Hotel in the center of Belgrade on Terazije. Nicely decorated and clean, breakfast great. For the trip, I took some food at the restaurant, which my friendly waiter folded and wrapped up. Thank you.

Absolutely ok.Fine room and bathroom.Funny.Spa department with whirlpool and sauna at your disposal.Infrared sauna unfortunately did not work.Great breakfast, good assortment of fruit smoothies. No welcoming lobby bar.Good parking included in the price.It was a challenge to find the way to the hotel due to several roads that were closed / redirected in conjunction with roadworks in the city.Great belliness in relation to the city center but can be a little scary since the hotel located on a side street.Good value for money.

Totally Unprofessional. I cancelled my booking 1 hour after making the reservation due to personal health problems and they didn't accept any kind of cancellation. Unacceptable.

An excellent hotel near the most important buildings in the city and in the center

Ljubazno osoblje je prvo sto bih istakao i pohvalio. Cijelokupan dojam hotela, soba, i dorucak nista posebno, sve prosjecno. Ima jako puno prostora za napredak. Sobe treba renovirati, dorucak treba znatno popraviti. Sef u sobi ne postoji, sto je veliki minus. Jedina prednost blizina centa grada i parking garaza.

Great location in the center of Belgrade. A big plus is the free parking at the hotel. The rooms are quite large, the balcony is large. The food is delicious. The staff are friendly. The SPA is free of charge, only massages are payable. The purity is OK. Minuses..Lack of water pressure (I was on the 4th floor), although the bathroom is big, but it would need renovation, wi-fi is very slow.

Very professional but not complete massage, affordable prices. Pleasant and polite friendly staff. The cleaning of the massage room is excellent, while the jakusi was not very powerful and loved to die of mold on the walls, it must be improved. Very nice saunas and hamams. I organized seminar for a first time in this hotel. They have good meeting room for about 50 people, kind and professional staff, also have great food.

Worst hotel ever.
They said first impression are really important, well this hotel is located next to striptease bar, the entrance of it is exactly on same passage in front of hotel entrance.
Second impression: parking... after booking a parking place we arrived to be told there was no parking available, after some bla bla bla somehow there was a parking, oh magic. So we were happy again, till the man in charge of the parking lot was really angry cause he had to actually do his job and show us where to park(due to it being a shared private parking you couldnt park eveywhere and u needed an assigned place)
So we got to reception ask for our room and they gave us one on the last floor, but oh surprise, theres no lift till the last floor, so u gotta carry your luggage up the stairs or wait for the angry man from the parking lot to help you and throw your luggage at the end to the floor like if it was a bag of trash. Anyway you would say im in my room already what can go wrong now, well let me give you an idea, a tiny room without windows!
So we went to sleep trying not to think of the little cell we were spending the night at. Next day woke up with a bad rash all over my legs when looking for the source of it... we found bugs!!!!! Creepy disgusting bugs crawling from under the bed.
When confronted in reception the answer was, "thats not ours, it must have been from a prior guest" like if it was a thing, they were bugs!!!!!!
Like i dont care whos fault it is, it is your hotel and you have to be responsible for it, even if a prior guest brang them with him. Rooms were dirty also, imagine to have bugs and dont notice ...

The hotel has a spa program and there are no slippers or cribs in the rooms.
In the bathroom a shower was showered with shower.
Staff not interested in guests.

Excellent breakfast with sweet and savory. Very comfortable and spotless room and multilingual reception staff, including Italian

Location of hotel is great and hotel offer free parking garage. I got a room in first floor and i didn't like that window was on the level with roof and easy reachable from outside. Room was in need for serious maintenance. Plaster or paint has been damaged in several places. Shelf for night stand was torn off, also shower holder was missing. Food corner in dining room is in dark and you cannot see food very well. The selection of food is limited.

What sets it apart from the others is the possession of a closed and 24-hour supervised parking space in the center of Belgrade.

It is a 4 star hotel and I give it a 3 stars, and that is maybe too much.
It is hotel in a city center, but next door to stripper club.
Staff, well, let's say that they are hardly professional, nothing bad, but I expect a little more in 4 stars hotel.
Room, huh, TV wasn't working (we had to go to the reception 4 or 5 times during the 2 days and finally they send someone to repair tv), phone doesn't work, it is hard to close bathroom door and it sounds very badly when you closing them. Tap in the bathroom should be replaced. In fact, whole room needs a little bit of refreshment.
All in all, it is not a bad place but hotel needs some refreshment and a better staff atitude.

Pretty good price and location. The hotel is a little run down, but still ok. Breakfast isn't the greatest, but it's ok. However price benefit is amazing and the location is super with free parking! Staff tend to be hit and miss. I had amazing people serve me there, took a reservation without any prepayment, I had times when they told me it was full when it wasn't (I suspect as I got a free upgrade). Overall recommended.

Good hotel. Pleasant, friendly staff. The only negative - in front of the entrance is a streptizluk. In our room on the ground floor we heard music all night. The next day, we, without any problems, changed the room, on the third floor, for which many thanks !!! Breakfast also really liked!

Centrally located hotel in a few minutes you are in the pedestrian area. Great breakfast buffet. Also the sauna is i.O. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Free use of the underground car park.

It was not possible to get a summer duvet at 11pm even though the reception was staffed with 2 people. Air conditioning only works when light is on. Light in the bathroom is only when the big light is on in the room (bad if someone needs to go to the bathroom at night)

The hotel is located on the site of the old part of Belgrade in the Balkan one which is one-way. It has free parking, entrance to the bottom of the hotel. Parking is in the basement and can be parked, it is expected to be crammed with the location. Staff at the reception desk is young and inexperienced or kind. They paid me the amount from the card I booked and I wanted to pay cash. Rooms clean comfortable comfortable, bathroom nice and clean with all accessories, hairdryer, shampoo, soap .. Bath coat is requested by calling at the reception. SPA satisfies, saunas and Jacuzzi work but not both tepidarium beds, the shower cabin is partly correct. Staff kindly, but if the Chinese guests are silent for forgetting. Breakfast is a buffet table and it has a variety of foods, not everything is marked what is, but everything is tasty and beautifully saved. If you happen to have a Turkish family dining next to you, count the food on your table. The price in relation to what you get is exceptional. Free parking, SPA, overnight, breakfast and proximity to the city center is the TOP offer.

We stayed there for two nights when visiting Belgrade. The room on the first floor was pleasant and decently equiped, staff was friendly and helpful, a huge huge plus is the hotel's parking garage, because parking in central Belgrade is totally impossible.

While staying there they had a pretty big accident, a burst pipe flooded the reception floor and took out both elevators. The staff scrambled immediately, they worked around the problem, and due to their excellent work our stay at the hotel was largely unaffected by the accident.

Complimentary continental breakfast at Life Design is most exemplary, completely worthy of its name and can probably leave nobody wishing for anything more. I have stayed at hotels, where they claimed continental breakfast and they offered something like 4 items, all of them sweet, and they charged extra for eggs and sausage, because that counts as "English breakfast". My bellowing behind. Breakfast at Life Design offers all kinds of eggs, a huge variety of bread, from baguettes, whole grain rolls, ciabattas with olive bits, a variety of yoghurts, spreads of all kinds (and not only jams), a large selection of cereals (but who wants those when there's all the good stuff on the table), really, a continental breakfast in it's finest incarnation.

Whenever in Belgrade, I will stay at Life Design.

Good hotel in a great location.
Excellent very varied breakfast, good quality ingredients and a large assortment of whatever. Croissants are missing but there are great pancakes. Friendly and well-trained hotel staff. Room size and excellent cleanliness.
The spa in my opinion a bit disappointing, small, some tropical showers did not work, there are 3 saunas but it is not clear how they work.

For that price could be even better. A series of things in the room that are ok but good position in the city. Parking is terribly small, for smaller cars. Beware of the entrance and the entrance to the garage, the high rhizos. Staff super!

This is a good hotel in general, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Why only 3 stars then? Well simply since I am expecting rooms in a better shape in a 4 stars hotel. It definitely needs renovation! Carpets are so dirty that I would not walk barefeet in the room, shower floor is black. It seems clean but it is old and it looks like it. Please... Do something. And my window... Across the street from 3 different terraces... I could not close it... So it was super noisy until 1am at least... Food is ok in the restaurant but not the best for sure. Breakfast was kinda ok too. Can do better for a 4 stars hotel. Staff is almost absent. Nice at the reception when checking in and out, but not a word when leaving in the morning and coming back. At the restaurant: never spoke to anyone at breakfast! I walked in, serve myself, eat and left... Wow. Could be a nice hotel, but it is just average. Work on it guys!

The hotel is located really close to the center of the city. Good price, includes underground parking and great breakfast. The building is old, but well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean.
