A very strategic hotel everywhere around Pondok Indah. Room cleanliness and design in my opinion is comfortable

The place is good for weddings with indoor or outdoor concepts.

- Pool Area: When swimming suddenly drizzle, the food on the table is all wet because the table is not
have an umbrella. Please turn on the pool lights when the clock is past 18:30 because
pool darkens in the water. When all the visitors have climbed from the pool, the lights are turned on.
- Please always stand by the pool guard to supervise the children swimming to the deeper area

Great location, very close to pondok indah. Good facilities within the hotel, only recommend 2 and 3 bedroom suites.

Kolam renang hanya bisa di pakai sabtu minggu, itu pun di jadwal hanya 1 jam (jadi bisa aja tidak dapat bagian). Tidak di info saat check in sehingga benar2 nyesel nginap disini 2 hari. Harusnya disaat weekday (yg sedikit org) kolamnya bisa digunakan tapi ternyata disini malah tidak boleh

Tapiiii, Untuk yg ke hotel hanya mau nginap saja, disini lumayan karena kamarnya rapi dan bersih (three bed rooms). Petugas kolam renang sangat baik menjelaskan soal larangan berenang krn pandemi

the kitchen is okay, complete, there is a stove, microwave, cutlery. The facilities are complete, unfortunately the swimming pool should only be until 7. So far good. Service and cleanliness okay

I love and love Kristal Hotel. Great location, close to Malls. Rooms are big, fully equipped with kitchen. Beds are like heaven. Staff in Kristal makes you feel like home. Eveyone is friendly and warm. Im glad im a member here. Gym is great too. Keep up the service

Visited this hotel for two-day course in Diamond room. Nice staffs. Great lunch menu! Complete facility. Very accessible too.

At that time I ordered the Indonesian breakfast with a choice of fried rice, fruit, orange juice, coffee. But was very surprised to see that the fried rice was only rice and beef eye eggs without the slightest mixture or additional meat / chicken. 4 star class but it felt like having breakfast at a star hotel 2.

The location is quite good ... the price is affordable ... in general it is also convenient.

Nice place. Rented for 3 rooms with friends. Price cheap, nearby some restaurants. So no need to worry gonna get hungry. The staff super nice!!!! They all keep smiling and helpful. Thanks a lot for the services!!! God bless

I stayed for 5 nights at Kristal and found it excellent. Lots to like this hotel: The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was one of the best I have slept in - simply amazing ! The cafe food is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is very well equipped. The rooms are quiet and very relaxing. There is ample parking as well. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone without reservation.

Great service staff and always helpful from frontdesk, Taxi support, restaurant staff service. Always a warm feeling when I am back.
Gym facilities are good. Clean room. But my last room was too noisy as I have 3 air-con compressors outside my window and the sound proofing is poor.

There are many room choices there are large rooms 1 room there are 2 rooms etc., it is suitable for those who want to stay for groups or office events.

Comfortable hotel in a peaceful peaceful atmosphere

Unfortunately the average bed room is single, so it's a bit uncomfortable to sleep with a friend

I stayed in hotel Kristal for one week, for the purpose of my wedding preparation, which was held in a location in Jakarta nearby.
When I search for a hotel a couple of things are important to me: facilities in the hotel room (unlimited drinking water available, hygiene, good climate control system (airconditioning)), good in dining and and the access to a gym and swimming pool.
When I go through these prior mentioned points, I can conclude the following: the hotel room had an aqua dispenser available and could be refilled at any time. although there was an air conditioner it took relatively long (entire evening) to cool the room. The hygiene was satisfactory, but the kitchenware was not clean. Good breakfast available with a lot of choices, but not exceptional. The dinner was not as good as expected; missed flavour and feeling of freshness. Best gym in in a hotel I've ever come across: large and almost all equipments are available.

Jakarta visited for the first time at work. The point near the office is the best point when considering heavy traffic. It was good to be this hotel that can also taste a reasonable resort feeling. We felt the oldness of room, but area was enough, and kept clean, and above all we were satisfied with friendly correspondence of the staff. Because it was a room with a kitchen, I would like to spend a little longer in my next stay, and I would recommend spending a day at the swimming pool.

Definitely recommended, great food friendly staff, rooms very clean, downstairs there is a bakery with delicious pastries, coffee latte in the morning, nice enjoy it, definitely come again.

Hotel & Apartment strategic location, quite convenient, complete facilities suitable for kids

best hotel with best price, unfornunately we got no smoking unit that means no smoking floor too

I had a meeting at the lobby of Tower 1. The hotel seems busy, many families were staying with the kids.

One thing, I notice that the staff greet, talk, just chit chat with the guests like they have known each other for a long time. Such warmth and homey feeling I sense staying in the lobby Tower 1 for a good 4 hours.

The front people were also very friendly and polite.

I do not know the design of the room etc...but I would love to stay if any occasion arrises.
