Regular service. Aires do not work. Limited water. Breakfast acceptable. Good attention

The attention is impeccable. It lacks some maintenance to the rooms, facade of the buildings. Pool very clean but broken in some parts. They serve 2 slides of 3. The elevators are damaged every time. It is no longer a 5 star. I had to climb several floors 3 times while repairing the only one that worked for 10 days. Good food the drinks not very good. The animation with much desire that people have a good time but lack more animators.

The suite rooms, require maintenance; but little. The other facilities are impeccable. 100% RECOMMENDED

I am from Venezuela and I am blessed to travel around the world. The hotel a little neglected carpets, but otherwise very good excellent food would stay in this place, believe me I do not communicate with the government, but being objective there is a relationship quality with the price of the room, has security is close of everything.
