Excellent location with a spectacular sea view but unfortunately the service is poor especially for rooms and you pay for the ice to consume in room. They do not quickly address faults or suggestions from the guest. Remote TV control does not exist, extremely expensive breakfast without a varied menu, many deficiencies such as light in rooms I have a day requesting and nothing to place light bulbs, as suggestions should provide an efficient service in all areas and attract tourists to the island. The popularity of a hotel has a lot of weight and value anywhere in the world

The conditions and facilities of the hotel in general are good and very pleasant.
Security and parking is great.
The reception is very good.
The bell service lacks a bit of attention.
The rooms are neat and in good working order. Although I'm sure they could improve with a little effort and more supervision!
The breakfast buffet is very good and varied, the attention of the staff is very cordial and they are attentive.
The restaurant menu should be improved as it appears to be short and limited, however there are many options available when you ask in depth for something else ...
The room service is deficient, perhaps due to a lack of coordination as the staff is noticed from one side to the other but when you approach them by chance to make a request they indicate that you should request the service by phone (IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE). But the reality is that both the hotel phone numbers and the internal extensions do not answer them as they should.
However, I would definitely stay here again!

It is a very nice hotel, quite clean, with an excellent view of the beach, organized and luxurious, although somewhat neglected. I went two years ago for work and I stayed at that hotel and as a negative point I have to highlight a couple of things: 1.- the air conditioning of the rooms, although they have their temperature control, it does not do anything. 2.- There was a lot of smell of humidity and even humidity in the room. 3.- the W.C. from my room and the W.C from the rooms of the coworkers had water cans.

Excellent. Excellent atention. The facilities in perfect condition. All in one place. The location is very good. Everything is close.

The hallways smell bad. But the room and breakfast were fine.

Very poor customer services, no hot water, air conditioned barely work ans tidiness in general is really bad. Not coming back.

Appalling!! Worse than a roadside motel. We were not allowed to see the room before paying even though we were warned of a "faint musty smell". I have a one and a half year old baby. The musty smell in the room was suffocating. When putting together the beds since we were given 2 singles instead of a double, the dirt under the beds was something really indescribable. It took more than two hours to come to clean and 3 hours for the remote control of the TV. The air in our room did not work, in the shower the hot water never came out. The towels in a sorry state. They do not have towel service in the pool. One soap bar for the entire bath without shampoo or conditioner. I checked in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and checked out at 8 o'clock at night without knowing where to go .. It would have been preferable to sleep in the car. Avoid it at all costs. The only thing they will receive is a shy I am very sorry on behalf of the receptionist.
