Room was not at all what I expected, compared to that of other photos both on Google Maps and on various booking sites. It was in what seemed like a new wing of the hotel, possibly built more to cater for occupancy rate than guest satisfaction, with the window looking out onto a residential balcony.

The wardrobe and 'mini - bar' were in some corner that seems like it was meant to be a kitchenette. The bed did not feel very stable. The lights beside the bed did not work, and there was a lingering smell in the bathroom, masked by air-freshener, which seemed to be coming from the drains.

The room was booked for two people, but only had towels, glass etc for one. Had to call reception twice to ask for an extra set of towels. Also, no safety deposit box, which I assumed would be a standard.

The next morning, on the way to breakfast, I was even more disappointed when I could see into all the other rooms that were being serviced, as these rooms were what was advertised; it was as if the rooms were in two different hotels.

My breakfast mainly consisted of yoghurt, as it was the only thing that I could eat. Unless of course cold rubbery eggs and bacon are your morning ritual. Teaspoons seem to be like gold-dust. I asked for one and a young gentlemen disappeared on a ten minute quest, to no avail.

After my breakfast of All You Can Eat Yoghurt, I checked out and then had breakfast elsewhere.

All in all, below average room, "breakfast' and experience, for an above average price.
