Hospitality of exceptional quality. The restaurants are excellent. The staff very welcoming. The region is very beautiful. But I do not attribute the fifth star because the Internet connection for an establishment of this quality is not level.

We have been to the SPA today, big disappointment in hygiene. We are however regulars of the place. The hammam smelled bad and when lighting the light we saw that the hammam was very dirty at ground level and chairs full of limestone. Spa showers do not work either!

Beautiful. The location, the ambiance, the smell of the air. The food, the atmosphere, the staff, all of it was just the perfect dream of what you'd hope for.

We had booked our stay, but then after that they changed our reservation and told us it was some private party or something to that effect. This forced us to change up a whole lot of other plans, and we almost cancelled our reservation altogether. I'm glad we didn't, but still.

This was ten yeas ago, so they've had plenty of time to upgrade their reservation system to prevent stuff like that from happening... but they may not have.

Still, the fact that we stayed there so long ago and I still remember it so fondly speaks volumes

Squid sashimi soup and hash browns, very fresh seafood flavor, very amazing. good to eat. The snails of the starter are worth recommending.

We have had lunch and dinner at Bistrot Le Pesquier on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the services.
Our last visit was unfortunately very disappointing.

Cocktails served after a 45m wait a few minutes before the appetizers, new endless wait before main courses and desserts.
Indifferent and unfriendly staff, minimal apologies, "the barman serves the 2 restaurants", "it's the kitchen" ...
We were the last at the table and had the privilege of seeing and hearing the staff preparing the tables for the next day's service.
No commercial gesture (the hostess conscientiously avoided us) to compensate for the service malfunctions, only the kitchen was always of very good quality.

Wonderful stay surrounded by a remarkable team of kindness and attention. The Convent is superb, each element of decoration has its place in this place and the choice of materials is successful. Amazing location, incredible staff and perfect place to relax. Nothing is to hard for them, everyone is smiley and Spa facilities are great. Treatments are well thought of and the staff at the Spa was wonderful. Rooms are clean and have everything you might need. Truly recommend if in search of a good Spa Hotel, plenty to see around if you don t want to be stuck in the hotel, but also plenty to enjoy staying in. Thank you for making my weekend break so nice.

Very cool, a good option to stay in Lille, quite central. Price from 140 plus or minus with possibilities to find a little cheaper depending on whether you anticipate your reservation

The lobby is to fall with its beautiful decoration.
During the stay there was little customer so the place was very quiet. There are two restaurants and a terrace.
The Spa (Occitan brand) is also open to external.
Great luxury: there are even sockets for your Tesla car in the car park!

If you have a Porsche or a Ferrari you can go there

I loved L'Occitane products.
I did not like the unheated indoor pool, the uncomfortable chairs, the sauna under construction. The hammam without light and boiling (no cold room) no background music, no more light therapy. I "hated" the lack of openness to the outdoor pool, the humidity in the premises. Access to the outside FORBIDDEN to SPA clients ... !!
I did not like, at all, the reception of the hotel / restaurant staff ... no blues, "heavy" atmosphere.
Fortunately there is a "chef" in the kitchen ... to go back up a bit ... Delicious ... Thank you CHEF ...
This place requires (in my opinion) a minimum of enthusiasm at all levels ... for the moment ... It is not the case ...

It's my birthday on a weekday I think I spent a day in this beautiful hotel, the meal was delicious however the spa very disappointing hamam not functional no Jacuzzi whirlpool just a medium size interior no possibility to go to the outdoor pool even if it was almost empty or if the spa equipment is not there. Very disappointed with this spa

We can not be mean to the quality of the renovation. What a job ! Sometimes a little too much in the decor anyway. Side plate ... stuffed with peas and it's a little hot potato.

I really appreciated the quality of the beauty treatments. However, I lost time recovering my vehicle. I had to spend 3 times at the reception to finally show me on the screen where my car was. I did not appreciate the receptionist's reception when I left.

Magnificent Hotel which offers an exceptional setting.
Unfortunately, the "Restanque Deluxe" category room allocated to us (room 116) did not correspond to all the rooms of the same category presented on the hotel's website.
Despite the fact of having informed the reception as well as the "Mistress of the house" who did not seem bothered by the situation, no commercial gesture was granted to us, and for information, the note amounted to 1000 for 24 hours!

Beautiful, only problem, the bags, you have to wait for the electric car to take them to the search, and it takes time, damage

Can do better, especially at the level of the remaining Bancaou and service. For my part a good 4 stars.

Reception at the gate to return to lunch very complicated because of the fact that nothing is heard and you are asked inaudible questions when you just want to have lunch ... the reception is worthy of a bad food at the entrance and at the exit ... very disappointed by this unpleasant welcome or we will certainly not come back ... there are other so much nicer places in the region which are happy to receive you with pleasure and a smile, something to really work in this house.
