Easy check in process, low price, decent pool. Room was clean and spacious. Food was so-so. Wish the fitness center was 24 hours and that there were more pool chairs.

Parking space for food delivery is too far away, many online motorcycle taxi drivers don't want to deliver food to this hotel

Regularly stay here each year when visiting family in Jakarta. Apartment hotel with kitchen facilities. Excellent staff always make us feel welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Good pool, good restaurant and ideal location for South Jakarta. This year we used the banquet facilities for a family party for my mum in laws 90th birthday. Again excellent help with the planning and execution of a great event enjoyed by the whole family. Highly recommended!! Only observation is ideally more sun beds should be provided for the pool area!

Nice play to stay, old building, large room look like apartemen, the breakfast is great, but the receptionist is freak after I did the check in process and take a rest in my room he called me to move out to another room

We stayed 8 days in the studio apartment (room number 1210). The room was big and clean with a small kitchen. My daughter loved the pool. The staff were very nice and even greeted me by name. We know Hotel Kristal since 2008 and came here almost every year. Always happy!
