Hotel good cost-benefit

Hotel good cost-benefit
The breakfasts are excellent (the only problem is the Maras mulatas, bird, who stole the food kkk) and the beds are very good and clean (clean and little, the 300 thread quilt makes you sleep like a baby). Has transfer from the airport to the hotel, which saved us time and money to call taxis. (speaking in taxis, combine the price of the race before) The service is not as good as it is sold in the promotional videos, since we often call the employees but they seem to ignore. Room service and changing of towels, bars etc is very good too. It has separate children's and adult pools, soh n has nothing well thought for teenagers and seniors. At booking they said that the massage n had no additional costs, but it has !!. Speaking of massage take care on the beach in front of the hotel, since some women come and massage without saying a price or saying that they are present, you accept and they charge you 50 dollars. They are very good masseur, but negotiate the price before, a good price for massage and 50000 pesos.

The hotel in general has many activities and is quite spacious but in my room the night table light did not work and also downstairs the sink was leaking water I do not understand how this happens in and hotel like this, I am in the new tower! Also the infinity bar on a Saturday working only until 4 pm ?!
On the other hand, the staff is not rude but they do need a lot of service attitude and empathy! Must improve! As for the breakfast nothing extraordinary and the hard breads.

Overall, I really liked this hotel!

Overall, I really liked this hotel!
Great pools (specially the infinity pool).
The beach could have a bit more infrastructure but maybe that is limited by the government.
The breakfast was really good, loads of variety and a lot of room to sit in! They have local and some more international like dishes.
Location wise it's okay, it's more of a resort in terms of it being far from the main city but it's close to the airport!
The room was very nice and neat.

There is one point that annoyed me though. For a 5 star hotel and to top it off having stayed in a suite, the towels could be at least washed with some softener. It felt like I was peeling my skin off while drying myself...
We had 6 towels and all of them were rough!

It is an incredible hotel and an excellent place to spend all your trips with children to weekend getaways, offer everything a 5 star hotel has without a doubt that has one of the clubs with one of the most pleasant views. Offer several options of avitacion and has a very good servisio for indiscapasitados. I recommend 95% the hotel the americas

The hotel is very well located, close to the airport and the historic center. The rooms are spacious, neat and well equipped. They have several pools, a good beach and several restaurants. To improve, the agility in the check-in process, the flavor and the variety of the room service foods. I would go back this hotel without a doubt.

It is a good hotel, however for a five star resort it leaves a lot to be desired. In the first place the beach house facilities are not the best, the service is regular and the activities are limited and limited for a resort of this category. Additionally, both the customer service line and the website to make a reservation are bad. Very probably, in a next occasion it would not be my first option, in Cartagena there are better options

It has private beach free of vendors or at least during my stay it was not annoying on the beach. The Hotel is very comfortable but anything that is not included in the purchased reservation is very expensive. A buffet restaurant service costs more than 50000 Colombian pesos (20 dollars). For the all very good.

Excellent hotel complex, you can use the facilities of Casa de Playa. Wonderful the InfinitO bar with adult pool and good drinks. Very spacious and comfortable room. There is a small cafeteria where you can taste some varieties of Juan Valdez coffee that is worth knowing. I emphasize the attention of the reception staff, kind and friendly, they solved all my doubts. Thank you!

How upsetting, drove 30 minutes to the hotel and was turned away from getting a day pass because they were over booked. The security guards made no effort to help accommodate us. By the way this was at 930 am and the beach was empty.

Hotel is super nice love it everthing about it.

Hotel is super nice love it everthing about it.
My family and I had an awesome time.
the erre restaurant was amazing service food everything.

We had a great time.... I cannot give the 5 stars because of the service of JESUS at the front desk
he was horrible no manners always complicating everything and with an bad attitude all the time we stayed there.
it was so bad that some of my friends next night moved from casa del mar to the tower even though it was more expensive.

When you come in wait for next customer service front desk stay away from JESUS! Not christ Jesus at the front desk. Bad bad bad

Thank you we had a great time

Hotel complex with very good swimming pools, very comfortable rooms, excellent view of the sea, typical breakfast with food of the region, the staff is respectful however I consider that they need to be more warm and helpful because they provide a normal service and do not create the need to want to return.

The entire reason I booked this hotel was to use the 18+ Infiniti pool and jacuzzi. What s closed the entire time during my stay? Not only that, the other large pool with 2 jacuzzis is also closed... would have booked elsewhere if this was going to be the case, incredibly disappointed.

The Hotel is well located only a short 10 minute drive to Old City ($5 by taxi) and remote enough to be away from mayhem.

The beaches are probably best in Cartagena, but if you go to beach, be ready to be hassled by locals selling their wares! But the are friendly and security is nearby.

WiFi is great one day and good the next. Having to constantly login to WiFi with devices is painful and unnecessary being such a remote hotel.

The food is fantastic, but could do with a little more variety.

If you stay in one of the two hotels, you can use facilities of both which is great.

The Playa Hotel is better I think, a lot more variety for families with kids with a great pool and slide.

The rooms are comfortable and nice and the staff are fantastic!

The only two things to improve are variety of food and fix the silly constant logins for WiFi

It is a hotel where many families with children stay. It has multiple attractions for children, such as children's games and the pool with slides and waterfalls.

They have great customer service by phone and website, however at the hotel reception they can improve; since we made the "transfer" request to the airport and they sent us to what we called from the room because the number was busy.

On the beach they have umbrellas and tents but they are insufficient for the number of guests you have, so if you want to reach a space you must get up early enough.

This hotel is very very big. There is always a que in the lobby. Also the personel does not answer emails about reservations. There is no airconditioning in the hotel lobby. It is very overpriced compared to hotels right next to it with better rooms and same location. I recommend you chosing any other hotel in the area. Food here is good but it is not typical colombian.

We stayed 3 nights and the experience was pleasant, we stayed in the bussines area. The staff very attentive, the restaurants within the hotel with excellent prices and the food very good, the perimeter security ring of luxury !. The taxi service could improve and in the area of the pools you can place some music, otherwise excellent. #we will be back
