Very nice the hotel very good trained personal attention, there are details that improve in the structure but it is excellent, I recommend it and the food very good

5 star hotel used to be the Hilton chain. Excellent facilities

The facilities are excellent, the treatment is very cordial and is to some extent accessible. The beach is not so good. The pool is splendid. The view from the suites is spectacular. The food is expensive. It has CC The sail in front and it is in a good location.

The attention of the staff is very good and they have worked hard to maintain high standards of quality in that sense, that being said the rooms must be renovated.

Hotel in good condition. Somewhat slow service and the wifi does not reach the rooms ...

The maintenance and service of residential area with the Hilton chain was much better. I stayed 6 days and there was no air conditioning in the suite. Abandoned contingency power plant. Very poor room service.

We were at the beginning of the month (November 2017) and I congratulate the whole Hotel for the wonderful attention, the impeccable facilities, the gardens and the beautiful pools ...... Congratulations !!!!!!!!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Keep up, we all need it.

The great room very good. Excellent bathrooms the very organized lobby. The pool is currently very neglected, hoping to improve because they have put the hotel very clean and in order.

No star. If you decide to choose this hotel during your stay in Margarita, then get ready for the worst experience. The deterioration is evident, the rooms lack lighting, cleaning, AA and hot water. Nobody gives you an answer for anything. You talk to the managers at reception and offer to solve everything quickly but the days go by and nothing happens. Today I have 3 days there and they have not made the room for a single day. The bathroom shower has no door and the sink is leaking so the bathroom is flooded everywhere and the smell of moisture is everywhere. The sheets are deteriorated and I recommend bringing your own towels and sheets. In short, a whole experience of a survivor in this Venetur hotel that is nothing more than an ode to inefficiency at its highest level.
The only positive aspect during my visit was the pool and recreation areas, at least that's what they keep.

Smells many doors do not use the automatic lock. The pool smells of urine and prices through the clouds

The rooms need better cleaning, a lot of humidity in them, the ice machines don't work and they charge you for the ice you need. The lobby and pool areas are very nice but the pool needs more maintenance. They should vary the breakfast a bit.
