This afternoon I visited your hotel with my mother and a friend for afternoon coffee. The service was marginally unacceptable in terms of the ironic and blaze style of the waitress.
You do not come to your hotel just to have a coffee, you do in Flocafe, but for a pleasant experience. Experience you sell and that pays the customer. The experience should be at least enjoyable. Our experience was not pleasant and my feedback on google will be negative for your service. If your staff can not offer your hotel level service find others who can.

Stayed for a week. Arrived early and kostas and the supervisor at registration went beyond expectations to assist us with a wonderful stay. Breakfast and the view from the top is memorable. Great location walked every where. Make sure you watch changing of the guards next door.
Lovely staff and beautiful surroundings. Tea in the winter garden is great for people watching. The rooftop bar has incredible views over the city. Rooms are dated and could definitely do with a refresh. Loved the large pullout minibar.
My favorite spot in Athens! Lightweight, comfortable, quiet space. There is no way the palate will not be completely satisfied with whatever choice one makes. The service ... the absolute best! The perfect place for any occasion! Worship!

This is the best hotel in Athens. Architecturally in the form of neo-classical style married with modern luxury, the GB offers outstanding accommodation, wonderfully warm bar and tea room together with an incredibly well located roof restaurant overlooking the Acropolis. Do not miss it!!!
The hotel was very nice and in a good location. Many archaeological sites are fairly nearby and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Free WiFi is also a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a rest on the eve of New Year's Holidays ..! A wonderful five-star expensive hotel, in the very center of Athens, opposite the building of the Greek Parliament and the central square of the city. Clean, beautiful, neat. Friendly and quality service, conscientious and sympathetic staff. Spacious and well equipped rooms, including bathrobes and slippers, kettle, coffee machine, safe, iron, hairdryer, etc. Excellent location. The central avenue of the Greek capital is nearby, providing ample public transport options, plus taxis and metro just steps away. Also within walking distance is the square near the parliament, where there is a memorial dedicated to the unknown soldier with a guard of honor, the change of which is an unforgettable sight. The city (royal) park, the restored Olympic stadium, the government quarter, the university, the library, museums, historical sites, archaeological sites, the main of which, of course, is the Athenian Acropolis, are very close. For lovers of shopping and a simple contemplative - culinary holiday, shopping centers (not cheap, anyone like ...) and 3 picturesque historical streets with many shops, taverns, cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget are located a few meters from the hotel. The hotel itself is decorated in a non-British style of the early 20th century, creating a sense of solidity and understated luxury, ranging from massive doors and gilded errands at the entrance, to a British stylish and concise lobby, and classic interior floors in yellow tones combined with paintings and furniture the era of late classicism, connected by a snow-white marble staircase, for those who prefer to walk, rather than enjoy such benefits of civilization as elevators. In the lobby of the hotel there is a bar - a restaurant where you can have a snack at any time, the prices are not very biting, although far from democratic. The second and main restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel, designed in the style of a chic sofa penthouse with accessories and snow-white tablecloths, display glasses and a balcony with a magnificent view of the Acropolis and the ancient Parthenon, a mesmerizing sight, especially in the evening when lights and night illumination are turned on. Excellent Mediterranean breakfasts, tasty and high quality. I recommend including breakfast when booking a hotel. Personalized lunch and dinner ... But even if you don't order anything and just say that you would like to admire the view from the balcony, you will be taken to the balcony so you can enjoy the surrounding panorama. There is a very good SPA complex on the -1 floor. Free of charge - a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, 4 saunas (Finnish, wet, aromatic, herbal), multifunctional showers, relaxation room, lockers, towels, drinking water, teas of various tastes ... In general, with sufficient funds, I recommend. I wish you all a good rest!

Located in the heart of the city. A lot of Resturants, Cafe's and shops just around the corner. This is around 140 years old property with a lot of history. If you don't like classic hotels you will not like it. One thing I didn't like and you should be aware of it is that you have to check your bill very carefully. They have added around 150 Euros to my bill incorrectly. A guy who checked out before me had them re print the bill 3 times for the same issue.
Enter a legendary place and indulge in a little coffee in the cozy lounges or a fresh orange juice in the room near the dome of light? The atmosphere is sober and discreet chic. A delight for the palate, a feast for the eyes. Very reasonable value for money, a very nice little break when visiting the city of Athens!
One of the best luxury collection hotels in Europe in my opinion (next to hotel Bristol Vienna, Hotel Alexander Yerevan Armenia and Schloss Fuchl Salzburg.
One of the finest hotels I have stayed in. Truly a 5 star experience. The room was perfect, the staff were polished yet friendly and engaging. Rooftop dining and bar had amazing service with beautiful views. This is the only place I'll stay in Athens from now on.

Literally felt like royalty here. Absolutely amazing amd breathtaking rooms, food, views, customer service.. The list is endless. Worth every penny staying here. You can also see the change of the guards right across the street, which was really cool!!
I felt like a princess. " Luxurious classic, wonderful bed, bathroom with shampoos that looked like perfume glasses, wonderful soaps and a very warm bath. I just did not like that at breakfast the waiters took our cups before we finished, it seemed they wanted us to leave soon, I was scared.
