Appalling!! Worse than a roadside motel. We were not allowed to see the room before paying even though we were warned of a "faint musty smell". I have a one and a half year old baby. The musty smell in the room was suffocating. When putting together the beds since we were given 2 singles instead of a double, the dirt under the beds was something really indescribable. It took more than two hours to come to clean and 3 hours for the remote control of the TV. The air in our room did not work, in the shower the hot water never came out. The towels in a sorry state. They do not have towel service in the pool. One soap bar for the entire bath without shampoo or conditioner. I checked in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and checked out at 8 o'clock at night without knowing where to go .. It would have been preferable to sleep in the car. Avoid it at all costs.
