We couldn't have done our 8+ hospital stay without their help with a place to stay that truly felt like a home away from home.
Visited here once briefly. Clean and elegant buildings.
I can't say enough good about this RMH and it's mission. It opens its doors to any family that has a child in Cinncinnati's Children's Hospital, and makes the very best of whatever the family experience otherwise might be. Make reservations as far in advance as possible. No fees are set. Give what you can, if you can. Eat, play, read, sleep. It's a total care, wonderful home away from home.
This place is amazing! The staff are all eager to help and they make you feel like family! The fact they can house and feed families in the toughest of times while their children are being treated is amazing beyond words! I can t say enough good things about this place.
We ve been here since May and we love it! The staff is very friendly as well as the volunteers, good food, quiet rooms and nice amenities. We can t thank you enough RMH for letting us stay during a crucial time period for our son!
We could not have been down our journey with out them, it is our home away from home, we are so blessed to have them. This is one of the best organization around for helping family with children in the hospital
Courteous staff, calming atmosphere, hands of Christ
Amazing place we go her allot with our son and it's such a great place for the kids rather then having to stay in a hotel or the hospital .
Great place to stay while your child is hospitalized only takes donations. If you can't afford anything that's fine too. Thanks to all the wonderful volunteers and staff for everything you did for my wife and I.
It's the best place to go if your staying at children's
The greatest place in the world what they do and provide for the parents of sick children who are at Cinn. Childrens is awesome!
For 191 nights, this place truly became home while our son was in the hospital. The staff and all the volunteers went out of their way to help us deal with a horrible situation. They gave comfort and support to my husband and I, and they provided our older children with the opportunities to have fun and be kids! I honestly don't know how we would have made it through without them!
Spent some time here this past summer with my grandchildren while their brother was hospitalized, what a wonderful, caring place. Can't say enough good about this RMH. Will continue to offer and recommend charitable donations to this organization.
A remarkable place with some truly special children / families
The best place they take time to care about the people who stay there awesome staff I ve danced there before brings the kids the most happiest smiles you could ever see
Ok fries are great but the get orders mixed up and forget things from your orders and make you wait longer then you should
They are a blessing during hard times. Room and board when nothing else is certain is a life saver. God bless the donors and volunteers that make this place possible!
The great staff and wonderful people that volunteer here were Awsome. And the concerns and care for the children's and family was very heart warming thank you to all at the Ronald McDonald House of Cincinnati.
My son Johnell used to enjoy been here.
Much love from the Rivera Family.
I have friends with a baby in NICU and I visited them. They gave me a tour of the expanding while in use RMH at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Wow I was impressed. What a service to families who have enough on their hands caring for a kid to be able to reside there. My friends have had nothing but praise for the place
3 stars for the organization but have experienced one staff member who complained frequently about a family (low income) who was staying while their daughter was being treated for a rare incurable bone marrow disease called DKC. The family also has a son age 3 with autism. So as you can imagine the family along with others have much to deal with. Everything was great with them and they developed friendships with other families during their stay (4-6 months of treatment). However one staff member continuously has issues with the little boy..going as far as lieing about him being uncontrollably wild and unattended/supervised. The family finally had called a meeting with head organizers and their case worker. The complaints stopped shortly after. A month later this same staff member filed a complaint with CPS and organization leaders claiming their daughter placed a plastic bag over her head while sitting in a stroller and sat with the bag over her head for 2 minutes! Now the daughter was just discharged from CCH After a couple months of treatment, bone marrow therapy, PT, OT and a port insert. This child can barely lift her arms due to the discomfort of the port, she also has classic Autism motor skills ( she bounces, thrashes and constantly rubs her hands together) she thrashes and bounces so much that she hurt herself on the rails of the hospital crib to which they had to insert padding! During the times of the complaint the family had visitors (grandfather and uncle) visiting from out of state to which they were present at every moment and state they never witnessed anything the staff member claimed. The family was devastated at the constant complaints! The hospital Drs, nurses, administration, therapists and social worker all evaluated the children and complaints and all agreed that the staff member who filed the complaints clearly had some sort of grudge against the family..maybe because they are mixed race, or young or maybe because they are low income or maybe they do not understand children with autism?? Thank God for the hospital staff and those who deal with the family moved them into a hotel that is more comfortable and less stress and the son doesn't cry anymore about returning to the RMH because of how this staff member treated them. At this point there will be a complaint filed against the Staff member with written support of family, friends. hospital staff and witnesses. We hope this member will be removed and NEVER given the opportunity to treat another family the way they treated this Family!
Love love love them... they did so much for us when my son was in the hospital 2 times we stayed there..
The staff and volunteers are so kind and accommodating! Everyone goes out of their way to show a smile and provide assistance!
We have stayed here a few days in July and just left today after a few days. The staff and volunteers are wonderful. We always feel at home and know that no matter what comes up there is always someone there to point you in the right direction. The volunteers that cook the meals are so kind and put there love in every meal.
Truly a blessing to those having a child hospitalized at Cincinnati Childrens.
Ronald McDonald house provides housing for families with sick children in the hospital. The Cincinnati Ronald McDonald House is beautiful and provides great service.
Cannot speak more highly of this place!

They treated my daughter and 2 grandsons so wonderful at their stay here it was such a home away from home at such a scary and hard time
We are so lucky to be staying at The Ronald McDonald House while our daughter receives treatment at Cincinnati Children's!
Hands down, best RMH experience you can have. Everyone is so friendly and the house is really nice and clean and there are always meals and the rooms are clean and well kept.
Fantastic place with excellent staff and volunteers!
Ronald McDonald Charities of Louisville helped out my family when my daughter was born almost 9 years ago. My husband was very involved as a volunteer when he was in undergrad at UofL so this is a charity that is very near and dear to both of our hearts. We recently put together some snack bags for the families and took them down so that we could see what Cincinnati's facility was like and also so that our daughter could learn a little bit about it. Everyone was so kind and they gave us a tour so that we could see the Cincinnati location. I was amazed at how nice it is and so inspired by the selflessness of the volunteers and everything that Ronald McDonald House stands for.
I stayed here for three weeks with my daughter. The most professional and courteous staff I've ever encountered. Truly a 5 star place.
The people here make you feel like you're family. They genuinely care about you and your child in the hospital. Takes much stress off a hard time.
You can tell that the staff really cares for everyone that walks through the doors. It is such a great and caring environment
Great experience and great people to work with at RMH. Very organized and caring environment. Encourage all to support and volunteer.
As you might expect, the people here are so caring/giving/helpful. What a wonderful place to call a 2nd home
Very happy to be able to be here. I'm right next to the hospital. They serve meals here and they keep the house very clean.
AMAZING people...the entire staff and volunteers always have a smile...they make what families are going thru so much easier! Thank you Ronald McDonald house
Super place to stay when you have to be close to the hospital
Great place! A good base camp with a genuine common community feel. Hats off and hearts out to all the families and young fighters staying there. Definitely the best part of McDonalds!
Wonderful, caring staff and volunteers. You will not find a more caring place when you have a sick child or grandchild. I hope to give back to them as they did my son and grandson. God Bless the Ronald McDonald House
The best of everything. Great staff very accommodating. Truly takes most concerns from you and leaving you with only the health of your baby to be concerned with.
They help so many children and families. Donate today.
Very rewarding to serve dinner to those who need it.
Our daughter has been at the Cincinnati Childrens hospital for several months, and the Cincinnati Ronald McDonald House has done an amazing job at accommodating our family during this difficult time.
I did a volunteer program with my job. The Ronald Mcdonald house provides a bit of comfort to families of sick children when they are most in need. They run on donations so that families have a place to stay, warm meals, and clean clothes. I was glad to give back and help other families that are in difficult situations with sick children.
Volunteered to serve dinner here. Really heartwarming place with a lovely staff. This place does some truly amazing things for families in need of some help and support.
Beautiful place, everyone should volunteer here at least o center in their life to appreciate what they do here.
Don't know what myself and daughter would have done if it has not been for all the kind people here
I have always heard of the Ronald McDonald Houses, but this was my first time to enter one. What a wonderful organization, that helps families get through tough times together. A wonderful home complex away from home. I was really impressed.
These are wonderful people doing incredible good for families in need of a helping hand.
