounds off a visit experience. Incredible, but here you can pamper at an extremely affordable price. Belgrade is a story and a treat for yourself.
