I was for work and not as a guest. What I could appreciate, everything very nice and of excellent quality. Excellent attention.

A dream place, in the middle of downtown Buenos Aires. Classic, elegant and refined. The stay is always a pleasure.

Excellent attention. Ideal for tourists who want to visit the microcenter and typical neighborhoods of Buenos Aires- Autonomous City.

They put the broken sheets on us. One of the 6 days I was staying did not make the bed, they just stretched the comforter leaving the crumpled sheet underneath. The door knobs in the morning were distracted almost all the time. On two occasions they closed the door in my face and I had to open the door myself while they talked. Very dissatisfied with the service to be a hotel of that level.

Very good level of attention, very careful environment and impeccable attention of the staff, the spaces are enjoyed, good food.

Excellent hotel.
From the reception to all the staff is very kind and friendly.
The gastronomy is excellent from breakfasts to any dish that can be ordered from the menu.
The rooms are very good, comfortable and spacious with all the necessary services for a perfect stay.
The pool is 1 level and the Spa services are excellent and complete.
Apart from the hotel services, on Thursdays they have a very good After Office to go for a drink and listen to music.
Highly recommended and the best of Buenos Aires.

This place was super fancy in the 90s and have been touched much since. It's comfortable and the staff is very personable. The bar is open late with snacks too which is nice option

The Intercontinental Hotel in Buenos Aires is simply and fair one of the best hotels in the world !!!!.
Not only because of its location, the quality of the food or the luxury of the rooms, but because of their people.
In early November 2016 I was visiting Buenos Aires by myself and staying at the Intercontinental. Unfortunately while walking in the city (few blocks away from the hotel) I slip, fall and broke my left knee.
Being alone in a foreign country and knowing nobody, I just called the hotel and asked for help. The personnel from the Intercontinental (at all levels) was outstanding, helping me with an ambulance from the hotel to the hospital and then, assisting me during two more days in my room until I made the arrangements to go back to the states for surgery.
Thanks to their staff who are willing to go above and beyond for the wellness of their guests.

Great location, great amenities, courteous staff. Awesome spa with lap pool. However rooms are not very clean and beds are awful, sagging to floor hard to get a good nights sleep. If at the end of the day no matter how great the hotel is you can t get a good nights sleep it s time to stay somewhere else. Hopefully they upgrade/ change their beds and freshen up thier rooms.

Luxury hotel? I do not know how tourists do to rest. Festivities, events, weddings, football teams with back-to-back fans shouting 24 hours with hype and cornet ... Hotel or event center? !! Impossible to rest.

We went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. Variety on the menu, I recommend the gnocchi stuffed with cheese and for dessert the chocolate volcano that was exquisite. The atmosphere is very calm and the attention is impeccable.

As good as can be expected of any Intercontinental. 5 star service. Of course, prices match the service. Usually reserved for foreigners and corporate visitors.
