Bad Service and behave at desk when checked in and...

Bad Service and behave at desk when checked in and after I entered in the room I found there were no bottle of waters. I claimed them the missing, but they haven t done anything to fix and replenish but rather I had to pay.

Bad staff, dishonest management, charged my credit card 100 euros inspite of my having paid full amount earlier. Said they will refund to my credit card but not done till now after nearly 20 days.

Very decent hotel, room a little dated but which are gradually brought up to date. The Breakfast buffet is quite comprehensive for 25 per person (all the same). The proximity of the hotel near the bus / train station and the airport makes it an excellent asset. However, this top-of-the-range hotel is quite expensive. For slightly more modest budgets, the Citizen Hotel opposite offers excellent services.

Nice hotel. Large and comfortable rooms. 10 to 15mins from terminals 1 and 2 via the shuttle (CDGVAL). Friendly staff. There are lots of similar hotels in walking distance which I think helps keep the standards up due to competition! Great for us staying :) restaurant is ok, although limited choice for vegan and vegetarian (did someone say Risotto?!)

Very good location - 5 minutes walk from Roissypol...

Very good location - 5 minutes walk from Roissypole Gare - from there you can quickly reach all the terminals as well as the train station Gare du Nord. Was already several times in this hotel as a guest - the front desk and the lounge staff were always very friendly and professional. As HH Diamond got upgraded to a refurbished deluxe room - the room was on the 8th floor and had a great view. Room as well as the bathroom were very clean and well maintained. Very fast wifi; quiet and well adjustable air conditioning; The lounge is located in the lobby opposite the reception - In the evening for happy hour very good offer of food and drinks - in the lounge there are also several computers and a printer to print the boarding passes - but the keyboards would urgently need to be cleaned because they were already very dirty and sticky. Good, but not very good breakfast buffet - unfortunately there is no omelette station. The rolls and the coffee are excellent!

It is very unfortunate that staying with a well known brand as a loyal diamond customer gets you nowhere with this place. Customer service is nonexistent and staff fully acknowledge they don't care about your experience. I recommend staying ANYWHERE but here.

For the price of the room this hotel is of a medio...

For the price of the room this hotel is of a mediocre level!
Room with decoration close to nervous breakdown.
Lobby of abysmal sadness.
Restaurant barely at the level of a flunch at Auchan!
Even the TV is so dark that it is hard to watch and impossible to adjust!
And while we report to reception that a towel is missing, this one after 30 minutes has not always sent someone to bring one!
In short given the choice of hotels per square meter here, avoid the Hilton!

I've stayed in this hotel many times since 1998. They make an effort to keep it updated. Very convenient to all terminals at CDG with the CDGVAL tram 100 meters behind the hotel. Also, the bus and train station are located behind the hotel. About a 30 minute train ride to the center of Paris on the RER. Friendly bar staff and good food, but rather expensive.

Had a 12 hour layover at CDG and I needed a shower and a place to sleep and yes I could have gone to a plethora of airpot lounges but i needed a space to myself and this hotel delivered. Beyond the language block of not knowing French everything went great. Was not given my diamond member upgrade as usual, but I really did not mind. For an airport hotel, which generally have lower than average expectations this hotel fulfilled. But by all means do not stay here for any tourism activities.

It's just an aberration !!!! Dirty hallway .... paper ... cotton stalk ... plate and covered in front of the doors !!!! Regarding the meal also a great moment !!!! 2 hours of waiting to get to the main course .... and more not the dish ordered !!!!

Bad service in the concierge. We stayed one night in charge of Air France due to a long delay of our flight. Our voucher was online because it had been sent to us from Buenos Aires. The employee said that they did not have any reservations and sent us to look for her in our computer, leaving the counter to assist other passengers. Internet lobby was very bad so the process took. When we showed him the voucher he immediately found the reservation saying that they had done it in a different way.
In other words, due to his lack of skill, he delayed our attention for a long time. He also had bad character.
The aged room.
Breakfast good although the cake was raw.

Comfort of the room and easy access to the terminal up to our expectations, it is very good value for money compared to the other hotels next door whose rooms are real hutches. Only downside, the restaurant staff are rude and do not seem to know the basic principles of service. No hello or goodbye, no good evening ... no sign of politeness and not even a look to hand us the payment receipt. Pity

Worst experience at a Hilton. I had not slept in about 30 hours due to travel, when i whent to check in i was told to check in at 8 am to 830. This was at 5 am the lady was pretty rude. Chwcked back again at the time i was instructed to then was told 2 pm, i asked to see if i was getting points for this atleast she said my number was not in the reservation. I asked her if she could add it, she told me it would make no difference. I told her i didnt care i atleast wanted my points. Then she said she couod not aince i was not checked in. This was all suppossed to be taken care of in advance yet nothing was done. I was told to pay for the breakfast because it was not covered. Yet after i paid and ate was told i had access to the business lounge wich included breakfast. I heard the ladies at the counter talking trash to me and the gentleman i was traveling with, thinking i wouldnt catch on. I will no longer stay at a Hilton again or France for that matter. Other than the airport out of necessity i will never spend a dime in that vountry or a Hilton. I am tempted to cancel a reservation in California because of this and hoe I have been treated recently. I will use Sherraton or Holiday Inn or any place i can find from now on. I will also be talking to whoever booked this trip for sending me to this sad excuse of a hotel.

This place is magic. The outside is nice and clean. The space is vast and intimate at the same time. Everything is functional and the staff can not do enough. Even the huge toilets are beautiful. On the kitchen side it is delicious I enjoyed cooking vegetables just cooked as they are the best.

Excellent customer service, staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would give a 5 star but our shower had used bottles from the last people. So they either fell in during cleaning or (more likely) the shower was never cleaned. The rest of the room and bathroom was spotless and well maintained. Food was good, we didn't use the leisure facilities such as the pool or workout room so cant comment on those.

The hotel is definitely not at the level of other Hilton hotels I have stayed before. The room was really old and run down with an unpleasant smell. If it wasn't for the convenience of being right at the airport I would have probably rated even less. Suitable for a single night waiting to catch your plane...

The room was great size and the bathroom had both shower and bath and was huge. They left extra shampoo and towels which saved me the hassle to bug the reception. The best of all, is only 5 minutes walk to terminal 3

I spent there a weekend. Upon arrival I was charged a deposit of more than 740, which took weeks to return.

The room temperature was extremely low, and even if the thermostat went up to the maximum, only cold air came out.

To be a Hilton it didn't seem like much.

Great location with free shuttle to/from CDG. Nice new rooms. Metro subway station 5 minute walk and trains into the heart of Paris. The only negative is the restaurant is too expensive but good food.

My stay at the Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport was pleasant. The location was ok, one train to Paris but sometimes the direct route was closed. The room was a good size and the service was good. Everyone was nice and helpful. One of the elevators was making noise so that could be improved.

Poor customer service..... we just arrived from Croatia where customer service was efficient, respectful and super nice.... at Hilton Paris ...it s like going back to Stone Age... you try to reach room service, or fron5 desk no answer. I had to go all the way to the restaurant after a long exhausting day to order room service... had to stand for 30 min for the waiter to take my order.. so ridiculous....there are only handful of diners in the restaurant and with 4/5 waiters around, God know what they are doing to provide slow service...
In general, I didn t like Paris. They have terrible work ethics, Poor customer service....the last thing any tourist wants is waste time waiting on basic services... not sure if I will visit again..

We were in the hotel via the UA company following the cancellation of a flight.

Hilton or UA have played overbooking ... As a guest and more than 10 hours of trouble, Hilton tells us that our rooms booked by AU do not exist ...

I can understand that the fault comes from AU and not the Hilton.
On the other hand, to be treated as the last of the poor who do tasks in the middle of the hotel ... Ask us to put aside so as not to interfere and ignore us ....

Unfriendly rude staff. Checkin megaslow. New rooms are okay. Service not Up to Hilton Standards. Breakfast very limited. We will not come Back! Dont expect anything special as a Honors Member.
