This is my second visit and the service and facilities continue to delight me. Delicious food and drinks. The Chiapaneco Octavio service in the charro restaurant and the hacienda is a very attentive, helpful, respectful and with an excellent vibe, this type of staff must take care of much. My husband and I just returned from our Anniversary trip with this resort. They take very good care of their guests and it is very apparent that the staff love what they do. The rooms are decent sized and have a cozy feeling. Food and drinks were good. The only negative was the seaweed, which is out of their control. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we will certainly return!

I love how fun was the foam party and the animators were great. I love Naomi and the aqua gym she does is the best. All the waiters are very friendly and the service is great the dolce vita Italian restaurant it s delicious and so romantic, I loved the whole resort, I will come back for sure

Had a very good time at the resort. All inclusive stay. Thru out the day there are a few activites. Staffs are super friendly but if I had one complaint it would be the fact that the night life isn't much to do like no nightclub or casino . after 10 pm your pretty much stuck at the lobby just drinking.

The hotel was welcoming us very friendly and with a positiv surprise of an free upgrade. Normally we would have received a free welcome drink right at the entrance but as it was already late (1 am in the morning) due to our late flight, we didnt received it. However as it is an all inclusive hotel we just got a drink at the bar independent from the late time. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and very clean as well as the whole resort. Kids are not allowed as it is adults only so we had some very relaxing time. There are several restaurants to choose from and even if you are vegan you will find some options (although being vegan in Mexico is anyway a big challange). Every Wednesday a foam party in the pool takes place which I can highly recommend. All in all a very nice place and we will gladly come back.

For what we paid, this resort was up to par. There was nothing majorly wrong, the rooms were comfortable and the best part was the housekeeping was OUTSTANDING!
I've been to a few mexican resorts and overall I would say this is a very average resort.
One thing that drove me a little crazy was going into the gift shop to buy sun screen then to buy a hat. On both occasions the ladies working were following me around, trying to sell me on everything! "If you spend $100 you get a free gift" "if you buy two sunscreens get a free selfie stick" ... all I wanted to do was go in, pick out what I wanted and leave. It was a similar experience you have when going into shops in town selling souviners with the high pressure and constant yapping in your ear. The sunscreen was also $23 so make sure you don't forget yours!!!!
The food was mediocre. Again, for what we paid we were pleased enough but as compared to other resorts the food was just ok. I noticed when I got the meat they were serving, it was fatty and not too much to eat from. The international buffet says it has themes for dinner and we got excited when we saw it was Mediterranean and we're disappointed it was kind of the same thing they have been having the whole time.
The Italian restaurant was delicious. It was our favorite. we didn't try the Japanese one because there was a long line and we didn't try he Mexican one because we had plenty of Mexican, and the international buffet features Mexican dishes as well.
I was disappionted that we didn't have a bath tub. Our room just had a long shower and you had to stand in it to turn the water on and I hate being sprayed with cold water so that was not appealing to me. The water also takes a good 5 minutes to warm up, but after that we didn't have any issues with the water getting cold which was nice!
It was nice to not have kids around! It was a relaxing atmosphere and quite, exactly what I needed!
Very nice personal, food is good especially breakfast. Facility is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good drinks at the pool bar. Loved it!

Breakfast ok but the buffett of food and dinner very basic. There was a cook who was supposed to make the meat at the time but unfortunately he had it done before and it was like the sole of a shoe. In addition, the food that was supposed to be hot and fresh was cold and made many hours early. In fact trays that they put to eat on the beach we saw that it put date of the previous day. It's these details so we would not give you more than three stars.

We arrived at the resort with 7 friends but the welcome was excellent, very friendly.
Super nice place but what disappointed us was the "beach" is a piece of beach and very dirty we did not go near it as there was not a decent one in this resort.
Okay we decided to ignore that, after that what bothered us a lot are the prices and the people trying to sell you all the time for the tours and activities they offer in the resort and outside the resort, the extremely expensive taxis 25 $ to go to a place of 10 minutes (we decided to go outside the hotel to take a taxi that cost us $ 5) and the most uncomfortable thing was that we asked to be taken in a golf cart or the carts offered by the resorts to take us in front of the resort and that to get out of there it was like 20 minutes walking and they told us that that does not include that we had to pay $ 3 to order a taxi to take us to the entrance of the resort we were left with our mouths open in all the resorts that we have never been This happens is ridiculous and they were $ 3 each taxi because as there were a lot of us we had to take two taxis just to take us to the exit of the resort.
Outside the resort Mexico is amazing!
I definitely recommend this resort for seniors as we were all 22 years old and wanted a more fun spring break with more parties.
Okay that is my point of view and my opinion and all my friends thought the same.
They don't have discos that was a big disappointment for us once again.
Now the spirits should bear in mind that if they are not privileged they do not give you some types of alcohol liqueurs, which I understand well. In short, we bought our own tequila outside the resort, which made a big difference when drinking the resort's tequila and taking the one that we brought. Well anyway the service was incredibly excellent from the servers and bartenders. The nice and comfortable rooms, the beautiful and big pools.
I would not return to this resort but that is already from my point of view and from my friends.

I will say i was supprised that i really did enjoy the property. It was very clean and i was actually impressed by the food. I only had 2 things that bothered me being the cleanliness of the bathrooms by the pool and the fact that they want you to put your toilet paper waste in the garbage can instead of the toilet. Also there are 3 different beaches. The main one is on a boardwalk that is the one that has palapas - the one by the activities pool has chairs but no real shade then there is the vip section. I'm not a big boardwalk fan but that might not bother others
Incredible place to be with friends, the seller of the excellent Margarita water activities performed, the impeccable facilities, the very well-kept green areas, the only bad thing is that they make puddles and do not drain them and it is uncomfortable, on the other hand l fun in the Pool of the best, Ines my favorite, and sexy Beyonce, Selza.
My stay was just okay but because of the below I could not give three stars.... I loved the service and obvious desire to make sure the guests are happy but to have someone use 2 1/2 hours of my honeymoon trying to aggressively sell me their version of a time share was beyond annoying and insulting after we spent money to spend 4 night/5 days on the resort. To add to my frustration we had to deal with bedbugs and the overwhelming amount of mosquitoes biting us non-stop in the room was just unreal....we found out another couple had a similar bedbug scare and yet another couple had issues with mosquitoes....the wild life took some adjusting but that was less of a concern. The beds were not comfortable and the design of the bathroom shower seems odd but the rooms were a decent size and again the service was over the top. The crowd was ok and may have been a bit older than I would prefer but they were all so very nice. The entertainment was a bit dull and could use some attention.
Nice resort with very friendly and helpful staff. It's a smaller resort that is adults only, but the size is nice and makes it easy to get around to the beach, pools, and restaurants. The food is good and the drinks are better!

An amazing experience! The entertainment and performances were spectacular and we enjoyed every single one. Ines is the best, as well as Naomi and Rodrigo, from the entertainment team and they led the show and organized everything beautifully! The resort is well done and the crew works hard. I recommend this resort and would definitely come back!

The attention of the workers was unbeatable, the food as much of the buffet as of the rest of thematic restaurants and the clean and cozy rooms, according to the 5 * that it has. The subject of sargassum is very difficult to control, they do everything possible. It was unforgettable. Thanks to all for making us spend a unique and unrepeatable week.
A very good place to relax and visit the Mayan Riviera.
The rooms are very nice and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is friendly, but not very accommodating. We informed them of the broken ATM machine and explained we had no cash to pay a taxi to leave the response we got was yes that is a problem, we called to have it fixed yesterday. Little things like that where they could be more attentive. Also some of the restaurants have prices listed for some foods which is confusing for an all inclusive resort. The prices in the gift shop are very high. They did also tell us they set up a presentation for us to get our voucher for our ride back to the airport. This is frustrating because we paid for that and i shouldn't have to do a timeshare presentation to get it.

Don't let the price fool ya because this place was a GREAT time from the staff to service. We went there as a family and had a wonderful time and even better that it's adults only!! Shout out to the pool staff for making it a party we won't forget!

We stayed here for 5 days and this hotel was a great home away from home. The hotel was beautiful and well kept. The restaurants on site were really nicely decorated as well.
The food in the restaurants were really, really good. Especially the Mexican restaurant. The food at the buffet had a good array of choices and was good as well. I would highly recommend the restaurants in your stay.
The staff was super generous and polite. They were always there with whatever request you may have and they all did so with a big smile on their face. I have nothing bad to say about the staff.
The beaches are something to consider. The first 2 days we were there the beach had a red flag up indicating you couldn t go into the water. The reason? Algae. There is an overwhelming amount of algae on the beach and there is a constant 7-10 people working on clearing it up. They have wheelbarrows and trucks ready to remove the algae at all times. On our third day, the beaches were okay to swim in. There was still a lot of algae but you were able to swim the water. The water itself isn t clear but still really nice. That being said, the beach is out of the resorts control. They have people attending to the algae constantly. The two pools on the resort are really nice and greatly upkept. I would recommend going there when the beach doesn t have the ok to swim in.
Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Small hotel with 300 rooms. Adults only. We spent the day just to visit. Beautiful little beach. 2 swimming pools including a quiet. Only downside, will renovate soon.

This resort is very nice. There is only limited beach area, which could be covered in seaweed, but that is out of the control of the resort. The rest of the grounds are very nice. There is a variety of wildlife to see.
The staff are all very nice and helpful. Never encountered a person not in a good mood!
The food was good, several tasty options! The buffet was good and had a lot of variety. Our favorite restaurant was the Blue Moon. Food was excellent there.
The only downside we encountered was that there are not enough loungers. Most are taken by 8 in the morning. If you don't get up early you may not get a spot near the pools or ocean.
Wonderful hotel, lots of animation, there is always something to do. Do not be afraid to go to the city by public transport;)

-- Boutique feel, resort is not massive and yet has everything you could possibly need.
-- Great buffet food and excellent drinks (not watered down). The Italian restaurant by the beach was excellent.
-- AMAZING staff in bars/restaurants and especially the entertainment. Selza was so much fun and we enjoyed the variety of shows every night and fun activities by the pool during the day. Make sure to take the free tour to the lagoon- it's a nice walk.
-- Margarita at the excursion desk was very pleasant and helpful
-- Rooms were good quality, clean, attentive housekeeping, mini fridge, AC, and good showers
Negatives:
-- Not enough spaces by the pool/beach (guests snatch them up early every morning) and in the restaurants as well (sometimes a bit of a wait to get a table)
-- Blue Moon restaurant food wasn't amazing - a bit overhyped.
-- Too many sales people pushing "privileged" packages that honestly don't make a difference
Some people are saying there is seaweed on the beach but that just depends on the day. The staff worked tirelessly to rake it on the one day when there was seaweed and it wasn't too bad.
Excellent service and perfect facilities, what I liked most about my stay was the attention of Scarlett, excellent people, their treatment was magnificent, it made me feel at home, no doubt your attention will make you come back and makes the hotel an excellent choice .

We can only smile remembering, the hotel is beautiful, it is another world .. relax, nature, kindness .. they make you feel so good .. everything is clean, the room is huge, the bathroom always clean, clean towels.
From our travel agency they did not inform us that it was a honeymoon, we said it right when we arrived and when we went up to release the suitcases they had already fixed the room. They are incredible

I'm American and we booked this resort from a Canadian travel agency. We won an all inclusive from a bridal show. First off, don't book with an agency. We arrived at the resort before check in, so we went and ate. There's a good food selection, a good variety of choices. My wife and I are vegan so when we got there we didn't know what to eat. We ate fine but weren't sure about the ingredients, Communication with the restaurant staff wasn't easy. Their English is limited. After the first day we talked to guest services and the head chef. He was accommodating and understanding. we had a honeymooners special dinner, Best dinner of my life! The resort gave us a form, that started we eat 100% Vegano, to use wherever we went to eat, useful. It rained the whole week that we were there so I can't speak on the outdoor activities that they have. Unless you want to spend big bucks, Indoor activities are limited to board games with missing pieces and watered down alcoholic drinks. The staff is friendly, English is limited. The rooms are nice and the scenery is beautiful. The local animals are cute and unafraid of people. We did an excursion to a cenote which was awesome, but BOOK IT WITH THE RESORT, we didn't. it might be more expensive but you're paying for your safety and sanity. It was an Overall good experience for a first time in Mexico.
Excellent service, I was with 9 of my employees in a mini vacation and everything was perfect since the reception feels the love and attention to the maximum for its guests especially carolina in reception, Miguel in the sport bar, and in the jiovanety floor always attentive and with a super smile without anything of always kind interest, our flight left at 5:00 am but before leaving we were treated super with a delicious breakfast. I recommend it 100% for a pleasant vacation

Food was very good. Rooms nice and clean. Everyone was nice and you feel that you're welcomed, waitress, bartender. Pretty annoying the guys that trying to sell you membership packages, DON'T be close to them. They want your money. Beach was the worst thing. They don't mention when you book your vocation, but there is no beach(you can't used it), dirty, all you can see.
Beautiful resort!! Rooms, staff, and grounds are wonderful. This was our first trip to Mexico (March 2015) Cons-1-When we arrived, we were told they were over booked and we would have to be placed at a sister resort (Princess Yucatan, which had just recently opened)) for the first 3 days of our trip. We obviously didn't think we had a choice. By doing this, we felt it was extremely inconvenient since we wasted over half of a day of our vacation, being transported from one resort to the other and back again. Not to mention packing and unpacking. Cons-2- beach was very tiny and the seaweed was terrible (not resorts fault) Unless you had privileged package (we did receive this at no extra charge, due to over booking incident) Pros-1- Beautiful grounds, great pool, friendly staff and rooms with balconies are fantastic. My husband enjoyed the food, while I wasn't a big fan of it. I do consider myself to be somewhat of a picky eater. Breakfast was probably the best meal of the day. Having said all of the above, I would definitely consider going back, because we did enjoy ourselves. But I would not accept going to another resort due to the over booking. I only gave it 3 stars because of the food and inconvenience.
Very very nice resort. Everything was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately many Americans behave like the boys.
Resort was beautiful, clean well taken care of. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. David at the front desk was a joy to do business with. Food at the buffet was ok, other restaurants were really good just small portions.
Looks like a great option if you are traveling without kids, because the kids are not very enthusiastic about it
