Clean, affordable and far from the main road so it's pretty quiet. The pool is quite spacious & clean. Unfortunately for those who park in the basement, they have to walk from the lobby to the parking lot to get to the car because there is no elevator directly to the basement.

The food is delicious, the restaurant is next to s. pool so you can eat outside too. Private and green hotel environment

The staff are friendly n the apartment is pretty good

Very comfortable, friendly hotel and very pleasant for families. Moreover, the one with 3 rooms ... Very comfortable and fully furnished. For the size of the single deluxe room it is very spacious and really worth the price. For breakfast it's all delicious ... it fits on the tongue ... the condition is cool too. Maybe the view is not like a 5-star hotel because the hotel is only 10 floors short ... but all paid off with extraordinary comfort ... and don't have to bother carrying or buying additional mineral water because gallons of mineral water are provided ... heloowwww galon so looo ... enough for a family of hahahha ... the point is it's really recommed by this hotel

Good all round hotel but some rooms require redecoration .Beds good.Nice pool.Bar good but a little expensive ,unless happy hour.

It's rather difficult to find parking for the motorbike. He is next to the hotel. The person who is here for the first time and asks for a benchmark for entering a motorbike parking lot around someone is definitely not able to represent the location where the motorbike is parking Skip that. Oh yes the food at this hotel is good. You can reserve a meal at the edge of the swimming pool

Unfortunately, it was so old and outdated. Yet, it is more spacious than other new ones.

Staffs were very very friendly..loved how each and everyone greeted my family and i whenever we passed them at the hallway. Breakfast menu was my favorite, loved everything that was served both the mornings of my stay there. The two bedroom suite was really comfy and clean. Just wasn't very happy about the bathtub. It needed thorough cleaning. I really enjoyed my stay with my family and will definitely come back!

Nice apartment hotel, comfortable, clean and complete facilities. Cookware and utensils are available in the room. Swimming pool facilities are equipped with a nice Playground which is perfect if traveling with family. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The hotel clerk is also friendly, especially Ms. Meilani who is kind. For meeting purposes it is also recommended.

this hotel has been our subscription since a few years ago. strategic place, playground and adequate swimming pool. it's just that there were a few incidents at the time of check in. I ordered 2 rooms from 2 different service providers. Our single bed room has got the check in time at 12.34. while the rooms are 3 bedrooms, the receptionist promises at 2:00 p.m. to be delivered to a single bed room. while we brought 4 small children and sick parents using wheelchairs crammed into a small room. after I kept on calling from the office, it was only around 4:00 p.m. the key was delivered to our room. please improve the service. considering that most of the people who stayed there were expatriates.

An accommodating hotel in the area of Pondok Indah south of Jakarta.

Eid holidays don't go home but want to hang out with family, but lazy to get stuck in traffic, finally looking for a hotel / apartment that can accommodate families without the need to book 2-3 rooms. Finally found the Crystal Hotel and Apartment. It's not a new building but it's well maintained so it's still comfortable and clean. For me there are several aspects in choosing, price, location, facilities.
1. Crystal prices range from Rp. 600 thousand to Rp. 2 million.
Yesterday I took 3 rooms at a price of IDR 1.6 million. The area is around 110 or 120 meters, it can accommodate my family of around 20 people (including small children and babies). Yup, I really sleep and put the mattress down. Then the boys sleep in the living room using a carpet. But its okay, if you rent a villa at the top, you like it too hehehe ..

2. Air conditioning facilities in every room, TV, fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, kitchen set, cutlery. There are 2 toilets complete with tissue etc., balcon, free wifi. Outside there is a swimming pool, gym, jogging track, free parking. The service is also friendly.

3. An easily accessible location in the southern area of Jakarta. Crystals are in the binocular area. Near there is also a hero, Krispycreme just has to walk. The mall is also close to PIM, Citos, D'best Fatmawati, Blok M Plaza.

Overall really like this place. Convenient, economical and efficient.

The room is like an apartment. You can access the wifii without password! :))

Friendly staff. The swimming pool is absolutely wonderful: resort-style, and long enough to do laps. Pool is quite empty on weekday mornings, but could get crowded with weekend family guests. Playground is updated and fun for kids.

hotel service & facilities are nice. Room is very clean and staffs are helpful and friendly. However a few areas can be improved as in dining experience, technically the food quality. The breakfast, some of the foods are reheated from maybe previous day? it tasted funny especially the fried rice, which the texture is like hard plastic.

Comfortable hotel with complete facilities. There is a kitchen, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and dispenser in the room

It's great, but there is no easy access to public transport like MRT nor to shopping area.
