A fantastic stay! The dream was perfect, the cordiality and attention at all times, very varied food and could not ask for anything more. The lobby is very beautiful and spacious, both for meeting talks, to sit down to relax or even to work.

I thought it was cool. Nice and hospitable hotel and staff. I recommend it, without any doubts.

Excellent dinner on December 24 but everything is ruined if you go to the bathroom and it is disgusting. I know it's the dirty people but still they must have the bathrooms in hygienic conditions

Lovely old-school service of 5-star hotels. Warmly welcoming and remembering the returning guests. They like paying attention to details, like fresh flowers in bathrooms. Great IHG Ambassador recognition. Through the years I have stayed in all room categories and while Presidential Suite is really wonderful, both in style and the facilities (including grand piano), then all other room are very pleasant as well. Good offerings and pleasant service in Club Intercontinental lounge and great breakfast downstairs in the main restaurant. Location is suitable as well, many things within the walking distance.

We had a pleasant stay at InterContinental Buenos Aries before our cruise trip. The concierges and bellmen were very helpful and considerate. We would like to stay at InterContinental Buenos Aries if we plan to revisit BA.

A beautiful hotel, but lacking service.
Rude staff, and smelly bathroom.
Room does not have much lighting.
And on the day you have to go, they didn't clean my room.
The cleaning time is 10:00 am and leaves at 3:00 pm without having cleaned my room.

We went one night with my wife. The hotel is very nice. It is close to courts that the area is not the best but for tourists it serves. The pool area is a little depressing and the pool is not very hot and the environment around less so in winter it is not very nice. The sunbathing area leaves a lot to be desired. The room VERY good and the breakfast of the best that I saw. I had parking included what I see as a great plus. The good thing about the location is that it has nearby tourist places for people who are not from Buenos Aires.

Rather a disappointing, sad and impersonal experience. Superficially 5* but with lots of niggles: Unhelpful reception (although other staff - bar, business - very good), bath tap took two hands to turn and toilet whistled, breakfast cold and tasteless. Overall, seems to be coasting on the patronage of the many airline crews who stay here. Can't deny the great water pressure in the shower though. I think some people below are reviewing the wrong place
