We stayed in a 2 queen room. The bath tub was extremely deep and we enjoyed all the amenities. The beds were a bit hard for my taist but all in all a great experience.

Lovely hotel in a great place, rooms are spacious and comfortable and check-in is fast and easy. Parking is a bit expensive but very centrally located.

I was travelling on business and this hotel was perfect. Great location and staff. The gym was good and I regretted not bringing my swimsuit. The restaurant was part of Victoria's Dine Around and was really good overall

Not so luxurious. Not so clean. Splatters and marks on the walls. Furniture chipped and old. Really disappointing. View is of another hotel. Time to renovate! It's Christmas Day and we're trying to celebrate and be grateful to be together, otherwise we'd probably be out of here.

It's a nice hotel - more traditional style, but clean. The walls are a little thin and the beds are a bit soft, but otherwise, it was a good stag!

Room was spectacular. Room service breakfast was incredible. Restaurant was satisfactory. Overall service from front desk to valet parking and luggage handling was excellent!

Was there last summer and it was one of the best stays we've had. Gorgeous hotel, super close to the center and everywhere we wanted to go.

Our hockey team booked a stay here and we had a fantastic welcome from start to finish! Thank you to the whole team at Hotel Grand Pacific - everything was perfect, and the Concierge was incredibly helpful and even helped us find the perfect spot for dinner for a group of 30!

I attended a seminar in the North Pender room. The staff was courteous and kind, the service was great, the room elegant, and dinner was delightful. High recommendation for it.

Hotel was clean. Water pressure great. Staff was helpful and had great customer service.

Can't get any closer to the Parliament buildings, great location, and rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and parking overnight allows you to stay until 6 PM when checking out, which is great for walking around the city!

Basically comfortable but doesn t go past that.
There s a lot of things that the hotel could be doing to make this a better experience for their guests and that s exactly why it s just okay. The staff are friendly and the mirrors in the bathrooms are quite nice plus the location of the hotel is nearly perfect. But the downfalls are that the hotel rooms make basically no sense... for example- there are two sinks in a room and a safe but not a microwave or any type of kitchen. You get two TVs but they come with the most basic cable ever and the TVs are so off place from the seating areas. A bunch of lamps but no actual lighting in the rooms beside the bathrooms? The water in the bathtub is yellow and cloudy plus the sinks drain extremely slowly. Also their is a drink vending machine but it only accepts coins? It just all seems very outdated and as if corners are being cut to make appearances better but definitely doesn t make up for what is actually lacking. To sum it up, if you want a place to sleep that s central and feels safe than this is your place but if you want a place that you can actually feel at home in and be able to enjoy yourself in then I would recommend elsewhere especially for the price point.

Lovely hotel very well located right next to the parliament building on the harbour. Staff were exceptional. Rooms were a good size and came with everything we needed. They also had a really clever system to replace the 'do not disturb' signs hanging from door handles. The bar area and outside seating were great too

My boyfriend surprised me with an upgrade which was the top floor with great views of the harbor and city of Victoria. Of all the additional amenities in our suite, my favorite was the coffee press - my all time favorite way to make coffee.

The staff were friendly and helpful. While the building is elegant and historic, having a professional seminar in one of the standard hotel room was underwhelming.

Our favorite place to stay in Victoria, always try to stay here when in town. Staff is super friendly and the rooms are really nicely laid out and clean. Love the pool too.

Beautiful. We had a wonderful time. Very comfortable beds, great food, wonderful pool. Everything we needed. Terrific location. Very kid friendly. Our reason for choosing this hotel over others was their hot tub and on-site food prices. With all their dinning options and specials there was no need to eat elsewhere. We felt very pampered and will remember it for a long time.

IM STAYING 2NIGHTS AND LOCATION IS FANTASTIC EASY TO ACCESS EVERYWHERE AND BREAKFAST BUFFEE WAS GOOD AND GREAT SERVER.

Beautiful hotel. We were on our Honeymoon and they upgraded us to the Malahat Suite on the top floor. It was gorgeous. Courteous staff and overall great stay. Would visit again!

Really nice hotel with a great staff. It locate in the heart of the Victoria. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. They have an excellent health club with a great pool. The health club has excercise machines, free weights, and have yoga classes.

When I walked in the hotel, I thought I must have won the Loto. Grand is right on the mark for this hotel. Gracious, modern yet still home comfortable, and staff, efficient and professional who managed convey a down home caring attitude. A return is in the books for sure because who doesn't like feeling like a winner.

Location was amazing, rooms were clean and service was incredible. Walking distance everywhere, would go back again for sure!

Nice comfortable King size bed with a very clean bathroom. Location is perfect within walking distance of many attractions. Staff was welcoming and courteous to give a room upgrade upon check-in.

The hotel is tantamount to luxury and comfort. Location is amazing. The HOTEL itself is wonderful. Hotel Staff and Management are very engaged in the needs of the guest. Definitely 5 STARS.

My review is of my dining experience at the Pacific Lounge within the Hotel Grand Pacific. My fiance and I each enjoyed a lovely dinner with nice wine selection and great service. Our server catered to my gluten allergy, which is always appreciated; she brought out some delicious gluten free bread and was very accommodating. The golden beet salad is lovely!

We are local to Victoria, and have dined all over. This was a nice surprise.

When traveling to Seattle via the Victoria Clipper, Hotel Grand Pacific offers convenient secure parking in their underground parkade.

The best hotel in town. Everything within walking distance. Victoria is worth a trip, unfortunately you won't find such a clean place in Europe anymore. The rooms are spacious, clean, very well maintained.
We spent 3 days there in August 2015. In August 2019 we will stop there again for the second day.

Had a special event cellar meal with wine pairings. Very good food and service. Would like to see more of these events

My wife and I just stayed here for 1 night while celebrating our 1st anniversary. We booked the hotel as part of a Clipper Vacations package. The quality was top notch and the price was great. They gave us complimentary desserts to help us celebrate our anniversary. The Japanese pear cheesecake is amazing.

I often stay at the Grand Pacific in Victoria. It's great service in the best location with views you can't buy anywhere else. This time I was heading to Vancouver staying at the PAN Pacific, but mistakenly booked the GRAND in Victoria. I arrived with no room in Vancouver (sorted), and then called back to Victoria. It was after check-out and they didn't need to refund me, but the manager did with no fuss. That level of service never goes unnoticed - thanks!

I have often recommended that my friends stay at the hotel Grand Pacific. It has exceptional service, convenient location and lots of photo opportunities.

Beautiful accommodations right on the harbour. The Grand Pacific Open is the nicest chess tournament in BC!

I stayed here through a deal I got on the victoria clipper. The hotel was very clean, awesome staff. Never being to Victoria before they were very helpful in telling me all that is to do in the area! I will definitely stay there every time I go back!!

No Hot shower for the stay of 3 days... Pool was closed and we were required to pay for a taxi to another hotel to use the facilities over there.

Was visiting to take in the Christmas Teddy Bear display.

Very clean. Great srrvuce and food. Nice hard bed if you have back problems. I would stay again.

We came for fondue for 2. It was good but not great. The options and acting was not very creative and did not quite meet the expectations. It was a nice night out but I think they could have done better.

One of the best views of downtown Victoria. This hotel is super clean and fancy. The staff is welcoming and friendly. There's a great restaurant on site with fantastic beef tartare. Do not hesitate to choose to stay at this place if you're visiting Victoria!

A very clean hotel with great service. A perfect location on the inner harbor. We enjoyed staying here and will return every time we visit Victoria. Make sure you get a room with a view of the parliament building. When it is lighted up at night it is amazing to see. My other tip is to reserve a bicycle.

New 4 star. Excellent Harbor view. Very Nice pool. Good location to harbor and downtown. In house restaurants not 4 star, but great food close by.

This is a pretty hotel, but it literally has the hardest beds I've ever come in contact with. AGONIZINGLY hard. Sleeping on the floor would probably have been more comfortable. Everything else was nice, but I have to knock off two stars because I was in bed at midnight and up at 4 because the bed was so hard. So be warned. If you like a rock hard bed, hit them up. If you don't, I would look elsewhere.

Also, FYI, I know it's covidworld, but if you come to the 'back' entrance after 9 pm, it's awkward to get in. Also if you have a vehicle over 6'4" there is no parking at the hotel for you in the underground lot. I parked on the street. The 'option' they offer for over heights is at the hotel across the street in their ground level lot, and for that they want to charge you $18 a night.

Drinks with clients went well, the drinks were $$$ but they were made perfectly.
