One of the front desk staff was a little rude and nonchalant so puts a bit of a dampener on our stay. Rooms were quite good although our shower leaked which in turn flooded the bathroom....after every shower.

Beautiful hotel. Spent 4 days there. Pablo, the consierg treated us great. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a large selection. Easy walking distance (5 blocks?) to the main square.

This is a great hotel with a very cordial staff. The St. Elmo location is great and the facility is good. The Concierge is especially fun. The folks here are a bit cautious so have a sense of adventure.

I have stayed many times in this hotel, and more super service is hard to get.
The check-in always super smooth. The hotel has so much life and things to see and it's not possible to do in a single day.
Only minus is the difference in new roomservice cleaner who don't give the same service all times.
The hotel is on my top list.
